Eco energy installed the solar panels and air-source heat pump on the new build we bought 2 years back. As such, I thought it made sense to ask them to quote when I decided recently to take the leap and get a solar battery as well. It ended up with them managing the whole process for me, including removing the existing inverter from the loft, siting a new (larger) inverter in the garage, sorting out the re-wiring required, installing the battery itself and also doing the G99 application, so I could export more energy to the grid - so all in all, quite a lot! The installers did a great job, so a shout out to Andy, Glen and Guz - who were all prompt, knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. They did a great job with the re-wiring - you wouldn't even know the difference it was that neat. I think you rate a company by how they handle things that do not go to totally plan, and when we hit some minor configuration doubts at the end (down to my choice of solar battery vendor I should state - as I went "off piste" from their approved list), they took ownership for me and worked with the supplier to get the issues resolved and all working smoothly. Last (and by no means least), I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Robin, who assured me things would be sorted when I had my doubts, and was always sending updates as we progressed things towards the final resolution. He was extremely patient with me - and treated me like I was the only customer he had - text book customer service - which made all the difference to me. I have no hestitation in recommending Eco Energy if you are looking into Solar, Air Source Heat pumps or solar batteries, they really do know their stuff!

We have been considering solar panels for sometime now and we spoke to James who explained the system to us. We then booked an appointment for a detailed visit from David Nash who is the owner and Managing Director. He visited us at home and there was no pressurised selling just a walk around showing us where the hardware would go and a fuller explanation of the solar panel system. He suggested that we didn’t get batteries at this stage but to wait to see what the figures showed us. We then shortly afterwards received a detailed quote which we were happy with so we decided to proceed. We had to pay a 50% deposit to continue and an installation date was fixed for 2 weeks in the future (15/7/25). The day arrived and 2 workman turned up in 2 vans at 9.45am both bearing logos of UK Eco energy Solutions. Whilst we were doing a walk around a further 3 vans all bearing Logos (and personalised number plates) arrived with a further 4 workers. From that moment on it was like a well oiled machine! Three workers were on the roof fitting the solar panels, one in the garage installing the inverter, one in the house connecting the inside equipment and the last fitting the outside wiring. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names but they were all polite, informative and professional. The work was all completed in just over four hours and the equipment all appears to work perfectly well and is neat and good to look at. We have since had a follow up visit from James and a phone call from David Nash. We were impressed enough to have now ordered 2 batteries which will be installed next week. I apologise for the long winded review but we are completely happy with the service and equipment and I wanted to convey how efficient the whole process was. One satisfied customer.

Fantastic professional service from start to finish. Previously used to install solar panels & upgraded heating to an air source heat pump. They went over & above due to my late husband’s health by ensuring each night they reinstated the old heating until the new system was up & running. I would highly recommend them.

I had UK ECO ENERGY fit solar panels . The project from start to finish was seamless. Kirk who came to advise us was informative and did give us excellent advice. The survey was done throughly and the team that came to fit the panels in cold damp weather made an excellent job and cleaned up immaculately even replaced a damaged tile they spotted on a different part of the roof . The electricians who came to fit and connect everything just as perfectly. Everything explained well . Tip keep both teams well watered with tea. I have now had these panels for 3 months and the are more efficient that I expected even in the overcast days . In the recent sunny weather I’m using no electricity from the grid and supplying EON a significant amount each day . Also a big thank you to the office staff for help . We had an appointment scheduled for a salesperson to visit us and discuss a potential battery installation for our existing solar panels. Before the visit, the managing director called me, and we talked about the work. I found him to be friendly, open, and honest. Based on the information he provided, we decided that batteries were not suitable for our needs.

Eco energy completed all of the underfloor heating system, installed the solar panels and completed all of the plumbing works for our new build, ( installing the bathrooms, ensuites, etc..) the fitting of everything is so skill-fully installed we would like to thank the whole team for the high standard of workman ship and professional knowledge they all brought to the job. so pleased with the finished result. nothing was to much trouble for the team, positive and supportive throughout the whole process. so...thanks to Joanne in the office, to Ash and his team, and to David for his management skills. totally will always use Eco Energy for any further servicing or works in the future. We had a solar system installed by UK Eco Energy in July. Hugely impressed with the whole team. Everyone we've met from the sales consultants to the installation team and the back-office staff have been incredibly polite, courteous, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble......and it was during the hottest week of the year! The system works well and so far, the after sales and technical support has been exceptional. Part of the Pigeon protection to our solar panels failed some 2 years after it was installed so I contacted UK Eco Energy to see if it could be fixed. They returned promptly to look at what had happened and advised me that the installation could be better and that they were now using a different system and sub contractor for this part of the system. Instead of just fixing the small part I’d hoped for they replaced the whole thing at no charge to me. That is absolutely fantastic service. The panels they installed work beautifully and have cut our energy bills hugely. I would whole heartedly recommend them if you are considering adding any Eco Energy solution to your home.

