Originally the install seemed to function well. We then started developing trips within the garage. We had staff out to upgrade the circuit breaker and on the 7th trip the Zappi Charger dies. So we reach out to them and can't get through to a single soul. The original electrician would not touch it without their approval to do so which put us in a complete blind. We are led to believe that they are no longer trading. We then contact Myenergi who sent out a new unit and arranged for an approved electrician to come and install it. He opens the fusebox (where the CT clamp, surge protection and the MCB is) for the garage and finds the MCB with a loose connection which has started to burn and melt the MCB and also the surge protection not even wired up. Massive fire risk! This issue is still on going and unfortunately we will now have to pay additional costs because of this. Thanks Rechrg, we appreciate it!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Communication from initial enquiry to survey to installation friendly and informative. Great friendly professional team. Nice tidy installation of my new electric vehicle charge point. And the engineer was so helpful when setting up the App for the charger. Patiently explaining everything to me. Highly recommend this company
