NTRT Electrical Services

I've used Nikos company a few times now and they have been brilliant, very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. It's nice to know we can count on somebody if we need any electrical work doing!!

After speaking to Nikoloas and getting a price for an earth wire to be connected the gas meter, he explained what was required and a very reasonable price was given . He turned up on time and did a great job, very professional, and cleaned up once finished .I would definitely recommend him and will use again .

Fantastic work very through have carried out electrical work for me twice now and will definitely recommend to others and will be getting other jobs done in the future.

Excellent from start to finish. I was very impressed how carefully everything was done. Nikolaus kept me informed-at each stage of the process.

Honestly can’t say enough about Nikos and Theo. Had a botched installation of a hive meter from British Gas who refused to take responsibility and also had another electrician who couldn’t fix the issue. Theo wouldn’t be beaten by it and has managed to fix it. Rapid response to calls, rapid call out and a pleasure to deal with at all times. Can’t recommend them enough

Excellent service from NTRT Electrical Services. Nikolaos was professional, reliable and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and everything was completed to a very high standard, leaving the property clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was great throughout, the price was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NTRT Electrical Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. I'll definitely be using them again for any future electrical work.

Niko was punctual, efficient and very kind and polite. The work he did was top notch. He also came on the same day! We could not ask for a better service.

Very pleased with the work Theo did, he was very polite and tidy. Would use this company again for future work.

Outstanding work and communication. Nikos and Theo did a fantastic job with electrical work I needed on my property. They answered any questions I had, they were clean, tidy and even cleaned up after the work.

Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Arranged job with Nikos, who sent Theo along on the day to sort. Fault finding of lack of power to loft was carried out promptly by Theo (thorough testing before finding faulty fuse). He was a pleasure to deal with and he was able to offer some great advice for other work we will be undertaking shortly. We will be hiring again.

Fantastic service, Nikos was quick to sort my issue and very professional, only a small extra charge for evening emergency call out which I was more than happy to pay, would recommend.

I needed a new extractor fan in my en-suite. Nikos responded and knew exactly what the issue was and recommended a solution. An appointment was booked and he kept me informed at all times. Theo arrived on time and walked me through what he was going to do. He worked fast and cleaned up after himself and I now have an amazingly effective extractor fan. Would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant team. They were on time , worked solidly for over 6 hours and were good humoured and considerate. Covered all the furniture, put everything back in place when the job was finished and took away the rubbish. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

My wife and I moved into our new house in an area we knew nothing about nor any local trades. We needed some electrical work carried out and when I found the reviews about Nikos and NTRT we chose them for our works. He was fantastic from start to finish and we couldnt have been happier with the work carried out on new fittings and wiring. Cheers Nikos!

Nikos and the team have done a number of jobs for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. V professional, no corners cut and competitive. Workmanship is excellent. Guys are great, highly recommended.

Nikos and his team were excellent. I was kept well informed throughout the job of when Nikos or his team would be arriving. I was given multiple options so I could pick the solution best suited to my needs and the work completed was of a high standard.

My experience of NTRT Electrical Services has been excellent. I have engaged the Company twice recently and on both occasions the work has been carried out to my utmost satisfaction: Nikos and his staff have worked hard and efficiently with great care taken to ensure my property was respected. I will have no hesitation in engaging the Company should I require further work in the future.

Nikos was great at keeping in touch ref job date, arrived punctually and with 3 staff completed all work in one day. Work was conducted with much care to protect house fittings and restore flooring after wire routeing and Nikos kept me informed of progress throughout the day. All in all, very efficient, helpful and neat and tidy work.

We hired Nikos and his team todo some electrical work installing new sockets throughout the house and moving the consumer unit. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were excellent . They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and they left our home spotless after the job. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled electrician.

Nikos and his team completed work on our house on three separate occasions. We are very happy with the work and will only be using Nikos for our electrical needs. He was prompt, professional and completed the work on time and his quote was accurate. Thank you Nikos and the team.

