TLS is run by Tom who fitted 2 Panasonic Air Conditioning Units in my home. Tom was a grafter who gave 110% and managed to fit both units in a day. The quality of the installation matched the quality of the units and came with a 7 year warranty. Tom’s prices are reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his products. Had Tom in today to install air conditioning in our third-floor bedroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The job was completed quickly, efficiently and to a really high standard. Everything was kept very clean and tidy throughout, and the room and garden were left looking as though no major work had even taken place! Tom was also very self-sufficient and professional, which made the whole process completely hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Tom fitted aircon in 2 bedrooms last week along with a new consumer unit, at the survey he was very knowledgeable and friendy with no hard sell, he answered any questions and gave great advice what would be best. On installation he was very professional, hard working and did the work to a very high standard and also very tidy and when finished fully explained how the systems work. At the pre-visit he very clearly outlined options and we agreed what to do. He is very knowledgeable. I was not there on the day he came but his work is exactly as agreed and spot on. He has been very professional in every respect and is very highly recommended.

From the initial site visit it was fantastic to talk to an expert and not just a salesperson. The engineer's knowledge was self evident and no request for cable routing seemed too difficult. The installation was flawless and ticked all the boxes. A great experience from start to finish.

Had air conditioning installed in two rooms, two new electric sockets and an outdoor camera installed. TLS were quick to respond to my enquiry, talked me through the installs and their recommendations. Install was quick and thorough, with my preferences checked during install for connection paths and locations. I am very happy with the end result, would recommend them for electrical work.

Tom attended our property promptly following the phone call to arrange to put an extension in for our internet. He gave me options to consider to complete the work, and a recommendation which I was happy to go with. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. During planning for an extensive lounge renovation, I contacted TLS Electrical as one of several trades needed for carrying out the work. The renovation plans included a new media wall and ceiling for which I specifically wanted quality lighting, some of which was a sunken smart LED surround. I contacted three electrical installers who as anticipated, all had different approaches to the work being quoted for. One of them was Tom Stevenson from TLS. Given that 80% of success is just turning up, I was pretty impressed when he said he could pop in in the next hour between jobs, which he did. He had a Can-Do attitude, listened, made copious notes and some suggestions, and left the clear impression that he actually wanted the work and would take the trouble to do it properly. He got back to me quickly with a detailed quotation, and I was pretty happy he was properly clued-up with the Smart aspects of the work. He wasn't the cheapest quote but he'd covered all the bases and had correctly suggested a long-overdue replacement of an auxiliary fuse box with a consumer unit to use on the new project. The work was completed yesterday and I'm a happy chappie. New power and lighting wiring, dimmable downlights, new accessible sockets, app-controlled smart lighting, and a great attitude throughout. I had a couple of questions this morning which I emailed him with, and guess what. He arrived on the doorstep a short time later and spent an hour altering a couple of things and fitting a pendant which had arrived late this morning. So my review? Tom's your guy if you want someone reliable, easy to talk to (cos he listens), can-do attitude, and takes some trouble to provide the service he promotes. Recommended? For sure. (Photos to follow)

Tom from TLS Electrical was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the instalation of our Zappi EV charging point. Helped us with our options from the get go, was flexible when it came to changing the date (car came earlier than expected!) and helped set up the app once the work was completed, talking us through the settings. We moved to Lincoln / Glebe Park in August 2024 and needed quite a bit of electrical work doing - new sockets, replacement lighting, extractor fans, etc and used the electrician recommended by the outgoing householder. All seemed well, at first, but then we had little quirky things going wrong with the work that had been done. Time to look for someone new! We found TLS and Tom via a Web search, and booked him to visit. He arrived on time (always a good measure), quickly diagnosed and fixed a fault, and replaced a boiler programmer that didn't work properly. Whilst there he found two other problems (with the work done by the previous guy), one of which was dangerous! He returned shortly thereafter to fix those too. Not only is he skilled and knowledgeable, working quickly and effectively, but thoroughly nice person too. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. Tom is such a conscientious, thoughtful and friendly worker. He wired up the lights for a media unit in the living room which was fitted by Hammonds and a new bookcase beneath the stairs. We'd had other quotes but TLS was the most reasonable, and while other electricians said it was 'too tricky' to install lighting in the hall under the stairs, it was no problem whatsoever to Tom. The Hammonds worker refused to put our TV back on the wall after fitting the unit, but Tom did that for us at no extra cost. I will gladly recommend TLS Electrical to everyone I know.

Tom initially quoted to instal and fit an aircon system in my workshop. He was very helpful in explaining the best system to use and talking through the options. The aircon system is all fitted and plumbed in as we had agreed, and on price. Tom carried out a deep service of my air- conditioning units. He was extremely professional and polite. After the service Tom left all the areas he had been in neat and tidy and then gave me some excellent advice on how to keep the units in optimum condition. Thomas thoroughly cleaned and serviced the unit, ensuring it operated at peak performance. He also took the time to clearly explain the work he had done and offered tips on how to maintain it. Tom was recommended to us for a service of our air conditioning unit and 4 internal units as well as a problem with excess condensate dripping inside. He arrived promptly and before entering removed his boots without being asked He then carried out a thorough service of all units and diagnosed and fixed the problem of condensate dripping internally. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and happy to explain what he was doing and why. His invoice arrived via email later the same day and was reasonable for the work he carried out, A new business who will clearly succeed if he carries on in this manner.

I contacted Tom and fortunately for myself he was able to come out later that day to have a look at the work I required doing. Tom came and we went through the work required and Tom helped me come up with a solution for some outdoor lights I wanted. I received a quote the next day and arranged for the work to be done. I am very pleases with the work carries out and how tidy everywhere was left,when working inside my house he put protective film on my carpet which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Tom and shall be getting him back to do more electrical work as I progress with my house renovations.
