Mr Charger

Today I've had my ev charger fitted by Roger, from Mr Charger. A very professional job. Explained exactly how everything worked, and was easy to understand. Would definitely recommend

Mr Charger went above and beyond considering there was a bush in the way! Nothing was to much of an effort! He was polite and never stopped (even his tea went cold)! He cleaned up everything when he finished. He went through the app with me and explained how it all worked. I would recommend this company and the installer

Roger absolutely amazing guy .clean tidy conscientious worker .Doesn't leave til he's sure you understand everything. He goes above and beyond .Spent ages sorting the link and my phone out .even left written instructions. He has patience by the bucket load .If his boss is reading this Roger is an asset to the firm and gives the job 100% and more .Thank you so much for all your help and support Tony and Alma.

Mr. Charger engineer Julian fitted my new charging point today. He did an excellent job. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Great service from start to finish. The website app really helped ensure everything went to plan. Communication was clear and timely throughout. On the day of install everything went to plan and was slick and efficient. Great installer, very professional and knows his stuff. Easy to talk to and explained everything in easy to understand language. Can’t recommend the company and installer enough and would use again! Thank you 👍🏻

Excellent service. Installed charger quickly and with no fuss. Engineer was friendly and helpful.

Thank you, really satisfied

Very grateful for the help from Julian and Dominic in installing my Tesla Charger. Julian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process particularly in relation to navigating communication with National Grid in getting my electrics ready for installation. Dominic then did an excellent job with the installation leaving everything neat and tidy.

Very pleased with this service. Julian was extremely helpful and prompt with advice when i didnt know a thing about electric cars and chargers. Once I'd decided which charger to have it was fitted efficiently and the fitter helped with downloading the app and getting started. Would recommend.

We had a tremendous experience with Julian and his team. Julian was extremely prompt and detailed in his responses and promised and delivered us a charger within 4 days time. We had some follow up work to be done and the team were out to sort and fix it very quickly. We really appreciated their promptness, professionalism and quick service and would recommend anyone looking for a home charger to contact Mr. Charger and Julian there.

Julian and Dom has been amazing since the beginning. With changes in my plans, they accommodated well and offered different options which would suit best. Would not go anywhere else.

Excellent service, very neat and tidy installation, good instruction on how to use the charger, couldn’t ask for a nicer or more helpful company.

Had a problem with my Rolec charger. Julian sent his engineer out straight away to fix it and turns out problèm has to be fixed at Rolec but Julian has given me specific instructions of what to do and what the problem is. Couldn’t ask for better service would 100% recommend Mr Charger.

Very professional service, really happy with the install of my Zaptec Go charger

A great service came and installed as booked a nice tidy job, Got my EV yesterday and charged overnight all works as planned, I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Charger to install home charge point.

Excellent service and a really neat job, considering my house is Cotswold Stone, the straight cable lines are awesome. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a Tesla Wallcharger installer

I wanted my tesla charger to be installed quickly because my car was coming in 2 days. Some installers were taking advantage of my eagerness and quoting high prices. Julian has a large team of installers so was able to insall very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Cable route was finalised after consulting with me and high quality neat work was done in about 2 hours. I was also helped with the app installation etc as well. I would definitely help them to anybody who is looking to get an EV charger installed at great price and reasonable time frame.

Great service and kept informed throughout. Would highly recommend
