Prompt to provide competent polite support for the installation of an ev charger. Very tidy installation.

Received good service at short notice, team were polite and listened to what we required for our new kitchen and heating system. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Outstanding from start to finish. From the initial quote through to the end of the job, everything was done on time, at the agreed time, professionally, and at what I consider to be good value.

Quick, good quality work and kind!

HR Hislop have always provided a really excellent service, prompt and effective despite some quite challenging tasks. Thoroughly recommended.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at HRHislop and I can't speak any higher about the standard and quality of work their team provided. Worked really hard, very polite and punctual. Showed flexibility by fitting in with my ever changing schedule and the quick quote turnaround and invoice payment system made the process painless. Would highly recommend.

Prompt and reliable service when connecting a new electric oven.

The guys did a great job they were really professional, left the area clean and were courteous taking their shoes off whilst working upstairs fitting two double sockets. Would definitely recommend and use them for future work.

I highly recommend this company. The price was really good, and the guys were polite and did a brilliant job replacing my external security lights. From the first contact in the office, to the electricians, brilliant.

Very professional service and I was kept informed as the work progressed and possible options were discussed with me. Very easy team to work with and pleased with the completed work

Very happy with the service provided. What i was originally requesting was not possible despite their best efforts to be able to sort it out for me. I was given a choice of alternatives, which meant I still got my replacement bathroom fan. Happy with the pricing also. Fast efficient service with great communication.

The work was done both efficiently and with the minimum disruption. Everything was left clean and tidy. A job well done.

Good standard of work. Friendly and polite. Cleared away the mess. They seem much in demand so engage with them well in advance of any deadline for the work to be completed.

Reliable service. Efficient, tidy and friendly

We had a socket moved, a porch lamp fitted and a strip light in the garage replaced. The eletricians were a pleasure to deal with and did the jobs perfectly.

HR Hislops have completed several domestic electrical jobs for us over the years, the most recent being December 2025. As ever, the service was carried out to an excellent standard by a highly professional electrician. Really pleased with the end result.

Great company to deal with. Super reliable, tidy and high quality work installing my EV charger and Ring devices. My go to for any electrical work. Highly recommended

We had quite an emergency, losing all power to the right side of our house, garage, and garden. I’ve used this company before, and they continue to be polite and professional. They identified the issue quickly and got everything sorted. We have a few more jobs that need doing, so we’ll definitely be getting HR Hislop back again.

Had an electrical safety inspection completed today. Dave and Reece his apprentice were both very polite and professional. Cleaned up after themselves really well. Would highly recommend 👌

Such a great company! Kind, respectful, helpful, tidy & great work

Excellent service from start to finish. Used Hislops previously and was really pleased with the work carried out. Didn’t hesitate to call again when I needed further work. All staff are friendly and helpful-left everything clean and tidy-super pleased with the work carried out.-highly recommend

Great service, always punctual, polite and efficient. No hidden charges and the invoice always matches the quote. Highly recommend.

I approached HR Hislop over the new year period about a minor problem with a smoke alarm we could not switch off. They responded by email quickly. Thy got an electrician to come out on the first available day. The electricians who came out were professional , helpful and polite.

Excellent service from HRHislop, completed work as requested, tidy and efficient chap. Would certainly recommend.

Installed a new wall socket. Very friendly and polite, work was done to an excellent standard, would definitely recommend.

Recently had our consumer unit changed to support a larger circuit breaker for our shower. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and it appears to be a quality job. It was discovered that our shower cable needs upgrading from a 6mm to a 10mm cable, so I’ll be getting them back to do that. Highly recommended.

Dave arrived on time, was very polite, and carried out a professional and very neat job to extend some sockets in my house. Their price was competetive and I would recommend HRHislop to anyone looking to have electrical work carried out in their home.

Clear pricing documents . Punctual, Polite , confident electricians both to client and each other. Work well supervised , timely responses to queries . A very well run company .

Very good professional service. I had all the lights and modern fan lights fitted in my new house, replacing the older outdated ones. I would highly recommend them.

