Reviews
3.3
O'Connor Electrical Ltd customers report both positive and negative experiences. One reviewer says the firm fixed a CCTV job another company had got wrong, praising Debbie in the office and asking for Luke by name. Another describes the service as friendly and efficient, and a business customer recommends the firm for PAT and EICR work and reactive maintenance, calling them professional, reliable, honest and quick. Three reviewers describe rude or unprofessional behaviour, two of them about a van driver's conduct on the road, and one reports being told to expect charges and says they would not use the firm again.
Disgusting driving by this staff member cut me up in a merge in turn lane and when I beeped he proceeded to sit there and not moving. Staring out of his wing mirror at me trying to start trouble
rude van driver at the very least! Your driving with a company logo on the van so drive for that company!
First time I have used O'Connor Electrical and I would highly recommend them. I was ripped off by another CCTV company however, O'Connor Electrical sorted it all out. Reasonably, priced, efficient and really pleasant to work with - Debbie in the office is really helpful and I would personally request Luke to come and do your work as he is really good.
Friendly and efficient.
Rude and Unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour, unless you want charges then do not bother. There are plenty of other places to get your electrical service from do not bother with these.
We use O'Connor Electrical to carry out all our PAT & EICR's. They also provide a reactive maintenance service for us. I would 100% recommend them to all. They are professional, reliable, honest & quick. Big thumbs up from us at Northwood Derby