The team from Uk Ecoenergy Solutions Ltd, with Ash leading, have just completed a rather tricky installation of my ASHP I'm so impressed by the team who have been working  here. I can't praise them enough. It's not been an easy job but nothing's fazed them with no grumbling and with lots of quiet support for each other. I have known the company since 2016, when I had my solar panels fitted, it was only a 'baby' company then but I was impressed by David Nash and his treatment of customers and his desire to provide a good service. This company is one of the most helpful companies for solar , batteries I've come across nothing seems to much for them, theres never been a time where they've said you paid for it we don't do after service, always been there for any problems, sorted out problems that came up as soon as they became aware of them

Having my solar batteries and kit moved from my loft to my garage was carried out in an efficient and clean manner. The guys took so much care and were a pleasure to have them work a credit to the company. I need my panels cleaned now and will use their cleaning service. I would highly recommend this company.

Really good experience with UK Energy Solutions Ltd. I had 10 PV panels, 2 batteries, water boost and EV charger installed in February 2024. I would have had more PV panels installed but was restricted by property covenants. Good people who communicated all aspects of the job throughout. Slight delay due to weather but communicated so no problem. Friendly team and neat workmanship on the battery / invertor etc mounting. All round good job.

Highly recommended. They advised me of the installation timetable well in advance and were 100% reliable. The install was complicated by a fuse issue not of their making, but they rectified it for me anyway. Always very helpful and polite, they were able to work effectively and independently despite my limitations, being disabled. Can't praise them highly enough. - I contracted them again for a 2nd install by this company and I can happily recommend them again. Timings were spot on and they worked around the weather issues (frost and flood) seamlessly. They integrated the 2nd set of panels to make a single array, keeping the ongoing maintenance and application ro export to the grid easy.

Update - years later and they are still happy to look after me, even when I've had a DIY mishap. Great customer service. They care. Highly recommended! Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Panels installed. From day one, no pushy sales tactics just an honest and open discussion which continued throughout the design, install and handover phases. Kurt and the team were friendly, thorough and professional in all of their visits; getting on with the jobs in a timely but not rushed manner. As issues arose, they sorted them and kept me up to date with progress - all whilst minimising disruption to the family. They were certainly nothing like the traditional double glazing salesmen that I feared I might appoint when I began looking into ASHP and Solar. I was absolutely dreading the work for this, but it couldn't have been easier. Holly, the project coordinator, was always patient and helpful and from the scaffolders to the men who installed the panels and the electricians, everyone was great to have around the house. They cleaned up really thoroughly when they'd finished too. And they hit it off with the dogs, which made life much easier. Now I'm obsessed with the app they installed on my phone! I can't recommend the company too highly - they were outstanding.

We needed an urgent service on our air source heat pump. David couldn’t have been more accommodating to get us booked in. After contacting three companies that were local, nobody replied or got back to us after we had accepted a quote, we had to look farther out from our area and step in UK Eco Energy Solutions! We were in their area at the time and went in the offices to talk to someone and all the staff were helpful, we were told what to expect and most importantly, they would take the job. Throughout the process, if we had any questions, they were happy to help. All the dates for workers to inspect the property or carry out the work were kept to. With our house being an older build (1900-1929), they had an additional day but the work has been carried out to a high standard. All the electrics are neat and tidy and the panels are installed around a skylight and on a third roof. The workers came to the property and started straight away. They are all incredibly professional. Two slight points are that my phone number was passed on incorrectly and I didn't receive a phone call which could have changed to an email to confirm and we had to wait a week for an electrician to plug the panels into the inverter because of annual leave (installed in August) but those points haven't taken anything away from how well the work has been carried out or how willing to help all the staff are. I absolutely would recommend UK Eco Energy Solutions to anyone who is looking for solar panels!