2019 Used them a few times now for repairs and fitting. Prices are great, office staff lovely, and on site staff spot on. A real find ** Stop press 2023 Tried to use them again and service has turned poor. No reply to emails, no call backs. Real shame, had to use somebody else. From 5* to 2* Stop press 2025 Back to their best. Local company, trustworthy and professional.

I have used HR Hislop twice, once to install a new fusebox and an additional plug socket in the kitchen and secondly to install a new Extractor fan in my bathroom. Both times the work was carried out quickly and with all due care. I am happy to recommend this company and if and when I may require further electrical works carried out I will certainly use the again.

HR Hislop engineer was on time and did a excellent job I recommend them for any of your electrical work

HRHislop have carried out a number of modifications to the electrical system in my house to customize it to my requirements. In every respect they have done a very good job at a competitive price, always on time and always polite and friendly. I would have no doubts about recommending them to carry out electrical work, large or small.

This was my first time asking HH Electricians to quote for work and the whole process was efficient and easy. Steve (who surveyed) was on time knowledgeable and polite, the quote arrived quickly and scheduling the work was all done without fuss and in a professional manner.

Punctual, fast and quick to answer questions. Very happy with the service and I'll be using their services for any future projects I have.

HRHislop were great, the virtual quote for our selection of small jobs was easy, as was communication, on the day the electrician turned up right on time and was friendly and professional, keeping us informed throughout, we will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Chaps came on time. Did a good job and took all the rubbish away with them. Have already booked Hislops up for another job later in March. Returned phone calls reasonably promptly unlike some other electricians. Fully recommend them.

Great company, very helpful.

HR Hislop have completed two jobs for us - some outside security lights and some internal spot lights. Their work has always been very tidy - plus they turn up on time and are always cheerful. A pleasure to have around the house and now our go to electricians without hesitation.

We have used Hislops 3 times over the last year, and have been really pleased with the work carried out. Their prices are fair and the electricians are all friendly and competent. I would highly reccommend Hislops to anyone who is thinking of getting any electrical work done. We have had both indoor and outdoor work carried out and are very satisfied with everthing.

I have recently used HRHislop for electrical work in my home. From hanging a difficult chandelier, to outside sockets. They were here on time, helpful and polite and I would certainly recommend them.

Needed a wiring and fusebox upgrade to accommodate a new cooker. Company arrived on time completed the job with minimum disruption clean, tidy and professional. Would use again for any electrical work needed.

Hislop have carried out several electrical jobs in our house since we moved in May 2024. The quality of their work is outstanding and their electricians were without exception knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They dealt with all our questions with knowledge and efficiency and nothing appeared to be a problem. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Hislop for any domestic electrical requirements.

HR Hislop were working with the builders on our extension. The engineers were excellent and arrived when expected and let us know what their plans were for the day so we could work around them when power needed to be off etc They were respectful of our home, tidied up and left the house as they found it when finished. Due to work they did in the extension and the manner in which they did it we have now used them for other work around the house from fitting additional external power sockets to fitting new light fixtures and switches. Highly recommended.

We had two ceiling lights fitted and RCD protection. They were clean and tidy, they even took our cardboard boxes away with them. A job well done. Thanks guys.

In a word: fantastic! My hot water cylinder packed up last week, so I contacted a plumbing and heating service first. They attended for 20 minutes and advised me that the wiring was a dangerous fire hazard, gave me a hefty callout charge but then weren’t in a hurry to make another appointment to fix it. I was keen to look elsewhere, and as HR Hislop had done a lot of work for me earlier in the year when I moved into my first house, I knew I could trust them. Ollie was very helpful on the phone, and once I had provided photos Harry (the Director) responded himself to explain his diagnosis and reassure me it was an easy fix. Soon afterwards I received a call from Jamie to book an appointment, which was made for the following morning. Jack attended and was brilliant: clear, careful and respectful, and he managed to rewire everything in the way that I was hoping for. I was very grateful and relieved that it was safe and fixed. I was then astonished when they charged me the same amount as the first contractor, which felt paltry given the inferior service of the latter. Gave HR Hislop a tip as a thank you and I hope this review encourages other people to use them. You should!

