Got a replacement door entry handset installed today the workers from the girl on the fone that took the order to the guys that came and installed were very professional and tidy they even done some filler and repainted were the old hand set was witch I was not expecting atall cannot fault the service they have provided would definitely recommend. They are very reasonably priced was all very straightforward from the start.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was really polite and helpful. Booking the appointment for the buzzer repair was hassle free. The workman Alan, he was really professional, well presented, so polite and knew exactly what he was doing, repaired very quickly (again without hassle). Really 10/10 service from start to finish. I have used WSS for fence repairs for over 12 years now, and the joiners are great. I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend WSS.

I contacted WSS and their wait times are very lengthy with waiting 2 weeks for someone to come out to take a look and another 2/3weeks for the repairs to be done, not impressed and won't bother contacting them again. We just wanted a new light fitted in the living room (which we supplied) and they didn't bother providing a light bulb or socket - honestly it doesn't hurt to use your common sense! The manager, an arrogant and disrespectful woman didn't care about the works at hand as she didn't ask any questions hence why the missing materials of the works and miscommunication, she just wanted me off the phone asap and talked to me as if I was an idiot. The electrician, Calum, just wanted to quickly do the job but was very friendly and talkative - once received in hand, the payment in cash. Great company...not (!) I think this company is only interested in bigger, reputable clients...

Good company. They’ve installed two intercom handsets for me now at two different properties. Good engineers, good customer service system, all the updates are online and emailed over, and lovely receptionist.

My security system went down after a power failure which also caused a failure in my internet so I phoned in for assistance and Grant called me back and within a short time my system was back up and running. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through exactly what to do to solve my problems. Thanks for an excellent and efficient service.

Approached WSS to quote to repair a faulty intercom system for a residential block of flats. Engineer came out to diagnose and quote for repair. Very reasonable price and once accepted the job was completed within 48 hours. They also came back out promptly to reprogram the service button that was no longer working once this was reported. Very impressed with response/repair time from both customer service and the engineers. Look forward to using them again in the future for another painless experience! Thank you.

Installed a parking bollard in private car park space. Great product and a quick, professional service.

The first gentleman who came to fix our buzzer wasn’t warming a mask (during lock down!) and my flatmate is immunocompromised. We pointed this out and he said, ‘it’s in the van, sorry’ and continued... Once the buzzer was replaced, we get complaints from a few neighbours that front door is now permanently open, a clear security risk. One of our neighbours gets someone else in to fix it. He turns up at our door to ask if he can have a look at our buzzer. After inspection, he takes off the handset and see that the wires which opens the latch at the front have been permanently twisted together. This new Lecky is real annoyed at this shoddy work and says we should try and get our money back. He fixes the problem. We call WSS to complain and they turn it on us saying we only payed for the labour and not the parts. We refuse to pay this and then a few days later, the same gentleman turns up (with no mask again!) at our door demanding the money. My immunocompromised flatmate, who has had nothing to do with this ordeal, doesn’t know what’s going on and she is terrified by this man demanding payment. She calls me and I decide to transfer WSS money just to get him to go away. Honestly, I couldn’t believe how much of a cowboy builder experience this was. Felt powerless and that we were taken advantage of as we are all students with little experience of how these things work. I don’t just not recommend WWS, I actively warn against them!

It's a one stop family security firm. Very reliable service.

New entrance door to block of flats in Rutherglen took two months to complete. Door fitted in same day, one out and one in. Then the problems started. Four spars over the glass same as existing, never sanded between coats of stain. Quote was for like for like but had to email WSS to come back with kick plates. External plate was measured wrong and not fitted. WSS came up with a solution, I purchase a kick plate and fit myself! Great idea as we only paid over £1600 to get new door, like for like. It was only after they got the contract from our factor, they decided to tell us that the lock is an extra £93.00 excluding the euro barrel. So I had to fit kick plate and stain door again (2 coats) to make their work presentable. Thanks Frank. The one that refused to communicate with me is Frank. Well done. Never let WSS near Princes Gate again.