Before we first contacted UK Eco Energy, we had really struggled to get sensible quotes from other companies without long delays, pressure selling tactics, poor quality projections, and vague specifications. We were losing the will to live and UK Eco Energy were a breath of fresh air. They came to see us quickly, explained all our options clearly and had a clear quote with us the same day. Our questions were answered quickly, clearly and comprehensively. We opted for solar panels, battery, PV diverter (water heater), and EV charger. We had to wait a bit for installation, but everything went smoothly and to schedule. The installation was completed in one day (fuelled by copious quantities of tea, coffee and biscuits!). The project coordinator, admin, accounts team, scaffolders, roof team and electricians were all excellent. The handover documentation was thorough and came through as quickly as could be expected after installation. It's early days (and sunny), but the system is already looking good. We have used very little grid electricity, no gas to heat our water thanks to the PV diverter, and we are exporting enough electricity to go a long way towards covering our standard charge. On 6 October 2022, my solar panels and batteries, installed by Ecoenergy Solutions Ltd, was commissioned. The installation, of 10 Solar Panels, inverter and batteries was completed in a morning, about three and a half hours. Workmanship was to a high standard, with very little disruption to my general household activities. This review is about ten months after the event, the reason being that I see no point in reviewing something like this installation on completion as, until the installation has had time to work the benefits or otherwise will not be apparent. Have having Solar Panels fitted saved me money? yes, a significant amount, I'll not say how much as different households have different tariffs and use their appliances at different times. What I will do is give some simplified figures on my house electricity consumption from 1st January 2023 to 10 June 2023. GENERATION. The panels have generated 1728KWH, of which 912KWh is self use and 816KWh has been exported to the grid. 53% self use and 47% exported. CONSUMPTION. Consumption 1193KWh. of which 1031KWh (86%) is self Consumption and 162KWh (14%) is energy imported from the grid. The above figures are from the App, which will give you Daily/Monthly/Yearly figures and total from installation. You will not get rich from the amount you export, but at least it will go a long way to paying off the standing charge. We recently had solar panels installed by Uk Eco Energy Solutions Ltd and we couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. After obtaining quotes from 3 separate companies, we decided on UK Eco Energy because of the way they were forthcoming with information with no pressure to buy. From the initial enquiry, to the first home visit, the site survey and installation, everything was on time and kept to the agreed schedule. Every contact we have had with the staff, be they on site or in the office, has been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The hand over, at the end of the installation, was informative and thorough. Any questions we have had, post installation, have been answered comprehensively, speedily and clearly. Very satisfied with whole process. 3 x man scaffolding team erected in 3 hrs then removed in 1 hr post install. 3 x man roofing team installed panels etc in 3/4 of day - all areas cleaned afterwards. 3 man electrical team took nearly whole day. I have been completely satisfied with the sales and installation process by Eco Energy. At the moment I am having a few ‘Teething’ problems which I have been assured will be resolved as soon as possible, unluckily these occurred during a long Bank holiday weekend. I was impressed by the personnel service from David, the Managing Director. Update: The teething problem has been sorted, as always a minor component that was difficult to analyse. Liked the fact that no prices were discussed on Marc's visit, he explained how everything worked & what return we should expect & when we did get the price we were happy to proceed. We bought a bungalow in August 2021 that needed updating mainly because I wanted to go a bit more eco friendly and also to save on energy costs as it was all electric, which in hindsight was perfect timing because the of the massive fuel increases that have now followed. I initially spoke to the boss David who gave me a quick over view of how it all worked and when we had bought a property suggested we contact UK Eco Energy when we were ready for a quote, this I did and Kurt arranged a visit to estimate the cost of the work along with Ash and Brendon as I was looking to have quite a large project done, this involved solar panels, air source heat pump, underfloor heating and a complete rewire, I must admit it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated but was still inside our budget, but once Kurt had gone through the details and explained about the RHI and the return we could get from exporting our excess to the grid it started to make sense as it would reduce the cost quite a bit over 7 years with the RHI rebate. We arranged a start date and the team arrived right on time, from then on for about 2 weeks it seemed like total chaos but in the end it was all in place and has worked really well since, especially over the winter where the whole bungalow was very comfortable even on the coldest days, can not comment on electric savings as during the works we changed energy suppliers and there is an ongoing dispute between the 2 companies but checking our Smart meter we seem to be keeping within our budget even with the increase in electricity prices. Hopefully I shall be looking at adding batteries to the system to use even more of the energy we produce over the winter months. Over all we are over the moon with the system and all the hard working staff of UK Eco Energy Solutions and would definitely recommend them.

Well done to UK Eco. Prompt response to request for a quotation together with support discussions on how the istallation of Heat Pump and Solar Panels will take place. Engineer surveyed property and came up with a practical design. Installation done by competent installers who kept disruption to a minimum, turned up on time and got the system working. Had a hiccup with the Heat Pump after installation and engineer was on site within a couple of hours.

Zero interest in suitability for your home, they will sell you anything they can. Air source heat pumps do not work on the majority of homes, you need excellent modern installation (they won't tell you that!) I avoided, so must you.

In April 2022, we decided there was no better time to start getting quotes for solar panels. When David from UKEcoEnergy came to see us, out of all the quotes, we felt this was the most reasonable from a friendly, genuine company. From start to finish, UKEcoEnergy were faultless. Even when experiencing supply issues, they ensured fitting was not delayed and quality of products was not compromised. During the summer, we weren’t paying an energy bill. Instead, we were receiving money for the exported electricity we were producing. We couldn’t recommend solar panels and this company more to anyone considering.

