Had Tyler and Harvey from Airco to repair our air source heat /underfloor system yesterday - quick to respond you our request , lovely polite guys , great communication and after completing, stayed to ensure heat reached the front room which is furthest from the pump - would highly recommend 😃

Perhaps it’s not wise for representatives of the company in a company van to be aggressively tailgating small cars through Worksop today. Not a good look for the company

Unable to give zero stars, so this is over rated. I had an appointment booked on Thursday 4th Jan for between 9am and 11,30 am. It had to be in the morning as I had a medical appointment in the afternoon, the bloke I spoke with to arrange this time was made aware of my time restraints on this day. The engineer turned up at 13,30pm. I wasn't in. Spoke to someone when I returned home and arranged an appointment for the 12th in the afternoon, I'm on nights and don't want to be awake all day for someone to turn up when they please. Got a call from Paige yesterday 5th Jan, could I rearrange my appointment because there's a big job on the 12th. I said sure can anyone come today. Yes she says, I'll call an engineer now and arrange it. She put me on hold and I waited 5 minutes when she told me an engineer was coming from Hull right now to service my heating. Guess what? No-one turned up. Now I'm going to have to waste my time in phone calls to the local council about the way I've been treated by this company.

Wouldn't recommend any air sourced heat pump fitted by this company or any other THEY KNOW THAT THE SYSTEMS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED AS PRIMARY HEATING IN BUILDINGS BUILT BEFORE 2008 THE PROPERTY I LIVE IN WAS BUILT IN 1958 AND HAS AN E ENERY RATING

Friendly and efficient staff in the training department.

Hired the business lounge for accredited training course. Holly on reception was excellent, the facilities were covid secure and top notch. Thankyou.

Plumbing and electrical blokes really excellent. Worked all day long really well.

Had a new heating system fitted today the guys were great and very friendly, would recommend to anyone, 10 out of 10 guys

We’re over the moon with our new heating and hot water system.... Howard and Liam or (Chisel) and (Ham) as they were affectionately known for the 3 days they were here, couldn’t have done a better job! They were very professional and went out of their way to please us and our German Shepard dog. They battled thru snow to get to us, tbh a lot wouldn’t have traveled to the middle of the North Yorkshire moors from Hull in the conditions they did and we are extremely grateful they did and didn’t leave us without heating. Totally fantastic from start to finish. New airflow heating installed and had no idea what to expect in this process. From initial survey to work being completed i couldn't of wished for a more friendly and professional team. Shane, John and the rest of team (who's names i didn't get) you've all done a perfect job, looked after me in making sure i had some form of heat quick and totally cleaning up after yourselves. I have to say that these folks are brilliant! We were provided a costing from another company and some advice, and as you do - we got an alternative comparison. We saved a fortune as the other company advised our system could not be repaired as parts are not available. They said we needed an expensive replacement and the bill ran into almost £5K - Airco came, Dan was a great lad, really personable and knew his stuff - his team were equally great too and everything about them from the first impressions right through to the final job was great. Paul Baker was the final guy here and was also professional and personable. Will use again without hesitation. I know these boys are not the cheapest albeit in this case they did save us money. But I have total confidence that they will give the right advice, provide a great service and be a pleasure to deal with. Keep it up guys Mark Nicholson Harvey George Ltd.

Right from the very first phone call with Dean, we have been very very pleased with everything Airco have done. Dean was very helpful and professional from first contact to completion. Everyone involved from Shane who came to do our survey and check we were happy with the install, through to John and his team who installed our new heating system, they were all very helpful and professional and I would recommend to anyone. Paul Baker and Mark Bishop who visited the site for the first time repaired the problem that all the other engineers that had been out to previously had failed to sort out They was determined to get the problem sorted and worked in a professional manor

Paul fitted a new boiler for me. he was very polite and professional throughout. worked effic iently to ensure it was all done in one day. he cleaned everything when he was finished and left everything as he found it. highly recommended 👌

Liam and Howard did a fantastic job for me. They were very considerate and explained exactly what they were doing all along. They are very tidy workers and cleaned up thoroughly at the end.

Liam and Howard and the electrician did a brilliant professional job with minimum mess which they tidied up and due to the current pandemic they deserve the all the credit for making what could be a stressful situation not at all stressful. Good luck

Great work carried out last week by Shane and John ,very helpful and clean and tidy every day. The electrician's were very good aswell ,everything was explained in great detail, left them to it with current situation.would highly recommend. Even when I have called the office Dean is very helpful and very friendly. I appreciated the call when the work got put back at the beginning of this situation to check I had heating. Absolutely fantastic job, shane and John were very friendly, explained everything very clean and tidy job, had to leave them to it with the covid situation so they didn't have to wear their ppe in the hot weather, would highly recommend these guys they are a credit to this company!

Cancelled one appointment to service boiler and failed to show up for another one.

They did full air source heating system exchange and went brilliant, fast and cleaned job. Very friendly people.

Fantastic service 2 lads that come so polite friendly explained everything we live in filey it was raining heavy but they carried on regardless really pleased

Left without heating at -5 temperatures for 2 weeks. Rang numerous times to be told different things. The parts arrived on 1/2/19 and l still haven't been contacted to repair the heating 5/2/19. Not happy.

Just wanted to say what a great firm and outstanding after sales service that Dean and his team are. We had the latest Solar Edge Panels installed a couple of years ago which have been a great investment! We had problems with our internet recently and didn't realise it affected part of the communication system that monitors what we are using over the year. Dean informed us of the loss of data connection, as he also monitors this as part of the system performance. He quickly informed us what to do to resolve the problem and we were able to reconnect easily! Great firm, great team, great service and fantastic quality products!!! Thank you!

We recently had a full central heating system fitted by Airco. The work was sheduled to be carried out in 2 full days ,I must admit it was.The team of lads were great,friendly,couteous and very clean in their work.W w e are highly delighted with the workmanship and of course the product .I would recomend Airco to anyone. Airco have managed our air conditioning system for 6 years now. As with a lot of offices, we have differing requirements throughout the building and the service department have always offered up helpful solutions. Call out times are excellent and the level of customer service is consistently high. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

A massive thanks to Gordon from Airco Hull for helping me solve a very frustrating problem with my Worcester Air Source Heat Pump. Despite the problem initially being misdiagnosed Gordon tagged into the job and went above and beyond (even on his day off one Saturday) to help stop the nightly low pressure alarms. He gave me his mobile number and even called me across the days to see if everything was working ok. His customer service was nothing short of 5*. Thank you!!

The team have Excellent product knowledge, are always courteous and are very customer focussed. The standard of onsite works and documentation is also always to a very good standard. Its a pleasure to work along side and in partnership with Airco.