Very professional top job after we call hislops as we had earth problems in are fuse box came out fast and efficient service brilliant service

An excellent local company. The electrician was friendly, and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Recently, I had an electrician from HRHislop, Ben Webb, come to our property to replace the fuse board. Ben not only completed the job quickly and efficiently, but was also very friendly and approachable. His ability to engage with us and ensure we felt confident in the work being done is a quality I believe is crucial for excellent customer service, and Ben delivered on this perfectly. I will definitely be using HRHislop again.

Carried out the work, prior to an informed/quote, face to face appt. The work itself was carried out professionally, with respect to customer/property. Extremely satisfied customer.

Asked for a quote for some electrical work. Quote given at 8am. Work completed by 5pm. Amazing service. Ben, the fitter, was very friendly, efficient and very good at his job. Thoroughly recommend

Once again excellent service and a happy customer. Lewis was friendly intelligent and showed great flexibility in ensuring that he minimised interruptions to us as we both work from home, he is a credit to your company.

Really pleased with the team from Hislop. They always turned up early, were exceptionally polite and friendly, worked hard, did a really high quality job, made sure we were informed and consulted all the way through. Brilliant team of guys that are a real credit to the company and I would be happy to recommend them to others. Very happy customer!

Got in touch for an EICR check, highly impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Would highly recommend

HR Hislops replaced a domestic circuit board for me. I was impressed with their service and kept me informed at all times. They were able to complete the work within a 2 week period. I would definitely use them again as I have been let down several times by electricians who either didn't turn up or randomly turned up unexpectedly.

Very happy with the work carried out, They were on time, Explained what they needed to do and cleaned up after themselves, Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Work was carried out to replace sockets in the kitchen as well as some work in the bathroom. We also had our main fuseboard replaced, all within the time frame agreed. The work was immaculate along with everything being explained along the way. Will ensure we always recommend them to anyone who asks us for an electrician as as well as book them in again in a few weeks for some smaller work we need doing.

Spot on service. Very tidy, receptive to rescheduling to suit our needs, and really efficient. Will be a returning customer!

Fantastic service: a responsive and helpful admin team who reacted quickly to requirements; punctual and friendly site visit prior to work commencing; polite, effective and helpful team doing the work - I was happy to leave them to it whilst I went away for a few days, and returned to find everything replaced perfectly, any mess hoovered up, and the job completed to perfection. I cannot recommend HR Hislop highly enough.

This should have been a 20 minute job but turned into a 3 visits and 4 electricians and several hours later to sort. Unknown to me and the electricians whoever originally installed the wiring made a right old mess of it. Thankfully the guys between them got it sorted and they stuck true to their original quote which is jolly decent of them. This is the second job they've done for me in recent months and I can't fault their professionalism. Don't have anything else planned for the foreseeable future but they will be my first choice again should I need an electrician.

In the height of a cold snap, with snow on the ground, our heating and water system packed up. It wasn't a plumbing issue, however; the electric control panel (which had been on the blink) had given up the ghost. We contacted HR Hislop and, because it was something of an emergency, Harry himself came over, picking up a new control panel en route. We'd supplied photos of the defunct panel, so he knew which one to get and, once installed, heating and water were back on. Harry also explained how, should this ever happen again, we could manually override the panel and activate the heating/water. We were very grateful for his speedy, expert service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending HR Hislop.

Absolutely first class service. You just don't get customer service like these guys offer these days. Polite, professional, responsive and the work was top class. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic service, Alex was a pleasure to work with highly recommend

Great service, very polite and affordable service

The team replaced a hood extractor in the kitchen. The initial assessment of work was completed quickly. Had to wait awhile for the work to be done as they were very busy (popular, I guess). Lads that turned up were polite, punctual and very efficient. Work completed quickly, with kitchen tidied up afterwards Highly recommended, would use them again.

Fast, professional and friendly service – would highly recommend! Many thanks

We are so happy with the service we got from HR Hislop. From the first call to the guys coming out !! Very impressed. We def recommend ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome company. Contacted them 10.30 in the morning before Christmas with no power. They called me back and asked for photos of fuse box. Electrician on site at 2pm, identified main 100 amp fuse was faulty and had blown, everything replaced and power restored by 3.30pm. Really professional and courteous electrician (Will Huband). Excellent, will use them again.

excellent professional service, great communication and very quick to come out and fix our issue rapidly with no fuss - highly recommended. Many thanks.