We have been very happy with all members of the ukecoenergy solutions team, from initial sales visit, installers and admin staff. Communication was good, and even when there was a supply problem they kept us updated regularly and were responsive to any concerns. Installation of the system was done in a professional and timely manner. We are delighted to now have solar electricity. They also recommended - - a boost for our immersion so we now have hot water kept at temperature by solar power - a battery for storage for later use and once we have set it up we will get some money back for our generated excess. We researched many local companies, some just googled the property, end emailed a quote with no consultation, others we chased up with no response. UK Eco Energy came and quoted a few options we spoke about with Kurt the surveyor, very polite and helpful with various alternatives ie iboost and storage, he was very helpful, and answered all questions, even when we rang him. I know the wait time for installation was quite long, but well worth the wait due to demand. The same goes with regards the work men, fitters and scaffolder's. From the initial survey to the end product, I can not recommend this company enough. All the staff were polite, had respect of our property and extremely tidy. We asked if the scaffold could remain for a few extra days so I could do the facias of the property and this was no trouble so I managed to get this extra job finished mid January. A great experience with my solar installation, I was surprised how quickly it was booked in and then completed. A very tidy installation thats working very well, there was unfortunately some damage to our chest-freezer in the garage but this was replaced with an apology. Great service and highly recommended.

After researching many local companies, and having a few come around to quote. UK Eco Energy came and quoted a few options we spoke about with the surveyor. We settled for upgraded panels at 19 x 375w, and a standard hybrid invertor, along with some battery storage. This is a fairly standard approach, and the Lux invertor has a great app to keep monitor everything. The craftsmanship of the installers was 1st class, and would highly recommend.

There were cheaper companies but I convinced myself that you get what you pay for, and I certainly don't regret the extra investment. Communication was exceptionally good. There were a couple of problems with the project (neither the fault of UK Eco Energy) but their commitment to overcoming them, and making sure that I was constantly informed of progress, was brilliant. I plan to go back to them for extra panels and a battery upgrade in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

After doing the rounds, I found that UK Eco Energy Solutions were by far the most friendly and professional. The price was great too. We decided to go with them and purchased a 4kw solar system, and we have not been disappointed! Excellent service and workmanship from start to finish David the managing director came out to see us after we had quotes from both a local and a national company. We decided to go with UK Eco Energy Solutions after we learned that they have their own employed tradesmen as we didn’t want any subcontractors working on our property. Great company to deal with.

After trying 4 different vendors for an air source heating system and not being happy with any of them I had almost given up. I then tried UK Eco energy and was very pleased that I did. From the outset they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Having sat through the sales pitch 4 times previously I was reassured when they covered all the points the previous Companies had raised between them. All the people from UK Eco Energy who visited, be it for initial surveys or actual installation, were extremely courteous, worked very quickly and quietly and were very helpful with any questions my wife and I had. They tidied up after themselves and made a first class job of the installation. Since installation we have had no problems at all with the system and have had plenty of heat and hot water! I would have no problem at all recommending them to anybody.

We wanted to replace our old oil combi boiler and after looking at several options called these guys - more out of curiosity to be honest. I'd done a lot of background reading and I have to say I was very impressed with their response. A no-nonsense no-pressure sales approach and plenty of in-person checks to make sure that what they specified would deliver, gave me what I considered to be enough information to make a balanced decision. We went ahead and we're not disappointed. Another BIG plus for me is that they don't use subcontractors. Their workforce are a great bunch of lads who take a genuine pride in their work. Start to finish, our instal took three days. We've since had a couple of follow-up visits to make sure everything is as we want it. It is. Something for anyone moving to a heat pump from a more traditional system to consider is that it works in a very different way. Don't expect mad-hot radiators and heat-on-demand. I would say that this is a more laid-back approach to heating your home. Initially, you might think, 'what have I done..'. Don't panic. Our home has never been so well heated - this doesn't mean that it's boiling hot all of the time, I would say that whatever the weather is doing outside, night and day it's 'just right'. Hot water delivery is far better than the old combi. It's too early to compare the cost of electric vs oil, but looking to the future, I'm quietly optimistic.

Based on my personal experience I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd. They recently installed an air source heat pump at my property, and I was most impressed by the workforce employed. Whilst the smooth running of my household was inevitably disrupted for the duration of the installation, at no time was I unexpectedly inconvenienced. Instead I was frequently updated on what had been achieved, and informed well in advance of their proposed activities. With the company policy of not employing subcontractors, it was very reassuring to realise that only conspicuously liveried company vehicles were used, and all personnel on site wore distinctive company workwear. The work was carried out over a period of a week, and at the end of each day all tools, surplus materials, and accumulated rubbish were removed from within my home. At all times carpeting was adequately protected - especially the stair carpet. My wife and I were urged to make any of our specific wishes known to the workmen as the works progressed - customer satisfaction being of overriding importance to this company. We are delighted with the final results.

