MSB Group Mechanical & Electrical

Danny and his colleague came to do a routine electrical inspection at the property, very professional, friendly and excellent knowledge. Anything they needed to move was put back in place before they left. Credit to the company!

As always polite and efficient office staff together with considerate of ones property engineers that attend who do an excellent job. Always pleased with the service I receive.

Once again, excellent service from MSB

Fantastic service and staff as always. Service levels and attention to detail is what stands MSB out from others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from MSB. They came out to my barbershop within 30 minutes of calling to repair faulty electrical sockets and diagnose an issue with some of the shop. They quickly identified the problem, explained what needed doing and got everything repaired safely and efficiently. They kept the shop running as we would have ran out of power with our tools and would have had to cancel at least a couple of days worth of appointments. Really impressed with how professional, friendly and reliable they were. The work was completed to a high standard and caused minimal disruption to the shop. Would definitely recommend MSB and will happily use them again.

The engineer was professional, couteous, helpful and friendly - all the qualities I have grown to expect from MSB. Thank you!

Timely, efficient, professional and friendly service

Always great service and experience with these guys, very respectful knowledgeable engineers and good value for money

These are fabulous people to book for plumbing and other work. We booked our annual gas service and also asked if they could look at a leak from the kitchen sink at the same time. Which they did, and fixed (after a few iterations to find what would work). What particularly delighted me is that the main engineer was accompanied by a young apprentice who was very keen, personable, and able to work mostly unsupervised and very competently on the leak investigation/fix - only needing the main engineer to sort out the tricky fix (which was based on his experience and passing on of knowledge to the youngster). I love that MSB are taking the trouble to train young people!

I've used MSB now for several different kinds of jobs. They are always efficient, friendly, courteous and reliable. They look after our gas fire and plumbing. Would recommend.

Arrived on time. Lovely young man, polite and very efficient.

A dream to deal with compared to BG - lovely helpful engineer , efficient & comprehensive and a third of the price of BG - absolutely delighted

Brilliant company! Communication throughout! Staff very respectful and helpful!! Definitely recommend

Couldn’t recommend MSB enough, everyone we dealt with have been nothing but professional and accommodating. High quality service!

These guys are awesome. I’ve used them a few times now and they just a really great company. When I phoned and asked for an electrician the lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful and Callum the electrician who came this morning was a really nice chap, a real credit to the company. Got the job done quickly and efficiently …Well done!!!! Keep up the good work everyone, such a pleasure to deal with genuine people.

Helpful, friendly and professional. Recently installed a new boiler and new radiators for us, a smooth process. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I had an issue with my first and second floor lights, not ideal just before Xmas! Justin and Finn were here quickly and soon figured out what the problem was and were able to resolve it. Superb company and individuals to deal with.

Our hot water cylinder developed a leak, a call and Mark was quickly with us to assess the situation. Quotation was promptly received and work carried out shortly after by Declan. All the staff were helpful and we can't praise them highly enough.

Amazing bathroom refurb carried out by the msb group team, can't thank them enough. Really trustworthy and top workmanship. Highly recommend using this company for your plumbing and electrical needs👍
