EVConnect S.E

A friend recommended Ryan to me, and he did an excellent job. Very punctual and tidy. He really knows his stuff and communicates well. Recommended.

Ryan at EVconnect gave me a same day competitive quote and was able to book me in within 4 days. He came on time and did a fantastic job with the installation of my zappiGLO. Took the time to answer any questions I had. All in all, will be recommending to my pals.

Ryan was great. Did exactly what he said he would and when. A nice tidy job and happy to spend time with me to show me how it all works.

100% would recommend this company! Really quick to come back to us and really helpful, installation was quick from enquiry and communication was great. Ryan took the time to show me how everything worked and set up the app, very patient with my lack of knowledge on EVs! Thank you so much.

Ryan recently installed a Zappi EV Charger for us. He was quick to respond to our initial enquiry. At the quote meeting we found him very friendly, informative, helpful and able to answer all our varied questions. On installation the EV charger worked well and he helped run us through features and the App, however we had a problem with another product we asked to be installed. Even after payment, Ryan returned immediately, tested, de-bugged, tried different items until he found a faulty RJ45 connector and replaced it. It’s rare to find businesses that are keen to go the extra mile these days. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ryan installed an E.V hypervolt home charger for me . He came gave me quote and was able to install a few days later . No fuss just pure professionalism it was installed and Ryan took time to explain everything even set my hypervolt app . His professionalism and mannerism is commendable. Without doubt I will be recommending him to friends and family. His installation was completely Without any fuss an exceptionally polite and positive person.

Ryan was recommended to me by trade partners and he really delivered. Super likeable guy and true professional with EV charger installation. Was never in any doubt that EV Connect would complete what was a great charger at a fair price.

Ryan did a such a fantastic job installing a Hypervolt EV charger (which he also supplied) at my home. Contacted him at the weekend and he was Installing the charger just a few days later! Brilliant. Unlike a lot of EV installation workers, he's a qualified electrician, so I got him to do a full electrics test of my house as it was overdue. He was friendly, polite, punctual and extremely professional. Genuinely, he's one of the best tradesperson I've ever come across.

Ryan did a great job installing new charger. Quick and efficient service provided and so helpful afterwards.

I initially contacted EVConnect S.E Ltd before Christmas to install a home EV charger and got a reply quickly to provide some details about the installation. Ryan contacted me after the Christmas break and visited my property to complete a survey. During the visit he went through various options for the cable run and the location of the charger. He also took note of any preferences I had and answered all my questions about the installation process. During the installation Ryan was professional, friendly and methodical with his work. The installation took several hours, patricianly due to the rain and Ryan cleaned up after completing his work. He ran through the installation and provided a demonstration of the features of the charger. I'm very pleased with the the installation and would recommend EVConnect S.E Ltd for anyone looking to get a home EV charger installed. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan did a fantastic job installing my EV charger. From the initial quote to installation day, everything was clear, professional, and well organised. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and Ryan took the time to explain how everything works and answer my questions. He also handled the OZEV grant process, which made things much easier. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an EV charger installation.

No hesitation to recommend the company for EV charger installation

Incredible service from Ryan; a new charger was fitted really nicely with consideration for the placement, plus Ryan went above and beyond helping me out with an unrelated issue. Really appreciate the great service and will recommend to others!

Friendly , great service would highly recommend

Ryan is a wholly professional, knowledgeable and skilled engineer who advised us on options for fitting our EV charger and carried out the work with minimum disruption to the property and a cheerful attitude whilst doing it. He also advised and quoted for fitting of solar panels and battery storage, which we are strongly considering. We would have no qualms about contracting with Ryan to do that work.

Ryan - Thanks for your assistance and appreciate the knowledge you shared. EVConnect SE LTD have been very professional through out sorting out the issue I had with my charger. Ryan Analysed the problem localised the issue and resolved the issue. Was very professional and did a great job. Talked through setting up the app with energy provider. Very knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend his services.

I cannot recommend EVConnect S.E Ltd highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was truly exceptional. I needed an EV charger installed at short notice, and they went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule, which I incredibly appreciated. Ryan was an absolute star. He was not only extremely helpful, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the process thoroughly, but also incredibly knowledgeable. It was clear he knew his craft inside and out, and his expertise gave me complete confidence in the installation. The work was carried out efficiently, cleanly, and to the highest standard. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused EV charging installation company, look no further than EVConnect S.E Ltd Darren | Shower Seal UK

Wow, what superb service. 22kW 3-phase Myenergi Zappi charger installed within a week or so of the quote, which was a fraction of the time other suppliers were quoting in the area. Exceptionally neat install, and Ryan was happy to follow my idea of feeding all the cables under the kitchen floor, necessitating some Olympic standard fishing skills. Ryan fitted all the trunking I supplied to make the job super-tidy, and explained how all the apps worked. He also tidied up my consumer unit wiring that had a few dodgy DIY connections. Plugged the car in, and we got 21.9 kW straight away, with numerous controls (auto and otherwise) for low-rate tariff charging, linking with the solar system, and auto-charging when the solar system is generating excess energy - for free car charging! Yay. I cannot recommend Ryan and his work highly enough.

Excellent Service. I highly recommend EV Connect S.E Ltd. The whole process from assessment to installation was dealt with by Ryan, in a friendly, efficient manner. I felt very reassured & confident in taking Ryan's advice on EV Charger options. Ryan was considerate of my concerns relating to the aesthetic, which resulted in taking the cabling a longer, more complicated route into the property, to avoid cable eyesore !! Thank you, Ryan 😀

Great service. Good communication, very knowledgeable and quality workmanship. Can’t ask for any more than that. Would highly recommend.

