After contacting 3 companies without a reply, I reached out to Nextwave who got back to me quickly. They came out quickly to fit a light and resolve a fault with lights being put in another 2 rooms. Very reasonably priced and will be going to NextWave moving forward!

I called Victoria last Friday evening at 10.30 pm(I see they are 24 hours open) and she responded promptly and gave me a reasonable quote to replace my old heat and smoke alarms. Then she came on Monday and did the installation professionally and filled all the holes. She did a test and explained the wire disconnection and how to test and stop alarms. She also provided a certificate of installing interlinked alarms complying with the new law (2022). I’m very happy about her professional work and the reasonable price.

Vickie and Sean came out to help at Mum's house in EK with less than 12hrs notice from the night before. They are professional, prompt and trustworthy to have around your house. It was a simple small issue to resolve but Vickie had it checked and made safe really quickly. We will continue to use Next Wave on our electrical jobs. Highly recommended