I have made a general enquiry in the morning on the web, and by the afternoon I had a phone call from David. We have discussed fitting the solar panel and organised his visit. We have recently had an ASHP installed. From start to finish we received an excellent service from all the team. David was very informative but not pushy. The lads who came round to do the installation were very friendly and considerate and tidied up at the end of each day. Having decided eventually to get a residential solar panel installation, we tried to avoid companies with pushy salesmen. we found Uk Eco Energy Solutions in Lincoln and asked them for a chat and a quote. We worked out some initial proposals via phone due to lockdown and then had a visit by Chris and later the MD David. We contacted ecoenergy solutions ltd to discuss solar energy, we had a visit from their MD David within three days. We were so impressed with the presentation, it was not a sales pitch but a discussion on our needs, what usage we needed and what was the best system to install. We agreed to have a system installed, during our waiting installation date, David called and advised we should slightly change the system at no extra cost to get the best for our requirements, very impressed that ecoenergy were looking at us as a customer rather than just a sale. Two weeks from our initial enquiry we had a three man team arrive, they were polite, very professional and explained how it worked and what we needed to do, they installed the app on our phone and explained how the system was working and when it was at it's best. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the professional staff they employ, exceptional and totally satisfied at an affordable cost to us.

We contacted UK Eco Energy Solutions after deciding that we ought to go greener. We had a swift response and follow up visit from David Nash, Managing Director. He suggested a Solar/Battery system that would meet our requirements, which included an emergency backup supply for the event of a power failure. He was most professional in his approach and explained carefully how it would all function. We accepted his quote and secured a date two weeks later for the installation. Our job was done by Brendan & Ollie, who were smart, polite and covid-aware, and inspired confidence. A tidy installation was completed in the day. Within a couple of days, it was clear that additional battery storage would be of benefit, so two batteries were added at hand-over. We have had a 4 kwh solar panel system fitted in July 2020 with iboost and from the beginning we have been impressed with Uk Eco Energy Solutions. David is very professional and always very happy to help and ensure the customer is happy. The lads that came out to install the system were spot on too. Brendon and Olli are a credit to the company - knowledgeable and have a very good work ethic. All the team we have dealt with from David to the office staff have been accommodating and helpful when required. We are very happy with what the panels are producing and the savings we are making on our energy bills. In the future I can see we would also consider battery storage. If we were however to move home we would be straight in touch with David and the team to install a system at the new property if non are installed already.

We had UK Eco Energy Solutions install an air source heat pump in our home in early 2021. From sales through installation, commissioning and after sales follow up their service has been exemplary. Adjectives such as professional, courteous, on-time, helpful and many more compliments all apply – and then some! In summary, would we do business with them again? In a heartbeat!

Since I believe in making small impact for the enviroment I decided to start with Solar panels and initially had none Lincoln company attend and gave price and if you decided to proceed on the same day the price was reduced, so this sales method did not impress me, So I decided to contact UK Eco Energy Systems and MD came round and after discussion on there system he gave very direct price for installation of the panels, which was far competative then initial none Lincoln company quotation, even aftre there price reduction The team attended and installed system along with solar boost, as we have conventional central heating system, and got to say we are very impressed, as last summer we hardly had our gas boiler on due to the solar boost providing sufficient hot water, accept for the occasional dull days, After the inital installation I found some very minor issues with some detail of the workmanship and informed David who arranged correction of the minor detail, Just recently I have made the addition of batteries to the system and plan for the future to hopefully change to hybrid car and will arrange for UK Eco Energy to attend and install required socket, Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and quality of the product and must comment of the excellent customer service received from the MD and all UK Eco Energy office personnel and the installation team, very polite and very good customer attltude,

Eco Energy solutions did not install our original air source heating system (Samsung) but I called them for an annual service and their customer services department were helpful and efficient and their service engineer was excellent too. Since then whenever we've hit issues with our heating system the manager (David), the customer service staff (Louise and Kathryn) as well as their engineers Steve and Ash do all they can to help resolve the issues. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. They really do excel :-)

