Little Miss Ghosty. Asked for a plug socket, accidentally signed up for an episode of Ghosts. Got quoted £180, asked if there was any wiggle room, was told to send videos. Sent videos. Silence. Asked if I’d been forgotten. Immediate reply: “Email me the pictures.” Emailed the pictures. Back to complete radio silence. At this point I was less a customer and more a paranormal investigator trying to make contact with a spirit. After two weeks I gave up and found someone else. Shame really, as I’d used her for years. I’m sure you’ll reply congratulating me on my incredible achievement of locating an electrician who actually replies to messages. No hard feelings though, being ghosted saved me £135. That’s one of the most profitable break ups I’ve ever had. Edit to reply— Over two weeks is a bit much though, isn’t it? Funny how my plug socket request couldn’t get a reply, yet this review got one almost instantly. I feel you keep trying to paint me as unreasonable for being frustrated at being ignored, but that’s not what happened. I was polite throughout. I chased once, got told to send videos. I sent videos. It was ghosted. Then I was told to email. I emailed pictures. Then nothing. Again. At no point was I rude. In fact, you went out of your way to find my personal Facebook profile and block me, which I find far more unreasonable than a customer asking why they’ve been ignored for over two weeks. Do you think it’s normal for a customer to wait two weeks to book in a simple job? Who do you think you are? I’m also clearly not the only person this has happened to. Your reviews speak for themselves. What’s particularly disappointing is that we’ve used you for years. When a faulty light switch you supplied and fitted had to be replaced, I paid for it without making a fuss. When you fitted my £4,000 Timothy Oulton mirror and left fingerprints trapped inside that I still can’t remove without taking the entire thing off the wall, I didn’t complain about that either. So the insinuation that I’ve somehow been a difficult customer is laughable. As for the £180 quote to convert a switch into a plug socket, I nearly needed medical attention from the shock. In the end, RB Electrical fitted the socket, installed a new kitchen light, replied within a day, kept me updated when they had to rearrange due to a bigger job, turned up when they said they would, and charged £45 for the socket and £45 for the light. They were busy too. The difference is they seem to have mastered the highly advanced business technique of replying to customers and quoting a bloody good rate. Anyway, the work is done now. I genuinely wish you well, but if you continue treating long-standing customers this way, blocking them instead of communicating with them, people will eventually call you out. Good workmanship is important, but so is basic professionalism, courtesy and respect!

LMSL came out to fit an EV charger to my property. Both ladies turned up on time and detailed what the job entails and were super polite throughout. Took a little longer than I (as a non electrician I might add) anticipated, but all work was done professionally and the place left tidy. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Once settled, we are looking to move some sockets/power and will be in touch.

I am a landlord with a few flats in Cannock. Little Miss Sparky has carried out landlord safety checks carrying out necessary reparations. All done with good will and efficiently at a realistic price. I would certainly recommend.

Genuinely can't recommend the Littlemisssparky ladies enough. Polly and her team have been amazing from start to finish. Listened to our feedback and no issue was too big an issue (sorry about the dimmer lights <3). We've found our tenure electrician's and we will use and recommend as long as they keep coming out. She was punctual, professional, and clearly very experienced, taking the time to assess the installation requirements properly and explain the scope of works. The quotation process was straightforward and transparent, and what really stood out was the turnaround time — the work was scheduled and completed within just a few days, which is excellent compared to typical lead times. The installation itself was carried out by Rosie, supported by her apprentice, Efrin. Both represented the company extremely well. Fantastic team of female electricians! It was horrible weather today and despite having a lot of work outside they still turned up and did an amazing job! Used this company a few times now and they're our first port of call for any electrical work. Quick to come out, very thorough, friendly and a third of the cost of the large named companies. We found this wonderful company after one large brand name company quoted us over £350 for a new shower and fitting...Little Miss Sparky fitted the same brand new shower for a third of that. I can't recommend this company enough, plus they have female qualified electricians for those of us who feel more comfortable and safe with that.

I wouldnt use another electrcian now. They've installed 3 EV chargers for us at various properties, each time has been quick, efficient and clean. On the rare occassion we asked a different electrician to do a job, they quoted us an astronomical price and started scaremongering. Little Miss Sparky came around the following day after asking for a second opinion, put our worries to rest and even checked some of the more urgent aspects. Could not recommend them more!

