Had a night time major electrical emergency. Adam communicated possible problems and gave us health and safety advice, then attended first thing in morning. He was very prompt, efficient, thorough and even prioritised kids tablets etc (long school holidays, 2 curious autistic children). He ended up having to fit a completely new fuse box, testing whole house, plug sockets, switches and wiring and double testing etc. He completed all work within hours of our emergency call out. All documents and certs received promptly via email, I was going to say electronically He He. Thank you Adam for promptly responding and thanks for being considerate to our kids needs.

Very impressed with all the work Adam has done for us. We have employed him twice more after the first time not just because the work is of a really high standard but also because Adam is such a nice easy person to deal with. Would totally reccomend him for any electrical work you need doing. I'm a keen DIYer and there were no sharp intakes of breath or sighs etc when Adam corrected my electrical work attempts that I had to get him in to fix, he just gets on with it. Definitely our go to Sparky for all future work.

I called Adam at Jax a few weeks ago to look at installing a new circuit so that my COPD suffering dad could replace his old gas hob with an electric one. Adam quickly visited to assess the job and told me what information he needed to provide an exact quote. Once we supplied the information, Adam quickly responded and then arrived a few days later to carry out the installation of the circuit and hob. All information was clearly conveyed, work carried out tidily, in a timely manner and as described. All relevant certificates, test information, etc was quickly supplied. My dad can now happily use his hob safely with his Oxygen still attached. Excellent work Adam - thanks. A very pleasant, competent professional, who I will have no hesitation in recommending.

I engaged Adam to install and EV charger at my property which is an old cottage with parking on the opposite side of a private road in front of my house and the electric meter located at the rear of my property. In short, not a simple job. Adam was really clear on pricing, communication in general in terms of when he'd start the job and what time he was arriving etc. In short, Adam did a fantastic job. Great work, delivered to time and really tidy cabling through my house, the quality of which was certainly more than I was expecting. It is a pleasure to work with Adam. His service and quality levels are brilliant. He was on time and i received a text message the day before. Everything was done to a really high standard of care and he left it immaculate and clean. He explained everything before he started and there was no extra charges from his original estimate. I received a report and certificate by email whilst he was here. He wore protective shoe covers and really cared. He saved me having to find 3 qualified people as he is brilliant and qualified across all trades. He is qualified as an electrician and he checked the wiring and fitted my dishwasher. His joinery and kitchen fitting skills were great. He then plumbed it in. He went above and beyond and repaired a light fitting that I didn't mention but he noticed and mended this at no charge. Jax Group Property Services did a rewire and installed sockets, switches oven power supply, outside and inside lighting etc to an extremely high standard and conforming to legislation. Parr of the work involved chasing out a wall to accommodate the rewire and he was sensitive to the original cornice in the lounge and went behind it. He tidied up after his work, his work ethics are second to none and to top it all he is a lovely, genuine person. I would highly recommend his services.

Adam fitted new lighting in my kitchen and installed new doors, plinths, sink, tap and worktops. All the work was completed very professionally in two days and Adam left everything clean and tidy. Adam came out in an emergency he was here at 7 in the morning, he was extremely professional and polite, he got the job done within an hour and he spent time to tell me what I needed after and where I could purchase it from.
