I recently used Stacey at Harlequin Electrical to install an Ohme Home Pro charger at my property here in Crowborough, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Unfortunately, due to some intensely hot weather, he safely and responsibly had to reschedule my original date. However, he made sure to get back out to me incredibly quickly to make up for it. The actual installation was completed smoothly, efficiently, and to a really high standard. It’s great to have a reliable, professional local trade to count on—highly recommended!

They provided first class service for supply, install of outdoor lighting and power to outbuilding they even included lighting design, and cost savings where possible. No hidden extras, they were more than happy to reschedule their visits and even come Saturday and Sunday to ensure lighting was finished. They spoke with the landscaper and ensured I didn’t have to worry about any of that.

Harlequin EPS were approached to submit a lighting design for our new walk in dressing room. Our request was to light the inside the wardrobes when the doors were open along with complementing the fitted joinery with soft continuous lighting around the room. Our inquiry was very efficiently dealt with and within a few days Stacey visited our property and suggested many options. We received a detailed quotation (not an estimate) explaining exactly what works would be undertaken. The solution agreed was to install flush fitting plastered in channel LED lighting with extra small down lights above the center of the opened doors, with all lighting being dimmable. We were delighted with the finish and professional workmanship from the team on site and would most certainly recommend HEPS for any electrical works in your home.

I asked Harlequin to carry out an EICR on a property I'm selling. After being let down by other Electrical companies, Harlequin responded to my message on the same day and carried out the works within a week. The electrician turned up on time, was polite and worked well even with my puppy trying her best to distract him! Definitely a company to be used and will be using them again at my new property!

We recently moved into a new property which we wanted to carry out a full refurb but more for a day 1 approach meaning that we had to complete in a 3 month timeline to reconfigure areas, structural alterations, run in new electrics, new plumbing, decoration, flooring, the lot! This would enable us to have a up-to-date and habitable space to then look at our Day 2 which will be full scale, alterations, extensions, etc. Harlequin EPS were recommended to us and we instantly warmed to Stace and Dave who were very personable and methodical on how to approach the deliverables and timeline, but also to ensure that we would not spend money unnecessarily to achieve our desired outcome for Day 2. Happily, all works were completed on time and well within our budget. We've gradually added more items along the way! We highly recommend Harlequin EPS and look forward to working with Stace and Dave again when we commence our Day 2 works!

After our shower broke, i got in touch with Stacey, who came over to assess the problem and organise for some people from Harlequins EPS to come by to fix it. Absolutely over the moon with the works carried out by Harlequin EPS. From the off set, Stacey impressed with his incredibly detailed and thorough approach, taking the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was both understandable and reassuring. His knowledge not only of electrical work but all building work in general was clear from the offset, and it made a world of difference to feel so informed and involved in the decisions being made about our home. Dave was equally outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot!!), particularly when it came to future proofing our property. Friendly and reliable electricians, who provide excellent care, service and advice. They installed front of house carriage lights and a flood light. We are so happy we have asked them back to upgrade our down lights inside too!
