Glasgow Electrical Testing Ltd

Used GET to have my EV charger installed at my home. Great communication throughout including after sales and excellent service delivered. Highly recommend GET

I’ve used the services of Ruairidh and Paul on two separate occasions now. The boys first came out to supply and fit a large outside light, and their service was so good that we got them back for more jobs around the house — installing a new bathroom light and moving a light switch from one wall to another. Both guys are really professional, clean, and meticulous in their work. Truly great professionals. I couldn’t recommend their service highly enough.

Ruairidh has done numerous jobs around our house including fixing outside down lights and a new smoke alarm in our kitchen. Delighted with his work and also his communication throughout the process. Made it all easy for us and was a great price too.

I recently hired Ruairidh and Paul to carry out a full rewire of my living room, install new wiring and downlights in my kitchen and bathroom, and upgrade my electrical unit with RCBOs in my tenement flat — and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Ruairidh and Paul were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful suggestions, and worked efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The new lighting has completely transformed my kitchen and bathroom, the additional plug sockets are great, and the added safety of the RCBOs gives me real peace of mind. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace tidy, and made sure everything was tested and working perfectly before they left. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical expertise with such a friendly and approachable attitude. I highly recommend Glasgow Electrical Testing to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality electrical work. A fantastic experience all around - thanks guys!

Excellent job done by extremely professional electricians. The job was very neat and they left the place extremely tidy when they finished, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Great service from Ruaridh, reasonable prices turns up on time and explains everything very good

I had a great experience. The service was fast, professional, and everything was completed right on schedule. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. It's not easy to find someone who combines technical skill with such reliability and punctuality. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

wired in a new electric point for dishwasher - Excellent service!

I have used Glasgow electrical testing many times in the past. And will continue to use them in the future. Both Ruiraidh and Paul are very knowledgeable and carry out tasks asked of them to the highest quality. Always keeping me updated if there is any issues and always find a resolution 5 ⭐️

Ruairidh and Paul did a fantastic job for us, rewiring what was a very dated and unsafe electrical system into a modern, safe and more accessible system. The work was done at short notice, and completed within the stated time frame. The guys clearly have great attention to detail and we've had no problems since. Thanks!

Don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion I had to-Ruairidh and Paul were absolutely brilliant to deal with from start to finish. New build fully wired throughout and all electrical fittings completed to such a very high standard, excellent value for money, always punctual, exceptionally tidy and efficient. Great in terms of advice and were able to provide the high quality materials required for the various electrical jobs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again on future projects, many thanks lads.

I recently commissioned Glasgow Electrical Testing to rewire the electrics in my lounge, including the installation of wall lights and wall sockets, along with some general electrical work around the house. I am thoroughly impressed with their service! From start to finish, the team was reliable and professional. They arrived on time, communicated clearly about the work to be done, and executed everything with great proficiency. It was evident that they are knowledgeable in their field, and they addressed all my questions with patience. What stood out the most was their friendly demeanor. The team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and hassle-free. I felt completely at ease having them in my home. I highly recommend Glasgow Electrical Testing for any electrical work you may need. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable!

Would highly recommend, having used Ruairidh and Paul for the last 2 years for all my commercial Eicr's. There work is to the highest standard and always accommodate me when I call last minute.

I'm a contractor who has been using the guy's for over a year now and delighted to finally have found a company who I can rely on to consistently deliver a first class service at the right price For me the most important factor in using the guy's is the fact that I can introduce them to a job and then trust them to carry it out to a high standard with no fuss and a happy customer. All their work is warranted and have really taken a load off my mind when doing a project after several years of unreliable sub contractor's so would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a reliable electrical contractor Ian Director LDM Property maintenance LTD

The fastest and cheapest service in the country. Called them up one day and the next they were there to deal with my needs. Both Paul and Ruairidh amazing at their job. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you both!

Glasgow Electrical Testing to put my mind at ease about the safety of my electrics before embarking on redecoration I moved into an older property and was unsure of the age and safety of the electrics, as some of the sockets and switches were very dated. I really wanted to make the place my own but putting my mind at ease was higher on the agenda. I did not want to live with unsafe appliances, nor begin work and spend money redecorating if I need my electrics updated. Glasgow Electrical Testing were excellent. They arrived when they said they would and carried out their work with minimal disruption (I was even able to have an online meeting while they were in the house!). They were friendly, efficient and took the time to explain everything I need to know, which was very reassuring. I could not recommend them more highly. Brilliant company!

New fuse box installed. Very professional service, showed up on time and completed work to a very high standard. Highly recommend!

Very good work done and on time.

Had extensive work done .. would highly recommend!

Great service and speedy installation. Outdoor lights and sockets installed to a very high standard. Work was started and completed very quickly. Would Highly Recommend and definitely use again. 5 Star Service!!!

Very professional. Tested our entire house for electrical faults. Ended up changing the consumer unit but was very clear about what he was doing, where the problem was, and how it was going to be fixed. Great service at a reasonable price. Had a good chat with the owner and turns out he's previously worked in offshore oil & gas and in constructing new 'data centres' so to say that he really knows his stuff as an electrician would be an understatement. Happy to recommend.