Its difficult to start a review that gives enough credit to this company and its staff. My initial inquiry started from a quirky radio advert about UK Eco energy and the jingle they used got stuck in my head. The lady who first answered the phone (Ruth) was very warm and welcoming . This was a good start for me as I had a rather complicated technical problem with my battery storage unit that even I couldn't fix. The booking and call out journey was easy and the Engineer who attended was a great guy. He was very respectful of my home, he was Covid compliant and above all a consummate and competent professional. I cant begin to tell you how happy I am with the service it was stunningly slick and seamless. All other companies out there should look at the standard of this companies customer service and use it as a benchmark. UK Eco Energy installed my solar panels about 8 months ago. Now I have had time to fully evaluate the benefit of the panels & the system that David recommended to me – I can leave an honest review. The installation of my panels & inverter took the best part of a day, and the 2 guys who carried out the installation were professional & courteous throughout. The only slight negative was the amount of cable ties my lawn mower kept 'finding' a few days after the installation, but that is the ONLY negative. David arrived towards the end of the installation to check everything was OK. I had noticed that the Solar configuration was installed in a way that I wasn't happy with, so David asked the guys to change the configuration which they did immediately. I also had a query about the solar readings on my Zappi car charger. Within minutes a solution was discussed & David was on the phone ordering an extra part which arrived within the hour & installed which rectified the issue. The installation of the inverter (in the loft) and the extra safety switch & digital meter next to the fuse box has been done brilliantly, leaving a very clean & tidy finish. The inverter was set up to use my wifi so that I have access to the readings from an app and my PC if required. I understand Eco Energy can also carry out updates of the firmware & monitor the system remotely too. A few months in from the initial install, I reviewed the data & noticed that I was sending a lot of excess generated energy straight back to the grid. I did some research into this, & discovered that the energy company I was already with (Octopus) would pay me for the excess generation (up to 15p per kWh) using their smart export tariff. So I rang David & requested an MCS certificate so that I could pursue this option, & he got the ball rolling immediately for me. So now I have a system that pays me for the excess solar generation. Obviously I missed out on the government FIT payment option, but I feel this is the next best thing. I did discuss the option of a battery installation too, but decided this was not for me as my car is effectively the same thing. I will suggest that if you are thinking of a battery then make sure you get it installed either at the same time as the solar panels, or within 6 months of your install (I think) as then you will be eligible for only 5% VAT. So 8 months in, I can honestly say I am very happy with my decision to have solar panels installed & also choosing Eco Energy to carry this out. The energy generated even on a cloudy day is enough to take me off grid for most of the day. If it is going to be a particularly sunny day then I plug my electric car into the Zappi & let it feed the excess generation from the panels straight into my car. I have driven hundreds of miles in the last 8 months using just energy harvested from the Sun !!! Great company, great product, great customer service. Highly recommended.

The install team turned up on time, were efficient and polite; a minor issue when the scaffold was delayed, but the team solved the issues quickly and without fuss. David came and ran through the options for the Solar Panels and Battery install and gave me prices there and then and followed up with detailed Quotation that evening. We'd had our eye on a more eco friendly heating system for a few years now and really wanted a more energy efficient, greener solution to replace our wood and coal burner system. Dave was brilliant and although he wasn't the cheapest quote, he came out and explained how the Air Source Heat Pump system would work, the costs involved, the savings to be had and the RHI payments we could expect. Compared with the other - cheaper - quotes we got, it was a no brainer really and we're so glad we decided to go with UK Eco Energy Solutions. The installation guys were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and the office team were always friendly, helpful and on hand, should we need anything. UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd fitted an Air Source Heat Pump for us following a recommendation from our neighbours. The whole process from initial contact through to completion has been simple and stress free. I found the whole Installation team to be extremely professional and reliable. Ash did a very neat job fitting the ASHP outside and all the other units inside the airing cupboard. The system so far is working well but has not been used much for heating due to the time of year, we now have a greatly increased flow on our hot water which is a bonus.

Installation went well all completed in one day solar pv system with 3 battery’s works well from looking at solar energy it would be nice to have sun all year this is not the case in Uk as we all know. I believe more battery’s you have the better especially with no export tariff with storing surplus electricity feeding surplus back seems pointless for very little in return. I now understand without feeding tariffs bills are cheaper and will take time to recover costs of system if ever One thing I do find pleasing they always answer phone and return calls unusual now days. Has for value for money not sure yet it’s been 14 months I guess time will tell Eco Solar Uk have done perfectly good job on installation/paper etc What needs to happen in solar PV is government gets it’s act together and bring back feeding tariffs and make all companies in energy market play fare and do people of UK a good deal (I live in hope )

The company installed an Air Source Heat Pump at my house. I am very pleased with it. The engineer (Ash) who did the main installation was a really friendly, helpful and conscientious person, I felt totally happy with him working in my house. There was also 2 electricians who were also excellent and did their work very efficiently and left everything tidy. The system is very good, well up to my expectations, of course at the moment (August) I have not had the central heating on but I have tried it and it does seem to be really good. . The hot water is every good and seems to be more than enough. The office based staff are also very friendly and helpful. The boss, David, if obviously totally dedicated to his business. I wanted to have Solar Panels initially with the option to expand and add a battery later. UK Eco Energy Solutions delivered what I asked for. The whole process was very smooth and the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Now the system is fitted it is performing excellently and it won't be long before I contact them again to have the batteries fitted and maybe even some of the other options they have available.

