Mr Charger Nottingham

Great service ahead of the installation, but then couldn't get part of the installation working. Passed the blame to Tesla and insisted on full payment despite the issue remaining. 10 months down the line I'm left not knowing whether the installation is safe and they are ignoring my messages. Disappointing.

Excellent service from start to finish. Courteous, professional, quick and efficient service. No frills and small talk. To the point and very tidy workmanship. Thanks to Paula in sales and Tony for the Ev charger fitting, as both were fantastic throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to fit an EV charger at home.

I dealt with Paula at Mr Charger, enquiring about an electric car wall charger for my home. She was extremely professional and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I've had the unit fitted today and the workmanship is second to none. I've dealt with many suppliers through business and without any hesitation I rank Mr Charger as one of the best!!! Would certainly use again and very highly recommend.

I thought the engineer was really great and a credit to himself and your company. Arrived bang on time, was polite, explained what he was doing throughout without disturbing me more than necessary and did a tidy job in the agreed time.

Great service and support from my initial enquiry through to final installation. Shared plenty of options on different chargers so I could choose which best suited me, turned up on time and did a very neat job of fitting it all and getting me set up on the App for the charger I chose