They were quick to respond providing an inspection and competitive quote very quickly. They arranged a date suitable for both parties and arrived exactly on time. When a problem with replacing 'meter tail' wiring was found they worked around it and did not charge extra. Their on-line facilities were good providing easy acceptance of the quote and fast payment afterwards.

these guys were brilliant, on time, took their shoes off going over the carpets, cleaned up all their mess and took away all the packing plus they did a very neat job tucking the trunking out of sight. put the loft ladder away its very heavy. we will definitely use them again!!

Highly recommended

Would not hesitate to highly recommend Hislop's. Very professional, friendly, turn up when they say they will. Always reliable and do an exceptionally good tidy job. We have used for all of our electrical work and recommended them to friends and family whom have also been satisfied with them.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. From enquiry to completion found them approachable, helpful and accommodating. Workmen were on time, fully professional and engaged with us as we discussed our requirements. Thoroughly pleased with their work in every aspect.

Extend electrical system to remote 3 bay domestic garage including ten way CU, two car carging points, 32A Commando sockets - internal and external, lighting, three infrared heaters and frost heater. Very happy with the service.

Just had a house renovation and we used HR Hislop for the electrical work. It was a pleasure to have Jake and Max around the house. They were very polite and considerate when any of us were at home. Always helpful and came up with some good ideas and nothing was ever too much trouble. Well done Guys.

FANTASTIC company!! So friendly, helpful and kind. Alot of other companies could learn from them on how to conduct business. 😉 VERY prompt service! Much cheaper than alot of other companies! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍😁🙂.

Brilliant service, responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful! Thank you HRH!

Great all round, highly recommended

Customer focused business, quick to respond, good local firm you can trust

If you're looking for friendly, fast and efficient service from initial contact to completion of the contracted works, then this is the company to to use. Although my contract was a small job in the grand scheme of things, it was treated with the same importance as a bigger one and the works carried out to a very good standard.. Many thanks to Jamie and the whole team

Very professional from start to finish. Easy to deal with and a company I trust.

Very impressed with quality of work, adaptability and general positive approach. Thank you

Would thoroughly recommend HR Hislop in Devizes. I used them for the installation of a Zappi EV charger. Very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Came to give an estimate within a few days of contacting them and completed the work within a few weeks. Took care of claiming for the OZEV grant on my behalf. All working well. Easy online system for accepting estimates and paying invoices.

Hislops responded very quickly to help an elderly, vulnerable person to restore essential cooking facilities.

To Jamie for taking my call and coordinating a servicing Engineer to call at short notice, thank you. To Aaron for attending and SOLVING a very difficult situation and problem., thank you. When I presented my problem to you, I honestly thought it was just a quick job! How wrong I was and we were impressed with the diagnosis and repair carried out with professional efficiency, thanks once again. Kind regards to Harry and Moira, and so pleased to know you are both well Jim Ryan

Efficient, clean, understanding service and quick to resolve differences to mutual satisfaction. Highly recommended.

A great company, such a find! Excellent responsive customer service at the office and knowledgeable and helpful electricians, can’t rate highly enough.

Having been messed about by other companies it is so refreshing to have a company so responsive, professional and friendly. Keeping you informed throughout! I will be using this company again and would 100% recommend

Fantastic service from this company. Nothing is too much trouble. Their electricians are efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, tidy and on time. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with the work that was carried out at The Post Office. All the ceiling lights were replaced while the Post Office was open and busy. The HRHislop team worked without causing any disruption to my customers and cleaned up after the work as they went along. They also installed new fuse panels and relocated switches and sockets. I will not hesitate in using their services again and highly recommend them.

Further to his visits to quote for our bathroom and kitchen work, Mike sent us a very competitive quote. Shaun has installed and upgraded the electrics for 3 bathrooms and our garage to kitchen conversion over the last year. This has included crawling around in a dirty loft to fit fans and being cramped in the understairs cupboard! He has never grumbled (well not to us!!) and has done a speedy and efficient job while singing along to the radio! Thank you for all your hard work, and if there is anything else we need we will definitely be contacting HR Hislops again.