Had Polly and the crew in for a full house rewire and honestly was impressed from the second Polly walked in and wanted to confirm I even needed one! They were brilliant, prompt, organised, managed the whole house in a week and apart from much safer electrics, you'd never know they'd been here. Polly and Rosie were also happy to answer any of my random questions, which was nice! Also a huge hit with the dog. Showing my age but Corgi approved ;)

Booked Polly in the past for an extra socket. So reached out again to take out/replace to bathroom fans that had gone kaput at the same time. Sought recommendations for the humidity levels in the bathrooms. Polly and Rosie arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidied up. Booked to have a quote done. From the start, everything seemed ok. My appointment was booked in, I was provided advice on the process and talked about the work and sequencing with other trades. I was advised of their day rates which include a qualified and apprentice, which I was actually happy to hear. Then I got an email a few days later saying that they are unable to provide a quote as the 'project is not a good fit for the company'...I just wanted a couple of sockets and light switches moved, and some new plug sockets, new lighting rewired in the ceiling. At no point was I told that that wasn't the sort of work for them, especially as I thought its what electricians do. Strange response- I have not bothered to ask why. Something seems off and I'd rather not have that sort of energy left around me, so all best, but only one star from me on based on my interaction with this company. Update: Not disappointed at all. If you could not complete the work I wanted, you should have saved your time during the appointment and said - 'we are not qualified or experienced enough to do this'. In my experience, when people are as polite as you in declining work, which you clearly do for others, its because they have more sinister reasons relating to your own perceptions of me, my home whatever, but don't want to say it out loud. Ill take my money elsewhere.

We were quoted £310 by one 'well established' company to fit a new shower...Little Miss Sparky charged us £160! It didn't take long either. Half the price of a famous well established competitor. However nothing was too much trouble and everything we discussed could be done. Today first job was done, Polly and Rosie turned up exactly in time, both very friendly people and lovely to talk to. I’m not sure where to start, firstly she installed unsafe plugs under my bath and had an attitude when I suggested using a waterproof housing. Then she had an even worse attitude when I insisted on paying by card and that I wanted a proper invoice. Edit: it’s hard to believe the owner is now lying and claiming they never worked at my house. A sad but typical response these days.

Excellent service from start to finish. My mum needed replacement lights in her kitchen. I sent photos to them and they sourced the lights and were available to fit them the next day. Rosie, the electrician did a great job. So grateful to them and would recommend.

I highly recommend Polly for any electrical work you need doing. Communication has been great and she turned up when scheduled and helped with advise on the best way to fulfil our needs in our garden. This comprised of 6 up and down lights to be placed on concrete fence post, led string lights in the gazebo and an infared heater also in the gazebo. Also 3 outside double power points and sockets and lighting into the Shed. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us informed on the progress as she went along. She worked all day without a break and finished the job on schedule despite the bad weather.

Asked for some help with a coffee can I recently bought. Miss Sparky came and looked at the van and stated that she needed to speak to her husband about the work needed and didn’t get back to me. I tried on multiple occasions to contact her about the work I needed doing and was ignored. Not professional at all. If she didn’t want the job just say so don’t ignore me!!

I got in touch with Little Miss Sparky when a hairdryer blew my electrics. Despite trying to sort the trip switches out myself, I couldn't get anything to come back on (new house, unfamiliar board). Thinking the unit was faulty, I got in touch with Little Miss Sparky to ask if she could take a look. She took me though what needed to be done step by step and within a few minutes we were back up and running much to my relief. Not only was she patient and helpful, her kindness saved me a call-out fee which I was very grateful for. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to get in touch if and when we need help again.

Punctual and problem fixed within 10 minutes . However you need to check costs first as it was £70 !!! No parts needed either. God knows what it would cost for an hour.

Initially had Polly out to fit a couple of extra double sockets and a loft light . Very impressed with time keeping , efficiency and neatness . A plasterer then uncovered some nightmare electrics from a previous electrician so I rang back , they sorted out the complete mess , used metal conduit throughout, a lovely addition in my workshop . Extremely impressed with Little Miss Sparky , as a Building Surveyor I come across a lot of trades and I have no hesitation in fully recommending Polly .