A few months ago I found Nikos and his team through Check A Trade and he helpfully completed a EICR for a house we eventually bought. Within a week of completion we had him back in to complete some safety works and two months later for nearly a full rewire. We couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, Nikos and his team (Theo) were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Nikos took the time to explain the rewire process, ensuring we understood every step of the way. He was punctual, tidy, and respectful of our home, always keeping the work areas clean and organizad. We appreciated that he took the time to work with us due to the fact we (and our pets) were living in the house during the rewire. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the rewire. We felt completely and totally confident with his expertise and the work he performed. If you're looking for someone reliable and skilled for electrical work, we highly recommend Nikos and his NTRT team. We’d give 100 stars if we could and genuinely feel really lucky to have found Nikos and his team! Thanks guys!

I had an electrical emergency in the house. I am bit new in the area and did not know any local electric companies. I decided to give Nikos a call. He is very accomodating and we were able to set a schedule for the job which he completed easily. Aside from that, I also had lights, sockets and wiring installed. He explains everything that he does which is great. His work is of a high standard!

Nikos and his colleague were the best trades people I’ve dealt with. Friendly, professional & trustworthy. 100% recommend for any electrical work you need done.

Nikos did some electrical work in our kitchen and was a true professional - knew his stuff, explained it really clearly, always turned up when he said he would, and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Responded promptly to our request for help and carried out job on time in a polite and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Contacted the company and they came out immediately to survey and prepare the estimate. They carried out the work without any fuss. An excellent job and very respectful of our home . Very reasonably priced too.

I needed various electrical work doing on my home. Nikos was reliable, professional and extremely tidy. Very reasonable in terms of price so I would thoroughly recommend his services!

Had an extractor fan fitted by Nikos. Was very professional and tidy, covering all of my surfaces and offering to put coverings on his shoes before he came in. The plasterboard was hollow where he was drilling so he drilled slowly to make sure nothing chipped away. Overall very good job and would definitely recommend.

First class work Made the job east and kept the wok place very tidy

I wanted a couple of 32 amp sockets installing in a garage for metal work projects and created a quote enquiry via Checkatrade. NTRT Electrical Services responded quickly and provided by far the most reasonable quote. The work was carried out to a high standard and thoroughly checked for safety. I was very impressed and will be asking them back for another job next year.

Thank you to Nikos to run a big cable from the kitchen to the electric meter in the cupboard upstairs to install my new cooker, that’s perfect. Very professional and friendly service and even check out the unsafe cable, remind the system. Would definitely recommend and I would use NTRT for any electrical I need doing in the future.

Highly professional and friendly, installed our EV charger in a couple of hours and the work is to a really high standard. 100% recommend!

Water heater unit repaired at our rental property. No parts were available locally, Nikos managed to supply from Newcastle within a day. Later, we had hot water pressure problem and he fixed it free of charge.

The job was for a relocation of 1 double socket and install of 2 additional. Electrician Theo was prompt and on time. Very polite and got straight to work, he barely took a break and cracked on. Lifted the flooring and replaced the boards after completion and left a tidy area. Tracing for the cables were minimal so very easy for me to patch up before decorating. Very much recommend this company.

Nikos was very responsive and proactive in the work he completed for me (external electric car compatible socket, new garage socket, 4 internal sockets, Ethernet port and aerial port). Very reasonably priced and high quality of workmanship.

Nikos and the team were professional, friendly and great at their job. They communicated well throughout and resolved the issue so quickly. They seem very fair in terms of the costings and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Nikos

The job was not an easy one. Installation of motion senser and two traditional lanterns. I called NTRT (Nikkos) because a previous electrician from another firm was unable to finish the job due to unforeseen personal circumstances. Nikkos was fast making all arrangements, sent his colleague electrician Theo out very quickly. The job was completed TO PERFECTION! I should note that installing outdoor lanterns where there was nothing before is an absolute pain. Well, Theo was all-calm and ponderation in person. The installation, which required a separate motion senser to fire up the lanterns to a specific distance range, was made so accurate we could not believe our eyes! NTRT is a great firm and their team is 100% trustworthy, a pleasure to deal with in complete confidence. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault this company, I called up to fit a new socket on the wall behind a new tv bracket and they offered to fit the bracket and hide the hdmi cables and was very good value. They came the next day and was finished in a few hours, will call them again if I have any other jobs doing.