Professional and friendly. Work completed was of excellent standard. I would definitely recommend HR Hislop

We had a variety of jobs needing to be done at home, I was able to do a video link to show the works needed and they came the next week. Very friendly, did an excellent job. Left the house tidy. Would use again and highly recommend.

I have used this company on several occasions and very satisfied and pleased with the service I have received.

Brilliant job, always! A great care for detail and ensuring the customer is happy - I can't fault them.

I have used H R Hislop twice and on both occasions they did a good job. Polite and hard working. The second occasion was an urgent call out to restore power and they carried on until they had found and fixed the problem.

I used this company a few weeks ago after it was recommended by another supplier. I found them to be professional, courteous, reliable and they cleaned up after themselves. They provided a clear detailed quotation in advance and arrived at the agreed time. As often happens in such circumstances, they came across a few problems that were no fault of their own. They simply smiled and got on with the job, not seeking to use those issues as a means to increase the price. I would certainly use this company again.

I have used HR Hislop for a couple of years and have always been impressed by their service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to deal with, professional and reliable and reasonably priced, really pleased to know I can call on Hislop’s for electrical requirements.

A very friendly, professional service from the admin staff, and the technician providing the quote and doing the work. Very quick and responsive. Would recommend for any electrical work.

Initial contact with the office via telephone was excellent and an initial visit was scheduled within days. The electician was punctual, efficient and eager to complete the job exactly as required. I was very pleased with the attention to detail, communication and professional approach.

The young electrical engineer who carried out this job was exceedingly professional, very efficient and thorough. He had an amiable disposition, was always polite and was very knowledgeable. Bravo. Highly recommended.

On time for all appointments, very knowledgeable staff who work quickly, quietly and fully clean up when finished. Very easy online system to view , accept quotes and pay invoices. Still on the phone if needed though. Thanks again!

Fantastic service. Changed all the lights in my house and added downlight in my kitchen and what an amazing change. Everywhere feels so much brighter. Work was efficient, very kind and no fuss. They always clean up as well.

Messaged regarding heating issue to which they replied. I then confirmed contact details and heard nothing back. Of course its a busy time of the year and many heating related issue wanting attention im sure but an update to advise on likely engineer visit or call would of been welcome rather than nothing at all. Shame as reviews id seen have been very good.

Amazing service from these guys. Would recommend highly. Nothing too much trouble. They’ll do a job and own it. A lucky find

Great service and communication whilst fitting a car EV point.

This company are excellent, would highly recommend, they are easy to communicate with and are always reliable, work is excellent and prices are very good.

Highly recommend, very efficient and clearly brilliant at what they do. We had Dan who was wonderful and a lovely guy. Managing a few unexpected hurdles to get the job done as asked.

Highly recommend, from quote to work, professional, amazing coms. Will certainly use again. Thank you guys :0)

Excellent service second to none

Second time of using HRHislop and a second high quality job. Installation was excellent and work was to a very professional standard, with all work being tidy and exactly as requested. They have been very good through the whole process with any queries and support. Highly recommended

Brilliant company. Initial message was responded to very quickly, quote was competitive, accurate and detailed. When we wanted to alter a few things this wasn’t a problem and the quote was adjusted as necessary. Work carried out was of an excellent standard and the guys were very tidy. Would definitely use again.

I would personally like to thank Jack Skyrme for coming to our house on Wednesday night to look at a light fitting following a leak in our place, damaging somebody else's property. The situation was tense but Jack was calm, collected and professional and the fact he was able to come on short notice, given the circumstances was absolutely brilliant. I would use HR Hislop again for any of my electrical needs. Thanks!

From the initial quote, and invaluable advice from Mike Stagg, our experience with HRHislop has been positive. Shaun completed the work tidily and really knew his stuff! Highly recommend for anything electrical. And Moira in the office is lovely too!

After seriously heavy rain, water affected power to our house leaving us with no supply. We made contact with HRHislop and their response was superb. Within two hours of initial contact a technician travelled to us identified and resolved the problem and ensured that everything was safe and working correctly before he left. All this for a very reasonable charge. Superb service

I have used Harry and his team for all my electrical work since we started refurbishing our bungalow room by room in 2012. Mike Stagg has been the lead throughout but everyone in the company has been extremely helpful, accommodating all of my requests and always willing to fit in to my timescales no matter how short notice they may be. All of their work has been completed to an extremely high standard and they always clean up completely after themselves at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend Harry and his team to any of my friends and colleagues for any electrical work no matter how big or small it may be.

