Brilliant. Friendly, came recommended and installed in less than a week from contacting. No mess and no visible cables in the house. Left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. It was our first ev car and gave helpful advice overall about having your fist ev car.

We just had an EV charger fitted by Applegarth Electrical and couldn’t be happier. All lovely guys, very professional, got the job done quickly and at a good price too. We were all having work done to the house and they worked around the contractors with no problems at all. Everything was explained clearly and left neat and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Great efficient service We have now had 2 solar installations and 2 Tesla Power Walls plus EV charger and solar diverted for hot water heating by Applegarth. From initial visit and quote to the handover they have been brilliant. Work is always well planned and neatly executed. Quality of the work is brilliant and always friendly service. Handover packs are detailed and explained well. Cannot recommend enough.

Pete came out to do a survey for an EV charger and identified that being an old property, we had a looped supply and would need to apply to SP Energy Networks and ENA Connect Direct to do a survey for the electicity feed into the property, and most likely organise an upgrade before an EV charger can be installed. Pete kindly took care of the application to the supplier. Just asked for some billing/meter info, Pete took care of the rest. On top of that, the install is not a simple install where I live, having to go under a private road to my drive from an electricity supply at the back of the house. Many others had declined to quote or gave a very silly price for install without visiting the property. I got a reasonable quote with a clear breakdown of each element for when the supply is upgrade. Would fully recommend if someone is wanting a bespoke, professional service/install.

Had a GivEnergy AIO and Gateway fitted to an existing solar installation by Peter and Lee from Applegarth Engineering. The AIO battery was installed in a separate garage and the Gateway in the meter cupboard under the stairs. The meter cupboard was very tight for space, with the existing solar equipment. But Peter and Lee did an excellent job of rewiring it all, to fit in the new Gateway and new consumer unit. I found both Peter and Lee to be very knowledgeable with regards to my existing equipment and the GivEnergy equipment and they were able to make a couple of recommendations that I hadn’t even considered! I would be very happy to recommend Applegarth Engineering to anyone looking for a full solar install or upgrade, as I was more than happy with their friendly approach and quality of workmanship. One very happy customer.
