We had our boiler serviced by Stephen Cooke from HMS on the 6th Oct 2026 and I would like to say that he not only did an excellent job with the servicing but also gave very good advice on a number of safety aspects regarding our gas boiler. Very pleased.

Serviced our two boilers and checked them over. Seemed efficient and chatty explaining what he was doing.

We cannot fault HMS for quality of service, installation and product. Jamie fitted our air conditioning units this week, and was beyond respectful, kind and helpful. He explained everything that was happening at every stage and was friendly and understanding throughout. Christian also went the extra mile for us, as did Chloe on reception, and we are incredibly grateful to them and to HMS. Both units were fitted and running within a day and a half which was far beyond our expectations and the difference it’s already making is amazing! We have a predominantly neurodiverse household and the heat has had a very negative impact on the family dynamic. HMS have genuinely gone the extra mile for our family throughout to support us and we can’t thank or recommend them enough.

Had the pleasure of Stephen coming to service our hot water cylinder this morning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was perfectly happy to have a chat with myself and my partner (we're very chatty people and love a good natter with maintenance people!). He even didn't want to walk across the grass as it had recently been mowed and he didn't want to get grass on his shoes and walk it into my flat. He did his job well, he's trustworthy and I would totally recommend this company.

Engineer Steven visited us today to reset temperatures. He discovered pressure also needed adjusting: he also gave me a thorough tutorial on how to reset temp and pressure seasonally. The team from HMS recently installed 2 air conditioning units in our home, the engineers are experienced, professional and courteous. They kept us informed every step of the way. Very clean and tidy, completing the installation on time. On completion they guided us through the system controls ensuring we were happy before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending HMS for your air conditioning requirements.

Rio, Ollie and Sam were OUTSTANDING. This is the third time I’ve used them. The quality and attention to detail is beyond reassuring. They have done a full first and second fit of an extension on my second time working with them. This time it was putting in extractor fans, an EV charger as well as powering our garage (a significant way from the house). They also assisted in future proofing the house with data cables being hardwired in. Forward thinking, polite and hardworking. I will not be using anybody else.

HMS replaced my mother's ancient warm air system with a new one in March after the old one failed. Very responsive to the initial inquiry and they kept us fully informed through to the installation. The entire installation team were polite, professional, dedicated and tidy (and it was a big project involving new boiler, roof works, new heating exchanger and more). All in all - excellent.

Our boiler unfortunately broke on the Friday evening and we were recommended this company. We called on Saturday morning and they arrived to our house same day. Stephen the engineer diagnosed the problem within fifteen minutes and orders the parts for us. They returned on the Thursday the following week to fit it. I want to give you a very heartfelt thank you for coming to my rescue when my heating and hot water went down because of an electrical fault just before Xmas. All your electricians had already stopped work for Xmas, however the wonderful Shelley found one of them, Rio, who happily turned up on my doorstep about an hour and half later. He sorted the problem, and importantly found out what was probably the cause of the shut off, which will require my plumber to come and fix. Thank you so much for prioritising me like that.

HMS carried out a service on my air source heat pump system. Work carried out professionally and helpfully, and at a competitive price. A big thanks to Tony, who took the time to explain how to work and set up the hot water and heating system, on the controls inside the property.

We needed a new Hot Water boiler for our Scout HQ, they attended quickly and gave us a really good quote. It was a complicated job involving decommissioning the faulty gas water heater, filling in the air vent to the outside of the building. Installing a new Electric Water Heater, which involved running a new cable from the consumer unit and then commissioning the new system. Three different engineers, but all accomplished smoothly and quickly. We are very grateful for their efficient, work and the value for money cost. We have no hesitation in recommending HMS.

Stephen (Cookie) visited to service the boiler. Prior to his arrival (10 minutes) he telephoned to advise of his ETA - very thoughtful. Stephen was very polite, friendly and professional. In addition to the boiler service he advised on a leak I had noticed and also on the positioning and efficacy of my carbon monoxide detector - which was out of date and located incorrectly. Had a smashing chat with him whilst he worked and, by the way, he likes one sugar with milk in his coffee. I have used this company for as long as I can remember (so has my mum), and I can't see me changing anytime soon.

HMS have been so helpful to us. Andy has been out twice to give us advice on our options regarding optimising our current system vs upgrading vs switching to an air source heat pump. We never felt pressured by any 'sales pitch', in fact Andy was very honest about letting us know which upgrades wouldn't be worth it for our home. We really valued the advice and it's been really helpful in giving us more information about how to proceed.

A great, reliable company with friendly and helpful staff. Have used them to service a gas fire and also our boiler and always been happy with their service.

These guys were so professional, they repaired my boiler really quickly and tidied up every little bit of mess so it was like they were never there. Lovely bloke that came to do they repairs and I liked the service so much that I will getting my boiler serviced by them every year. The company obviously take pride in professionalism and customer care so I really recommend them.

Contacted them to discuss a new boiler system. They talked, advised, eventually sent someone to quote, delayed, delayed again and then, a MONTH after the initial conversation sent an email out of the blue saying they were refusing to quote me. No good reason was given and my request for one was ignored. I suspect, one of their engineers has a personal vendetta because he is friends with an estranged family member. If this is true, it’s disgusting! Unprofessional! Poor communicators! Rude! They ignored all follow up correspondence after they decided to dump us after stringing us along and lying about being able to quote us (in person and on the phone). If they are this unreliable and unprofessional *before* they take any money from you, who knows what they are like when you pay them. I probably dodged a bullet. Be very wary.

The two guys made an excellent job installing our new Boiler and Radiator. They were very polite and professional. Absolutely no mess left behind and I can't praise them high enough from the original quote to the completion of the work. Extremely happy and without doubt would recommend HMS to anybody who are considering their services.

Heating Maintenance has just left after servicing my boiler which they have been doing in various houses around Worcestershire for nearly 10 years now and I can't recommend them enough.