I have just had a new consumer unit fitted by Roy. He did a superb job, a very neat installation. The process from quotation to installation was faultless and Roy's cheerful demeanour and attitude was second to none, a very pleasant guy, an asset to the company and after he had tidied up the room was spotless. I would recommend H R Hislop without any hesitation.

Fantastic service from a great bunch. Would highly recommend

Perfect local buisness completed works on my kitchen refit. Very professional extremely helpful and nicely priced cant fault them. Highly recommend

I recently asked Harrys team to come and install some external lighting at my home - they arrived on time, exactly when they said they would and recommended the exact solution that I needed. It was installed quickly and professionally and the team cleared up after themselves at the end of the job. Thank you and I'd highly recommend you to anyone looking for an electrician.

Harry and the team helped me out when one half on my kitchen lost power. They came round the next morning, identified the issue and fixed it. Amazing service!

I had an outside light installed. The whole process was excellent, from helping me decided which light fitting to leaving my kitchen (where the light switch was installed) cleaner than when they arrived. Punctual and friendly, even putting up with a curious and cheeky puppy getting in the way! Would highly recommend.

HrHislop gave our house a quick once over before purchasing the review was detailed, concise and included a price for minor works needing doing. Fast forward a few months we are in and arrange to get the work done. Could not have asked for any more or any better service. The two engineers arrived on time, polite, courteous and new their stuff. Got all the work completed to an outstanding quality and even had time to install some additional lights and all the work was very reasonably priced Without a doubt the best electrical company I have dealt with no rubbish left everything completed they even took their shoes off all the time without any prompting!! Thank you so much Moira Mike and crew we will definitely be calling on your services again David

Carried out work in my house, Martin the engineer was courteous, worked cleanly and all in all did a good job. If all the guys in this company have a similar attitude you can expect good results

Brilliant service; Friendly and helpful electricians who know their business. Thanks to Roy & Will, the two guys who dealt with us. I would definitely recommend HR Hislop to anyone.

I contacted Harry shortly before Christmas requesting a quote for several fairly minor electrical jobs. This has been completed as of today, and I want to say what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with the company. From the first point of contact (the only company out of 5 I rang who had a human being answer the phone) with Gill and Moira (who are both delightful), to Harry coming around to look and quote, to Jack and Shaun undertaking the final works the entire journey has been wonderful. The entire team is very professional, yet friendly and approachable. As mentioned, Jack and Shaun (who arrived exactly on time at 8am) came in (and immediately took their boots off without being asked!) And got straight on with the works. No messing around, they stopped briefly to have a cup of tea but other than that, they were hard at it. They even hoovered up afterwards. A real credit to the company. A big thank you, and look forward to using you guys again. Dominic

Fixed my underfloor heating with a minimum of fuss, just when the weather was turning. Made a special effort to find obscure parts on the day so that I didn't have to have further time off work. Will be my fist call if I need more work doing in the future.

This is the second time I've used Harry and his team. First time was to replace my consumer unit and install new electrics in my new kitchen. Harry provided great advice and provided solutions so I had a clean look without the clutter of fused switches for the various fixed appliances. A great finish without too much hassle as you would expect when carrying out this type of work. Being very pleased with his previous work, I had no hesitation in getting Harry back in to install new LED spots, additional socket outlets and media points in the living room. Again, his advice and experience shone through and I ended up with a fantastic result. Despite the required chasing and expected dust I hardly knew it had done! Great service and a great team to back him. I have no hesitation in recommending Harry to others and would definitely have him back for future work.

I searched for an established and proven electrician and Harry came to assess the job in question. His team arrived promptly as arranged and carried out an amazing job, I can not recommend HRHisop highly enough. Fantastic and Thank You all again. Kind Regards G E Ratcliffe HCPC Emergency Paramedic Practitioner PA18216 BCU Mentor.

Highly professional and courteous from start to finish. A pleasure to deal with.

