Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will happily use Sam again
We were recommended to use Sam from a Facebook group. The job was to repair a spindle motor for our electric fire - Sam was on time, polite and communicated well - and while he couldn’t replace the motor due to the old design of the fire, he was able to find a solution we were happy with. Will use again! Thanks
Sam installed an EV charger for us and did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Before starting, he clearly explained everything he was going to do, which made us feel completely at ease. Sam was also really easy to get along with and was incredibly helpful throughout. He stayed until we had confirmed that everything was working perfectly and made sure we were happy with the installation. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly electrician. Fantastic service from start to finish!
None of our lights worked when we contacted Sam, he came within a couple of days of us calling him. It was not a straightforward fault and Sam worked hard to resolve the problem.10/10 for perseverance he didn't give up. He made sure that everything worked before he left. He is very polite, hardworking and smart, he knows his stuff.
I’m very pleased with the EV charger installation carried out by S.M Electrical Services. The work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. He was professional, reliable and tidy, and cleaned everything up after finishing. A hardworking and ambitious young electrician who clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Sam was punctual, friendly, and professional. Got the job done quickly, didn’t leave a mess. What more can you ask for?
I would give this guy a higher rating if possible. Aside from his high level of customer service, his standard of work is amazing. He goes above and beyond and doesn't leave until he's found the issue and is happy he's resolved it, no matter how long it takes. I'll always use Sam for works going forward and will most definitely be recommending him to family and friends.