Ryan arrived promptly as arranged. Extremely friendly. Carried out a very neat job and left my property clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Ryan is a excellent trades man, his communication and attitude is fantastic. He gave a clear explanation about the EV charger install and recommended a nice little EV charger unit. Ryan went above and beyond to do a clean and well hidden install. I will recommend Ryan to friends and family. Barrington

What a great company to deal with. Went for the Zappi due to solar integration. Phoned Ryan he was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Agreed install date the following week ( which was a pleasant surprise given the energy supplier I’m with suggested a min of 5 weeks if I bought through them but could not give a date ). Ryan messaged on the morning giving an ETA. He arrived on time we had a discussion regarding best placement and the whole install was completed within a couple of hours. He explained how it all works clearly. Set the myenergy app up and explained how to get the best out of the app and schedule charging. Explained clearly how charging works with our solar panels. Really pleased with the service and have no hesitation in recommending the business to others.

Excellent service and helpful advice. Ryan ran through the charging options available, assisted with applications to the electrical authority for upgrading our power supply and kept us informed at every step. An appointment was made with quick turnaround and delivery. Standard of installation was very good and after sales support offered at no extra charge. Very happy with the products and service provided.

Highly recommend Ryan, I had initially gone with a bigger company who seriously let me down. Contacted Ryan who immediately came out to quite a price. The work was done within days and I am incredibly thankful.

Top-notch service! I reached out to Ryan at EV Connect via email on New Year’s Day. Considering it was a bank holiday, I wasn’t expecting a quick response, but he replied instantly. The next day, after visiting my property, he promptly provided a quote. I explained that I had a new EV arriving later that week and needed a charger installed ASAP. Ryan went above and beyond to fit me into his schedule, and within less than a week from the initial quote, I had an Ohme ePod installed. Communication was excellent throughout, and Ryan was incredibly helpful with the setup. The ePod works perfectly. It’s compact and doesn’t look intrusive on my garage wall. I’m a very happy customer and would 100% recommend EV Connect!

Great service, quick to reply to emails and whatsapp. Gave me advice on the best EV charger for my home and explained how to use it clearly. Nice and neat installation.

Easee One EV point install. I’d shopped about before I emailed Ryan. Ryan was polite and his communication via email was always brilliant. He came to my home and quoted my wife who had no prior knowledge of this. Ryan explained everything to great detail about the install. My wife was happy. Install came at a date and time convenient to ourselves. Very neat work and again he explained everything to wife on the day. Ryan contacted myself via email as well. I’ll will highly recommend EV Connect SE ltd. I’m really happy with every step. Thank you Ryan

Ryan provides an amazing service from start to finish. He installed my EV charger, efficiently and in a non disruptive manor. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I used EV Connect to install a Simpson & Partners EV charger. The quote was competitively priced, and Ryan was able to undertake the install within 2 weeks of booking - which is great in the current market. The installation looks great and was completed in under 3 hours. Ryan tidied up before departing, and also gave me a good run-through of the Simpson & Partners app, as well as taking me through the work that had been done. Recommended.

I would strongly recommend EV Connect. Ryan James was exceptional from beginning to end. No request was too much trouble. They created a suitable layout for a building with 10 apartments and ensured smooth operations throughout the project. They were always available to clarify procedures and processes. A truly outstanding company.

Really fast install. Offered different chargers and really tidy install. Thanks Ryan

Ryan was very quick to respond to my initial query and arranged a visit to discuss the details. He clearly explained the options for cable runs and charger mounting locations. In under two weeks Ryan was able to come to install the charger, working through horrible weather to get the job done. He also did the extra work I requested to make us ready for a main fuse upgrade, and advised on other work I should consider doing in the future. Everything was left neat and tidy, and Ryan made sure I had everything set up and knew how to use the charger and app. Would recommend checking Ryan out if you need an EV charger installing.

Ryan got our business sorted with a chargepoint within a week. He was professional and communicative. Have been using the chargepoint for a couple of weeks and works absolutely fine. Would certainly recommend him and the company.

Friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. Was quick to come up with a solution to the limited power feeding to my garage for the charger and installed the additional cabling and unit with no fuss or issue. Great follow up service too. Was back in touch after the install to make sure it was connected properly and doing what it needed to do. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was great. We messed him about a bit as we changed our mind about where to place the unit but he was as good as gold. Everything is clean and tidy neat and straight. Ryan talked me through the use, checked it worked how I wanted and set up the app with me. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly during his initial visit to assess the install requirements. Arrived within the agreed time for the install and carried out the work to a high and tidy standard. Updated: The aftercare provided by Ryan has been second to none. Our car was not charging at the rate it should have been. Ryan offered helpful troubleshooting advise, which then lead to him speaking to the charger manufacturer on our behalf and sourcing/replacing a faulty part.

Tidy conscientious work completed. Turned up on time, was helpful at explaining the system, and making sure I was set up to use it.

Ryan has the patience of a saint. Pre installation he offered multiple quotes and advice to support my decision making, only for me to choose the first one I proposed anyway! Ryan fitted the Anderson charger at my house. He was courteous and tidy and a pleasure to have around. excellent service i would highly recommend

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Tidy, informative and very helpful.

Ryan was helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend.

100% recommend. First meeting was to talk through options and get a quote. Ryan really knows his stuff and trusted his advice on which charger to go for. We had so many questions but all were answered and talked through. He also advised us on upgrading our meter tails for free. Received quote on time. Did get other quotes but Ryan was definitely more professional than others. We needed it done quickly so we were eligible for the government grant and again EV connect ensured this was possible. Ryan fitted the charger which was some distance from the mains but his work was really neat and all cabling nicely hidden. There was a lot of drilling but all was tidied and left as found. Cannot fault their work. Thankyou
