Aggressive drivers. An absolute menace on the roads. Road rage etc. If the standards of their work are anything like what I’ve witnessed on the roads, I would avoid like the plague.

Kitchen refit , was told be 10 day job but was done by day 8 .Very well organised , well mannered and polite guys , Marcus the supervisor kept me informed every morning what would be going on and in evening would let me know what was happening next day .They have done a marvellous job and I'm so pleased with it , considering what it looked like when started , would like to say a big thankyou to all of them and to Marcus and his son for today finishing it of .I would recommend these guys to anyone a big Thankyou

Steele Davis have just installed a new kitchen for us. The whole process from the initial planning to completion has been extremely well organised by a very competent team. The management team have kept my Wife and I well informed of their intended schedule of works. The Site Agent was very helpful, responsive and reassuring if we had any concerns. The Tradesmen all worked together seamlessly tidying up after themselves leaving a clean, tidy and safe environment. We now have a beautiful Kitchen and Dining room that My Wife and I are extremely proud of thanks to a great team of people. I would not hesitate in recommending Steel Davis to my family and friends.

Absolutely dreadful communication. Recently moved into a property and whilst opening a kitchen cupboard door, my son hit his head on the cooker hood which crashed down onto the glass hob, smashing it. My son had a cut on his head. Was due a visit today to install new hob and hood, nobody turned up so I chased this up by phone call. Was told a different time for today. Still had no visit so have now escalated this to a complaint. I will not allow this company into the property again. Its clear to see the original installation wasn't correct and this could've potentially killed my child

Really pleased with the work carried out. The bedroom ceiling had to be replaced and the room completely redecorated following water damage. All of the guys were friendly and worked tidily and diligently. Thank you for a great job done.

Another reviewer described their communications as abysmal. I totally agree. Never return calls or messages other than sending a text to say they will… but they don’t. A frustrating waste of time! A fancy website that doesn’t fulfill its promises!

I heard their workers take the mickey out of residents while doing work to flats. Wouldn't think they would have time as they're weeks behind the schedule. Don't bring own toilet facilities for work taking over a year, with sometimes 10 workers, and then try and get the tenants into trouble by blaming them for the tenant's toilets SD workers use for becoming disgustingly dirty.

Jake house their quantity surveyor needs retraining as never returns phone calls or emails about what's happening over a dangerous wall in swindon, no consultation or remediation doesn't keep people up to date, you just keep getting fobed off. Very unprofessional, last I spoke with him was 8th February and said an outcome would be within a few days a week at max, that was 5 months ago and since then I have been ignored, can't say much about the company itself but if he is anything to go on it won't be good. I will be leaving this review until I get some sort of apology and something sorted out

Would give 0 stars. No one ever answers the phone and no one rings back. Trying to cancel a job for Monday and can't get through to anyone. This company is horrendous!

As a result of having emergency leaks in both en-suite and bathroom and repaired by a plumber, the flooring was damaged and the box work was ripped out in order to gain access. Steele Davis were appointed by my insurance company to make good both the en-suite and bathroom. The results were amazing, with co-ordination between the plumbers, carpenters and decorators working like clockwork, taking only 2 days in total (including full repaint of both rooms. Gary Smith (Steele Davis Contract Manager) kept us informed at all times and his workforce/contractors were polite, tidy, trustworthy and highly efficient. I would highly recommend Steele Davis.

My insurance company appointed this company to repair a small garden wall. Their communication was abysmal. They couldn't source the right size brick, and did not keep us informed. A real pain as we are selling the property. Weeks of inactivity. Our solution was to find a local stone mason. Guess the project was too small for this Company to care.
