One reviewer said they were sold a discontinued unit by Zero EV LTD, that the company gave no support when it failed under manufacturer warranty and that staff became rude and confrontational. Another reviewer said the person they dealt with answered their many questions, the quote was the best, the installers came when they said they would and the installation was neat and tidy.

I was sold a discontinued unit that came recommended by Peter, when the unit failed it was still under manufacturer warranty however Zero EV offered no support & eventually became rude & confrontational. If you are unsure about EV Charging & want some guidance & advice steer clear of this bunch, they'll see it as an opportunity to take advantage of you & make a quick quid.

We chose to use Zero EV to install our new Zappi because Pete was able to answer my many questions, unlike some of the other companies we tried. Their quote was the best, they came when they said they would and the installation was nice and tidy. Thanks Zero EV.
