I’d like to share a personal note and some positive feedback for Chi-Lec. Many people may think of them mainly as an electrical installation company, but they also carry out structured cabling for IT networks. A couple of months ago, they completed structured cabling works at our office, and the standard of work was excellent. Although it was not a particularly large job and few other companies were not interested, Dan from Chi-Lec responded promptly, took the job on, and delivered exactly what we needed. He rewired the office with new data points, cabling, and network cabinet patch panel arrangements, all to a very high standard. We were very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Chi-Lec for similar work.

Just before Christmas a power loss to a number of electrical circuits in our house seemed likely to cause a major disruption to our plans. We contacted several electricians most of whom did not bother to reply. The village WhatsApp group recommended Chi-Lec, and Daniel responded and appeared quickly. He soon identified and sorted the problem. Excellent service and excellent value. I strongly recommend them.

We used Chi-Lec to replace every electrical socket, every switch, new lighting pendants, new light fittings and under cabinet LED strips. Dan gave us excellent advice, and his team were hard working and efficient. We would definitely recommend. Postscript: We decided on some additional work a few weeks later… again done efficiently and quickly. They really are good at what they do. Smoke detectors replaced… another job well done.
Great service. Dan attended at very short notice to silence some smoke alarms. He quickly found a problem with the circuit and kindly fitted three new smoke alarms that had recently been purchased to replace the date expired old ones. He was punctual and cleaned up what little mess there was. I will certainly use Dan again and he will be my “go to” electrician from now on.

I have used Chi-Lec for over a year now and found them to be very professional and their work is to the best electrical standards. They install solar PV and battery systems as well as EV chargers and other electrical work such as new sub boards.Dan has some new additions to the team lately and they are working really well.
