Avoid at all costs unless you want a demolition team to come into your home. A 2 week job turned into a 5 month nightmare. I could have done better with my eyes closed. Once you complain you get ignored such professionals!!!!

Do not use if you value your home! Simple damp course turned into nightmare done twice, a few days work turned into weeks inept plasterers! The wall has been left looking awful! Only good thing was joiner and electrician did a good job. Avoid at all cost!

my landlords have appointed these to do repairs to my property the guy is totally obnoxious and told me im a construction worker i know what im talking about really mate im fuming right now and all he seems to want to do is pour concrete on defective walls

Abusive worker driving van reg EX65 HWD was verbally abusive when asked to move his vehicle as he was blocking my driveway, I was trying to pick my disabled daughter up from college but when asked he verbally abused me and went back into the property he was working in and closed the door

Came out to my property to fix intercom said they would order it then nothing cobalt housing have been emailing them to repair a doorbell and they ignoring calls and emails I'm going to liverpool city council tomorrow to get them struck off just a bunch of cowboy scallies

This company are used by the social housing landlord I rent from. we have suffered at their hands over the years. the latest escapade is them leaving us with extensive scaffolding up for 32 days (up to now!) for a guttering job - meaning we can't use the garden, hang washing out etc and are left vulnerable with platforms outside out back windows. On two occasions, after visits from JC, all our doors/gates were left open after they were specifically asked to shut them. Our back lane community garden was wrecked by a gang of teenagers who came in through the open alley gate. I have been telephoning almost daily to try and move this job on, to no avail-why start it if they know they haven't the workmen to complete it? or are they dragging it out and charging the social landlord for the scaffolding?????? our lives are a misery and yet they do not seem concerned with our safety and well being. The social landlord seems to have no control over them. they refuse to give the landlord a completion date-thus making it difficult to adhere to the their repairs policy-as you can only complain if it has gone 'past the completion date'. Let us just hope they do not get a continuing contract from social landlords. if you are in social housing and have bigger works needed I would suggest you tell your landlord you refuse to have JC Construction, and insist they get another contractor in.

Absolutely incompetent, I am absolutely dumb founded that a Liverpool housing company use these people to so called repair there houses. I'm sooo angry and upset at the moment that I can't get my thoughts out to explain. 👿👿👿👿👿👿👿

Lunatic driver cuts me up twice in the space of 5 minutes entering Liverpool. Nearly caused 2 accidents because of the speed they were driving. Would not trust these with my business
