Reviews

4.3

Ben Wood Group Ltd received mixed feedback. One reviewer said the service was brilliant and the work excellent and prompt, while another praised the team as professional, clean and knowledgeable when fitting CCTV and an alarm. A third reviewer said the house alarm and electrical work in their mancave were done on time by polite and trustworthy staff, and a fourth described the company as professional and honest. One reviewer strongly criticised the service, saying everything was left in a mess, their number was blocked and they found the company unreasonable and unreliable.

After being let down by multiple electricians previously, Ben and Logan from The Ben Wood Group came to fit my CCTV and alarm. From introduction to completion they were absolutely great. Professional, Clean, incredibly knowledgeable and very fairly priced! I have already recommended to my brother and nephew. Thanks for the work👍
