Called Master Spark after discovering a severely burnt and melted socket with extensive charring. They responded quickly despite it being a sunday, replaced the socket, back box and plug top, and carried out all necessary testing. Sam's recommended installation for a new EV charger proved exactly right. I had my Consumer Unit replaced so that the new EV Charger could be installed professionally with minimal evasive cabling. Although work was needed to be undertaken to ensure the house complied with all safety regulations, this proved quite efficient and the final installation was trouble free and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Very pleased with the Zappi car charger that Sam from Master Spark installed. He was knowledgeable about the regulations and the equipment and was also happy to explain all the aspects. He took the time to consider the requirements of the work, unlike some other electricians I reached out to, and took time to discuss concerns and queries over the phone and a visit prior to the work. The Master Spark electrical engineer carried out all the required works to a very high standard throughout the whole job. He was extremely efficient, polite and helpful and cleaned up thoroughly after himself as the work proceeded. Finally he removed all trace of rubbish from my property and left everything spotless. Sam was punctual, polite, and friendly. Skilled, meticulous, and thorough, at work for 5 hours plus and did not stop in conducting a complete Electrical Testing and Inspection of our 3 Bed Bungalow. Exhausting (me just watching). Sam assessed all circuits, inspected numerous sockets, connections, and light switches. He even checked the Loft, what a brave man – many ventured there in the past never to be seen again. I am now awaiting his full report but know already that I want Sam to repair any defects found. I have now received Sam’s very comprehensive Electrical Condition Report that also included noticeably clear photographic defects evidence. Mr Fryatt of Master Spark has completed a number of jobs for us in the past two years, including: new LED strip lights in our garage, new inset ceiling lights in our kitchen, garden security light, induction cooker installation with necessary fuse box upgrade and making safe old wiring. Renewal of consumer unit and Garage/Shed rewiring Upgrading of the main consumer unit was carried out to facilitate bringing all exterior electrical services up to current standards. This included lights and sockets to 2 garages and a garden shed and pond pump etc. A new earth bonding cable also had to be installed to the gas meter. All work was carried out in a very professional manner and taking into account safe distancing etc. All debris removed from site on completion of the work. We were kept informed of progress etc. and are delighted with the work carried out. I would recommend Mr Sam Fryatt of Masterspark to anyone. Addendum - I had no hesitation in calling in Masterspark again when I needed additional work carried out. Again a very high standard of work.