After hearing their advert on Lincs FM, I contacted UK Eco Energy Solutions for a quote. After an informative, no pressure visit from David, I decided to go ahead. The installation process was carried out quickly and efficiently. The pre, during and post customer service was second to none. All 3 of the guys who installed the system were great, but a HUGE shout out to Brendan who spotted I had 2 broken roof tiles and replaced them for me (I would never have seen them until it was too late!). One very happy customer, and would highly recommend them

Had solar power problems from a different company and didn't want to use them again. Found UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd. They came out 24 hours after my initial call. Checked my system, thought the problem was one of my inverters. Fitted a new one but after testing found this wasn't the problem. Put my old one back did some more investigating and found the problem. It was the main cable. Brendan fitted a new cable and now the system is working to full capacity again. All dealings with everyone from UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

We moved into a property which has solar panels but no paperwork and the system was not working and heating the immersion tank. Did an "emergency callout" came the same day. Excellent support for my atypical problem with an existing 4+ year old solar PV string (original installer is no longer trading). Intermittent fault began Dec-2019 and 3 months investigation with the manufacturer and their diagnostics unable to pinpoint the cause. From my initial call to UK EES, in less than 2 weeks the team was on-site checking and reconfiguring the string cabling for 10 panels, finding an open connector and a loose mounting bar (incidental bonus). Definitely top of my future contact list for everything "green".

I called them after hearing them advertise on Lincs FM. We had a leak connected with our hot water solar panels. Ash came out and fixed it the next day wearing protective gear as they said he would. He sorted the job out really quickly and explained what he had done. We would definitely use them again.

Returning Customer Following on from our solar install 2 years ago with UK Energy Solutions, we returned to David Nash and his team to continue with our house renovation program, in particular an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). It was a no brainer of a decision for us really, especially after our previous positive experience with this company. David’s knowledge of ASHP’s and linking them to solar is second to none. Our initial consultation at home was concise and in layman’s terms - even I understood the tech descriptions and processes! We were left with no uncertainty as to what RHI was available to us and the criteria we had to meet to qualify for it. After speaking with David and experiencing an in depth survey of our property, we were even more reassured with our decision to go ahead and fully prepared for the work to start 7 days later! The electricians and plumbers worked incredibly well together on site and dealt with the few niggles an older house being retro fitted with ASHP throws up in their stride. Nothing was insurmountable and there was no clock watching from anyone – on each day, the end state which was agreed prior to works starting was met. We have been in great hands start to finish, the lads carrying out a professional job and David, as a proactive and attentive Project Manager. It hasn’t stopped there either, seeing David visit us since the job as been completed ensuring his aftercare gets us the optimum output from these 2 products in unison. Had 4 infrared panels fitted in my martial arts training gym. I did not want the air to be heated as this makes it uncomfortable to train in, so UK Energy suggested the infrared heaters. So far they have been very good, you can feel the heat, like being in the sun on a winters day, which is perfect for training in. It took a couple of days to get them all fitted and tested.

We have been very impressed with the service we have received from UK Eco Energy, from the first meeting with David, to our contact with admin and site staff/electricians. All staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and the site staff show real care in their work ensuring quality fit and that they tidy up behind themselves. We have now had the system in for a week and we are very happy with the efficient panels installed by the company. Even in the winter and with an average day, we are generating more than we are using for the majority of the day, and charging the batteries for use overnight and to cover period of high usage during the day. We will be recommending UK Eco Energy whenever possible.

From the initial meeting with David, to the installation and sign off, we have been extremely impressed with the whole team. I have recently had a microgeneration Hybrid PV solar system installed by this company the installation went well the installers were helpful & friendly the system is better than anticipated, I was very sceptical with only limited knowledge and understanding regarding solar power, after discussing the options with David (The M.D) looking into his company along with 5 star reviews and total reliance on the company’s expertise & professional services, explaining this was a long term investment & the system had to be right with a view of been totally efficient but as explained the excess power generated has to go somewhere (back to the grid). However; I now have major concerns regarding the paperwork for the installation this is a microgeneration PV solar system. The outstanding paperwork may potentially mean that the installation of the microgeneration PV solar system is not certified with the following consequences. The system is not insured, I cannot receive export payments, I may not be able to insure my property, I may not be able to sell my property with an uncertified microgeneration PV solar system installed. I am sure that the outstanding paperwork will be provided eventually at no extra cost. I can therefore only provide this company with a 3-star rating at present with an open view once all documentation is received. I am now looking into the potential consequences of this installation. All this due to no fault of my own. This is causing unnecessary stress to myself & wife. without prejudice. Since this initial review of only ever 3 STARS I have since had it confirmed that despite this company referencing Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) on its advertising material (now removed). despite been stated on other documentation provided & signed (misleading information) along with the Home Insulation & Energy System Quality Assured Contractors Scheme (HIES) that this company is NOT a member of this is to the FACT that I will NOT receive an MCS certificate from this company. NOT that I did NOT request a certificate, This subsequently means that I will NOT receive an export payment due to the above that without a certified (MCS) certificate to that the energy suppliers will NOT allow or accept me to export surplus generated electric to the grid for exported payments regardless of the amount exported & not be reimbursed for the export, subsequently as the income & savings stated in the quotation mean that over a period of 25 years I will NOT recoup a value in that period stated. The system I have had installed is working better than anticipated as stated above there is nothing wrong with the installation or the quality of products installed it is a disappointment that the installation has NOT been fully executed through to the conclusion or correctness of the paperwork it is to that I now review my rating to be of that 1 STAR. To that this company not fore filled its obligations. without prejudice.

