We recently had air conditioning installed throughout our house whilst undergoing a loft extension and Cable Connect (Midlands) Ltd were excellent from start to finish. Ian and Wayne were both brilliant to deal with. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and left us feeling completely confident in the quality of the installation. Their pricing was reasonable, their communication was straightforward, and they were courteous and respectful throughout the job. What also stood out was that they were genuinely enjoyable to have around the house during the works. They were professional, knowledgeable, good-humoured, and easy to deal with. We had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Cable Connect to anyone in the West Midlands looking for reliable, knowledgeable electricians or air conditioning installers.

Would not hesitate to recommend Cable Connect for electrical works - they are absolutely fantastic. We have had a few jobs carried out by Wayne and his team over the last year, including new sockets, lights, kitchen electrics and an air conditioning unit installed. Each time, I have been particularly impressed by Wayne's attention to detail and the way he goes above and beyond to leave everything in a much better state than when he arrived - for example, spending time identifying and removing a load of surplus dead wiring under our floors when carrying out a rewire of our kitchen lights. Regarding our A/C installation, it is clear that Wayne and Ian are extremely knowledgeable about the products they install, and were able to give me a detailed breakdown of how to get the best from our new unit. Highly recommended.

Had 4 radiators fitted today by Wayne. Very tidy worker, professional and pleasant. Arrived on time. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him should I need further jobs doing.
