Had a very good price then they said they couldn’t fit to the tiles and price went up 50% when I looked at quote the battery they quoted did not have very good reviews so they changed the battery looking on line the battery price was £2300 they quoted £3300 when I pointed this out the revised quote came back with original battery I thing they are using cheap alternatives

just had steve round to do an annual service on our heat pump. shaahing guy, tajes oride in his job( even cleaned a polished yes polished the outside device). Explained some things we didn't know thank you too guy

I've had panels, battery and inverter from Project Heating Solutions for a year now. From start to finish, the company has been easy to deal with, they did a tidy installation and the post installation support has been superb. Massive thanks to Michael in particular. I'm very pleased with the technology itself and it's reduced my bills significantly.

Steve Platts heating engineer arrived to do our Annual Heating Service, he was pleasant & friendly, explained everything & was thorough I advised we had water from under fan on patio so he sorted that out for me. This is 2nd time I have used Project Heating Solutions for my annual heating service £216. Provided prices don't inflate will use again

They offer good sales, but the installation process is disappointing. After the installation, they left behind cigarette butts, food waste, and screws in my home. When I brought it up, they expected me to clean it up myself

Paid over £200 for a service for the engineer to come out get a fault on the heat pump, not rectified and left overnight with no heating and a baby in house

Very poor company! Was told the air source heating would communicate with my solar panels making it cheaper to run, but it doesn’t. I also Wasn’t happy with the work carried out, but I had a man from the office ring me to say I needed to sign that I was happy with the install, and when I told him I wasn’t happy and didn’t want to sign he said it wasn’t to do with the finance. Like an idiot I signed it, they got paid and I don’t even know how to use the equipment properly. Another problem I was having for the first few weeks was ‘low flow’ which is when debris going around the system keeps blocking a filter, which I had to keep going in the loft to clean out. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Aweful experience and so pleased I did my homework and then trusted my instinct that when a company is trying to Hard sell and push for Installation and then renague on a deal and back track on the proposal etc then what a let off that i didn't go ahead !! , Warning Beware !!!!

Billy and Curtis, both electrician's held the companies quality of work ethos in high esteem. They were professional, hard working, clean and obliging work personnel, well done lads!

Really good installation. Still need to get my head around best settings for thermostat. Had to sort out reinstallation of app myself. A couple of years on....happy with the ASHP and so glad I'm off oil. However, I have tried to get some figures from Project Heating so that I can verify I'm on best settings. They've not been very helpful - though I am told that gaining reliable performance data is a complex task.

Avoid at all costs! They will damage your property and if you dare to complain they will laugh in your face.

When originally installed, unit worked very well, was notified there was an issue at around 8mths after installation, but issue was sorted very quickly and effectively, no issues since. Thank you

The engineers are hard workers and are as tidy as they can be. The workmanship is very good. The system they put in is very quiet. I was a little disappointed in the hand over, not fully understanding how our new system worked. Things like the water heater is totally independent of the heating. How to set up the timer for the heating. The engineers were too eager to leave, before the electrician had fully completed his job. So they never tested the system. We had a water leak in the cabinet, luckily the electrician fixed it. The radiator in the living room didn’t heat up. They didn’t come back until nearly a week later, they had not turned something on. I am pleased with my heating, now I have all the information on it that I need. It’s frustrating when you invest in something like this, and you feel that you have made the wrong decision. So I would have given 5 stars, but the handover and the speed or lack of it to fix the radiator, spoiled it. The customer service engineer who came out after, was brilliant

Great Service and installation work, (completed in a day!) however, some of their engineer staff are not so friendly, refused to talk with my wife! Also, the scaffolding company they used were unhelpful and damaged quite a few roof tiles! ( This is still being resolved!!)

Keep having to call them back to fix issues. Last time they took over 30 days to come out while our heating wasn't kicking in properly

Had solar panels installed which has taken over 2wks to install instead of one day. Sat in each day waiting for them to arrive they turn up and parts are wrong or missing every time or they don’t turn up and I’ve had to chase the office. Eventually all was installed and then alarm goes off at 3am in the morning which I had to google to learn how to turn it off as no-one told us how to do this or why it would go off. They have left us now 5 days with no help to sort out why the system isn’t working and hasn’t worked since they installed it. Yet again chasing up the office to find out where the fitters or electricians are that are supposed to have come out yesterday. By Thursday this wk it will be 3wks since they started the job. This company is shocking and I would not recommend this company if you wanted a quick and decent job done

PHS installed an air source heat pump and all new radiators for us. I found them on Facebook so I was a bit worried that I’d not gone through a local recommendation but they were really good. Whole thing done in one (very hectic!) day. There were a few issues post installation but they were resolved quickly and they even responded on Christmas Eve when the heating went after a power cut (not their fault but they helped me get it going again). Would recommend.

Absolutely rubbish had nothing but problem after problem house has been really damaged and turned upside down and still 1year or more still waiting to be fixed and sorted wish I never had it fitted worse thing I ever done !!!! will not recommend this company and cowboys to anyone at all dont even deserve one star really.