Thank you for doing such an excellent job on my house which you virtually rewired. Your team worked hard and were very understanding of my needs. One small issue with floorboards was sorted out without fuss and has added to my high opinion of your company. Will was particularly impressive and I will be happy to recommend you to anyone.

Extremely pleased with this company. They completed two fairly large and complex pieces of work for us. Their workmanship was excellent , they were punctual and efficient and a pleasure to deal with and fairly priced.

Had a lot of work done with Harry Hislop's over the last few months and it has all been to an extremely high standard - appointments are made and never missed and the electricians who have attended have all been superb. Would highly recommend.

We use HR Hislop for our commercial electrical needs and we find them great Company and John is very professional.

I have used HRHislop several times and it has been a great service, friendly, helpful and a great job - will use again :)

Having lived in Wiltshire for over 25 years, Harry and his excellent team are the best electricians we have found. The requirements for the jobs were well planned and thought out, and the finished results were very neatly done and very professionally carried out. Professor and Mrs M

HRHislop have illuminated our Bandstand, wash block and flower beds at Hampsley Hollow Boutique Camping! They really have gone above and beyond my expectations using subtle lights that increase the beauty of our wonderful site. All the lights change colour to suit the mood of our campers and they all comment on how beautiful the lights are. All of the guys at HRHislop are extremely well mannered and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone for all their electrical needs.

Excellent job completed by a competent electrical team!

Excellent service. coming on time and leaving the place in perfect order. Highly recommended.

Excellent, professional staff and service with great customer care . Highly recommend H R Hislop.

We were very pleased with the service we received. I would certainly recommend Harry and his team.

We rely on Harry and his team on a daily basis and they are reliable and good at what they do, very happy Rachael Prior - AJPC Consulting Ltd

very reliable and pleasure to work with ....Highly recommend

We have used Harry and his team on a number of house renovation projects, they are always polite, helpful, and very professional from start to finish. I recently used H R Hislop for work on my parents house which was done on a very tight timescale and glad to say that they completed the work, on time, just in time for Christmas! As efficient as ever, and would always recommend their services.

I've known and worked with Harry and his team for a number of years on many different projects and I have always found HR Hislop to be extremely professional, polite, excellent tradesmen and a joy to work with. Every member of Harry's team has a positive attitude and even if they are thrown a curve ball by myself or my clients they are always happy to help and over come any problem. I often involve Harry at the early stages of quoting for building work and his knowledge and ideas are often invaluable in aiding clients to achieve their goals. The highest accolade I can give Harry is that whenever I require electrical work done at my own house, he is the only number I call.

Had the HRHislop team do the work on our extension, which they designed supplied and fitted the complete electrical works from lighting to appliances to underfloor heating. Harry and the team were very professional, helpful and reliable especially Moira, our dedicated point of contact and Josh, our site operative who carried out most of the works. If you're looking for an electrical company, look no further - highly recommended

Very quick, efficient, polite and competent. Thank you.

As always, first class. Accurate clean and a very tidy job

Apart from confusion at HRHislop re the date that the work was to be done, when the work was carried out it was done speedily and very tidily. Unfortunately, the electrician was supplied with a wrong part and has said that he will come back when the correct part is available. Otherwise a job well done, 4.5 stars.

Very pleasant company to deal with, helpful and efficient.

Really professional electricians, the best around here.

Great service and quality of work-highly recommended.

Fast, professional and friendly service. Fully recommend Harry and his staff

We have used H (Harry) Hislop & Co, on several occasions, both at work and at home and have always found Harry and staff, polite and professional, with a 'can do' attitude, from standard electrical home lighting and cctv installation, to a major office refit, Hislops have always come through and exceeded expectations... Recommended!

Great workers who did a fantastic job

Great worker's, great service. Very recommended.

Harry and his team are always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks

Quick response to initial enquiry, comprehensive quote and excellent experience whilst the work was done. Also swift follow up to finish the job when an additional part was required. Nothing was too difficult an obstacle - excellent customer service.

I have been so impressed with this company. I needed work completed to a deadline and they responded very quickly. The work has been completed to a very high standard and the Guys have been professional and friendly throughout. I highly recommend Harry and is team.