Nikos and his mate came all the way from Newcastle to Sussex that morning. They did a great job of the work we had agreed in advance and because of good time management fitted in a couple of extra jobs within the original estimate. The quality of work is great, everything left tidy, everything explained and in addition they are charming. Recommend unreservedly.

I've called in Nikos several times to do work for my clients, and also myself. He and Phanis always do a fantastic job, as well as being wonderfully professional, polite, and friendly. They work efficiently, in an organised way, and leave the place neat and tidy. I would hugely recommend their services!

Nikos has done work for us on a couple of occasions and both times has been extremely professional and talked through every step of the process, from planning and options and through completion of the job. An incredibly creative, highly proficient and thoughtful electrician who I cannot recommend highly enough!

Disconnected wires at the fuse board and disconnected three outdoor plug sockets. Went above and beyond by removing the wires for me and all the conduit and wall fixings. Very clean and tidy.

NTRT Electrical undertook a full rewire installation at my property, during a full scale renovation project. I found them helpful, thoughtful and hardworking. They were happy to fit around my programme and were reliable throughout. I would happily recommend them.

Used Niko for 3 years for all my renovations and extension works, and will continue to do so. Always tidy, polite and dependable.

very disappointed with service after work carried out, Having used Nikos for ceiling fan installation, after asking if he knew of any plumbers as radiators required replacing he advised that he would also be able to install these, carried the works in June. After finally turning the heating on in Dec the radiator began to leak with the valve disconnecting completely from the radiator completely and causing a leak in the property on a Sunday morning, Attempted to call Nikos no reply so had to call an Emergency plumber to fix. By the time Nikos called back emergency plumber has been instructed. Call out charge and bill for the works, plumber also advised the valves had not been installed correctly. Contacted Nikos regarding the fault with his works and he advised it was not his responsibility. Very disappointed and poor service. Would not advise using NRT based on this service received. ** in response to Nikos comment. Incorrect, attempted to call Nikos at 09:30, 09:59. He returned the call at 10:30. Plumber had already been instructed at this point as we had water leaking in our property. I didn’t have time to wait for Nikos to return call. Refused to acknowledge that the valve had been installed incorrectly, other radiator installed by Nikos also leaking. Emergency plumbing service was found through through google with full invoice (inc invoice number) I have phoned to discuss with Nikos and he has ignored all calls.

Faulty install which cause a leak and lack of aftercare. Really disappointed, wouldn’t recommend.

Very good service. Arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. I am a happy customer and I would definitely use them again!

The work was great and the service was really professional. They installed an EV charger and we needed some wiring inside the house also and the work was done quickly, with good quality. We recommand Nikos without any hesitation!

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the service we received. I initially contacted them because we had a complete circuit failure in our house. Nikolaos immediately offered to give some advice over the phone which may have sorted the problem but we had already tried that to no avail. However we appreciated that he had tried to save us a callout. We were offered a same day visit and told the rates per hour. Yanis arrived when he said he would and was lovely to deal with - polite efficient and explaining everything he was doing. Nikolaos joined him later and was equally helpful. They worked non stop tidying as they went and were able to isolate a perished cable that had caused the break to the circuit and repair it in a way that should prevent any future problems. Should we have any future need of electrical help we would definitely make this company our No 1 choice. Thank you both and also for only charging us for 1 persons work.

Nikolaos did a great job installing a hot water timer for my father. Good communication, quick to respond did the job on time and as per the quote . Thanks Nikolaos

Couldn't recommend enough. Polite team, on time, clear communication, all work carried out as described, and went the extra mile to rectify an existing issue. Will definitely use again.

Overall really pleased with the work and price. Would use again.

Very responsive, friendly and professional. Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional workmanship. Would highly recommend.
