Ricky visited my property to investigate an issue with the switch box that controls an Economy 7 water heater. He quickly identified the problem and rewired the box and it was later confirmed that the heater was functioning as normal. I would recommend him every time particularly since he charges a very reasonable rate for his work.

Ricky was absolutely brilliant. Gave candid advice over the phone and some steps to see if we could isolate the problem without him coming over. Ultimately, it was an RCD replacement that he carried in the van. Very professional. No time wasted. He had shoe overalls as it was raining. Both his van and his uniform were spotless. His quote was perfectly fair and reasonable. I will definitely use and recommend his services again. There was a light not functioning outside, and he checked that out too separate to the initial job. And explained what was going on as he investigated and fixed.

Ricky was fantastic throughout the 3 day installation, changing the consumer unit, chasing several cables into the walls, installing external plugs, a new extractor fan, bathroom light and changing the plug socket front panels throughout the house. Always a first class service. As well as carrying out the usual maintenance work, K O’Donoghue gas services have offered us advice on updating our heating system and the best options for heating and gas supply when having building and extension work done.

Called Kevin last Friday morning as our boiler had started leaking. He came over that afternoon and then once he’d identified the problem, he went to Amersham to get the part and came back to fix the fault the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the service, it’s so great knowing we have a reliable, honest gas safe engineer on hand if ever needed.