They installed an air source heat pump, I had to get them out several times to remedy installation faults, then after one year they wanted £200 to service it, I ignored the offer, then they dropped the price to £180, still far too high for one hours work on a piece of equipment which is supposed to go a long time and trouble free before a first service. I wrote to them but no answer received therefor one star is all I can give Project Heating.

Did not get anything right selling something which they have very little understating about tried to sell this to me at over price cost which when questioned halved the price instantly also sent a blank quote the when asked about cost it would have cost me more to run would have been paying more and still tried to sell this to me sales lady got rude and tried to bamboozle me with utter clap trap then she hug up rudely money/sales driven not quality/professional drive

Talk the good talk. Sell well. Informed house would be left as they found it. Electrician left early. I have had to sort out issues myself. Carpet not put back properly. My partner is disabled and has had numerous trips because of the carpet. A person came out. Relaid carpet best he could but informed us the carpet and underlay had been cut by the fitters that first came. Now the company are denying the carpet was not cut and there were no issues how the carpet was relaid, even though we sent photo evidence of how the carpet was left. Informed from first sale pitch that no money will not be paid until 5 days after the fitting so we are happy. But the company rang on the day of the fitting then a few times next day. Very quick to take the money but not in sorting out the issues that have been left afterwards. Heating system is good

If I could give a 0 star then I would were do I even begin with this company! I had the new air source heat pump fitted because it supposedly energy efficient (rubbish) my bills have increased. I had weeks and weeks of no heating, no hot water and multiple leaks. One of the directors is extremely rude and has no idea how to deal with customers! To top it off they claimed the £10,000 from the government without my consent!!! 4 months down the line and still issues with no heating or hot water. NEVER use this company

Absolutely brilliant company. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Very much experts in this area (ASHP). Lots of very useful information provided at the start regarding RHI etc. Recommend!

Very happy. They integrated my voice operated thermostat and 9 electronic thermoststic radiator valves. Perfect. They explained the government grant which made it a no brainer. Would recommend heat pump and project heating solutions to anyone.

Had the system fit last week could not fault them from suff the first guy who came to see us to Marcus who did the technical survey and Richard who is one of the bosses were brilliant nothing to much trouble and can I also mention the lads that fit it were brilliant and sarah at the office so friendly and kept us informed all the time this company was the best I have dealt with in a long time a company that really cares

I had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted approx 1 month ago, and had a few teething problems, mostly on a weekend by chance, but this was no problem for these guy's, my thermostat was set incorrectly causing me to have no hot water, but Mark came out within a couple of hours and reset it for me. Also one Sunday the system went to hot water only leaving us with no heat but a quick call to Martin and he talked me through resetting the cylinder stat so we could get heat. Kika in the office has been first rate in guiding us through the maze of applying for Rhi and Mmsp with Ofgem. I highly recommend this company for it's high quality workmanship and after sales service. Thanks guys Chris Bullock.

We had a really excellent experience with this company. Jo the sales rep came round to see us and explained everything in detail about how it would be done and how long it would take. We then signed to let Russ come and do a survey of our property which takes about 2 hours, everything was explained the why’s and the how’s and if we needed any radiators upgrading. We the proceeded with the fitting of the equipment approximately a week later. The guys that came to do the fitting were absolutely top notch jo and the boys not forgetting Martin the sparky were a real pleasure and would have no hesitation in inviting any of the back into our home. The office staff are really helpful and any questions you have they will answer. The ladies I myself have spoken to have been really polite and understanding with my questions etc, help is only a phone call away and I can’t thank all of them enough for our new heating system which is working perfectly. If you are thinking of replacing an old boiler I would highly recommend this company to fit a new heat source pump. Best thing we have done as we no longer have gas fitted to our home. Just an update as we have had the system for a few months now. What a difference. Our home is always at 20 degrees. We have constant hot water and it is no more than the gas bill we used to pay, in-fact it is slightly lower than what we used to pay for our gas. So all in all a good decision and I would highly recommend it.

I have recently have my air source heat pump installed by project heating solutions and I have got to say that the service and installation was brilliant everything went smooth and they have been helping me every step of the way. I'm looking forward to being warm for the first winter in years

I had a problem system installed by another company. H I ES that got involved recommended this company. It was clear from the beginning that Mark Steeple had a proper understanding of Airpumps, In complete contrast to the previous company. He has completely sorted out the total mess and been extremely supportive about the whole project. Thank you very much

Project heating are fantastic I had my air source installed back in January and I cant honestly begin to tell people with how impressed as i was. I literally tell everyone I meet that asked my about my air source to go and see these guys.

My parents recently had a system installed by Project heating and iv got to say my parents absolutely loved their experience with them from start to finish. The Air source has been since January and they have had 0 issues apart from the dog wasn't to keen on it to begin with. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Once my house purchase goes through on my new house il myself will be getting one with these guys too after seeing how smooth everything went with my parents.
