Shaw Electrical

Called Mr Shaw to see if he could help after our main fuse board suddenly stopped. He came to me almost straight away even though it was a Sunday at lunchtime and had my electrical system back up and running within 20 minutes. Can’t say he would always be free to help so quickly (…we all have our lives to lead), but I would highly recommend Shaw electrical for their level of competence, service and fairness. Thanks again

I found Ian on energy search and he’s the best electrician I’ve had by far quick to reply and come look at the job what I needed doing and he did a great job highly recommend him and I will be certainly having him back for more jobs

Very punctual and quickly efficiently found the fault and was able to fix.

I found Ian via the government EV charger installer directory and had him install an Ohme charger using my existing pre-installed cable. The work was done quickly and accurately, and everything was explained clearly along the way. He checked the setup properly, confirmed it was suitable, and the charger was tested at full load with no issues. What I really appreciated was that there was no unnecessary work or upselling. Ian focused on what was actually needed and carried out the job professionally. The installation works perfectly and feels like good value for money. I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable EV charger installation.

Really impressed with the service that Ian delivered. Really superb in identifying what work I needed and then giving a quote and options on a date to do the job. Great communication from Ian and cannot fault the quality of the work he has done for us.

Ian was amazing, he came out on an emergency call initially, made the electrics as safe as he could and followed up with a quote as promised. Came to me this morning to move a dryer & cooker, came at the time he said, had to take the door off the cupboard to get the dryer out but then put it back, disconnected the oven & took it away, very tidy, polite & cleared up after himself, definitely recommend him for any electrical work that needs doing

Fantastic service. We have recently bought our much extended and elderly house and wanted to ensure all was up to standard as the existing certification was a little elderly!! Lots to do, but Ian completed everything in two very full days and even came back to do some minor tweaks after completion. Great to see a guy who takes pride in what he does. Reasonable price considering the time that was needed. Definitely recommend . (He was the third contractor and was the only one who wanted the work!!)
