Max F. came to do an electrical check at my home. He was polite, friendly and professional not to mention patient whilst I quickly finished some reporting for work before he started the testing and even upgraded my existing smoke detectors!

Today Tim completed an electrical check at our home, He was punctual, polite, professional & efficient. I had the loveliest of opportunities to speak to the supervisor Mark and the nicest time meeting Joe. As someone with disabilities they helped me and put me first. They changed my intercom and sorted my electricity aswell. They made sure my electricity was back on before 12 and ensured that I was in as little pain as possible. They were kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I'd like to say a big thank you to both Mark and Joe for an amazing job done and for putting me first and helping me in every way that they could help me. I would have no worries in recommending them for anyone who needs them to work on their intercoms and all other electrical issues/jobs. Thanks so much guys I really appreciated all that you have done for me.

Great service…very professional! They keep you well informed of your appointment and the representative they sent had his I.D. he was on time and very polite and professional.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Evans & Shea Ltd. The company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. They failed to attend on the originally scheduled booking day and time without any prior notification or explanation. To make matters worse, they showed up on a random day when I was out of the country, claiming they had booked this appointment with me, which is absolutely untrue. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. Now, to add insult to injury, they have resorted to sending threatening letters and attempting to blame me for their failures. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from any service provider. I strongly advise against using Evans & Shea Ltd due to their unreliability and poor customer service.

I had Mark and John attend my premises Friday and today. There were very professional and efficient with a friendly approach and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Awaful and Disrecpectful company. They did a repair job in my flat and the guy who workered use my toiled and left in a disgusting condition, disgrace and no manners at all. When I made a complain they denied that this has ever happened. The customer service and manner they deal with their Clients is so wrong and an acceptable.
