Excellent service from start to finish. Good communications and arrived promptly, clean and tidy work. Would highly recommend.Would definitely use again for future electrical work.

Genuinely the best electrician there is! Completely hassle free and be rest assured that the job will be done smoothly! Dont book any other electrician! Thomas is super understanding and courteous and especially patient! We had an issue with him being able to access our rented property and he waited more than an hour until he got access. I felt so guilty for wasting his time but he didnt make me feel like that at all! He has excellent service and is very reliable. Im so glad I trusted him to get the job done unlike my other experiences with tradesmen who make me doubt every decision. Thank you so much! 😊

Tom fitted a Hive product that I picked. He arrived on time and we found it was the wrong product. He rang around to find the correct one and even picked it up. He was polite and tidy and connected the app on my phone. So grateful for that. I would definitely recommend Tom In fact he is coming back to fit a bathroom fan.

I had an EV charger fitted on Wednesday and I would highly recommend TW Electrical. The quality of the install is top notch. The communication from the very first message sent by myself, to receiving the certification post install was seamless. I would use TW Electrical again for any work that I needed and would recommend to all. Many thanks.

Started using TW Electrical earlier this year. Tom has been fantastic and is now looking after our portfolio of properties in Durham. He’s done EICRs and been very honest and transparent with any issues and costs that many older rental properties need to pass the latest guidance. His prices are very reasonable and fair, and communication with myself and the tenants directly has been spot on. I would and will, fully recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working and honest electrician in the NE.

We were introduced to Tom by the company we had bought our kitchen through. He replaced all switches, sockets, light fittings as well as installed new electrics for our utility and pantry. He texted in advance to confirm when he would be there which was really helpful and rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work done on ceiling light replacements. Professional, quick and efficient service. Would recommend