Having researched the battery storage market, I met David and discussed a number of options for an AC coupled battery storage system to supplement my existing solar PV installation. 22nd February 2019. We made a decision to install solar panels at the start of this year. We obtained a number of quotes. When David came to our house we were instantly impressed by the depth of knowledge that he had about the products he was selling along with advice on whether our project was financially viable. David explained what he was legally allowed to do when selling solar panels. David showed us photographs of installations his company had completed and offered to contact customers for us to obtain their views on work that his company had completed. His selling technique did not involve any form of high pressure selling. At the end of looking and reviewing quotes we decided to purchase our solar panels from David. This was not based on the cost. The information provided and the service was excellent. The fitters carried out an excellent job and were friendly. They fitted the armoured electrical cable under the patio and late on I asked if they could reposition the cable entry.. Even though this was late into the day they willingly moved the cable with the comment " we want you to be happy with the fitting". Excellent service. Only fitted yesterday so cannot comment on reliability however I did contact someone who had solar panels fitted previously with Eco Energy and he informed me when he had a minor issue it was rectified very quickly and to his satisfaction.

Very happy with the work and service. We moved to a property that has a solar system that wasn't working. We needed a new inverter and batteries and these were fitted very quickly, there were a few problems which I think were mainly down to our old system but they were soon sorted and everything is running well now. But have to mention our system is generate 1-2 kwh/h at winter time... a friend electrician said summer time should generate 5-15 kwh/h (but can not confirm yet) so just to let you know. Following an earlier attempt a few years ago to enquire about solar installation, I was quite disappointed in the companies that turned up, and I did not feel they had my best interests at heart. However, I recently researched again some local companies and was pleasantly surprised at the immediate response to my web enquiry by UK Ecoenergy Solutions Ltd. David Nash the MD of the company arranged an initial meeting to survey the house. David then explained the whole process in a clear and understandable way along with the options available to me. On the day of the installation, two friendly professionals turned up early in the morning with all the necessary equipment and in no time at all were working hard on the installation. This is a 12 panel 3.78kW Qcells array with a Solis inverter system facing virtually south. We were impressed by the friendly and efficient operatives who installed the system, which went up in a day from a temporary scaffold platform. It has been performing well since being set up meeting expectations of output. We did have a bit of difficulty setting the monitoring system up, but the director, David Nash, came round personally as soon as he heard that we were having trouble. Thank you.

Really pleased with both the installation and the workmanship. Fitted the heat pump and solar panels in June and handled all the paperwork to connect us to the system. So far the hot summer and warm autumn has meant that the heating has come on only twice during a frosty morning and has provided entirely adequate back ground heating. Had my system installed for over 3 years now. Throughout this period, following the death of my husband, David has been in touch to check that everything has been ok for me and that my solar panel battery system is performing as it should. An excellent job done by David and his team on one of the hottest days of the year. We have a very tall Edwardian house with a skylight positioned very inconveniently in the middle of the roof. Added to that, there is an attic not a loft and the internal wiring had to be rooted carefully. None-the-less the work was completed without disruption to the household. We insisted that they stop on Friday at 4.30 because of the heat and the job was complete by mid-morning the next day, everything tidied away very neatly. David has been excellent throughout: carefully explaining the procedures & ensuring that all was in place; setting up the monitoring system; applying for the necessary permissions & liaising with SSE on tariff & payments. There were some problems with balancing of the batteries & David personally sorted those out & the system now works very well. Our meter now spins at a refreshingly very slow rate. Fantastic communications throughout the process. Not hassled at all just phone calls when needed. Job took longer than expected due to problems taking old panels down, but the workmen kept me up to date with progress and were courteous throughout the install. Dave was ever so helpful explaining the whole system to myself and ensuring that I fully understood how the system worked and what the benefits of it were. Ruth popped in on the install day to check that things were running smoothly, which they were. Dave came back after the install had been completed and checked the workman ship and explained to me how it all worked. David and the team were great from my initial contact, site visits and installation of our Solar PV system. All were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and able to answer any queries we had. The install was completed easily within one day with very neat work and cleaned up afterwards. David Arrived on site that day after the work was completed to ensure the Feed in Tarrif (FIT) paperwork was completed so it could be registered from the install date. We would highly recommend UK Eco Energy Solutions Ltd. We have been so impressed we are going to have an Air Source Heat Pump system installed very soon by them. :)

David oversees everything personally. He came to discuss all options and was perfectly blunt if it wasnt going to be a viable option. We went ahead with a solar panel installation and am glad we did.
