One reviewer said ICD Electrical Contractors LTD carried out a large job in the loft, including work inside and outside the home, and left no marks in the house. Several reviewers described the workmen as courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful. One reviewer reported that a needed shower wiring check was done within two hours and called the price very competitive. One reviewer reported a poor phone enquiry: the person dealing with it sounded uninterested, said nobody might be sent round to quote, and did not call back with a quote date as promised.
Been to mine today lovely workman got Straght on with job quite a big job inside loft etc ? Damp day outside not a mark on my home in and out of home from outside also brilliant thanks
This firm was recommended to me by my neighbour for some domestic work. I called and the woman dealing with my enquiry could not possibly have sounded less interested. She said she couldn't book anything until January (it's December and that would be fine) and then she said she might not even be able to send somebody round to do a quote. She said she would call back to give me a time and date for the quote. She never did. I wish I could afford to deal with prospective customers like that. Shocking...
Very efficient and courteous workmen
