Thistle and Rose Concepts

Tom carried out a couple of electrical repairs. He was so polite and professional, great rate too. Thank you!

Thistle & Rose Concepts Ltd. Efficient, tidy installation of car charger & internal supply home upgrade. All work completed within forecast budget & timescale. Very pleased with all aspects of work undertaken. Highly recommend. John F

Really impressed with the service we received. Tom took the time to thoroughly assess our electrics and, most importantly, made sure our house was safe. What really stood out was that Tom didn’t simply recommend a full rewire and leave it at that. He explained our options clearly and suggested alternative solutions that would still keep the house safe while saving us money. It was refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely seemed to have our best interests in mind rather than just trying to maximise the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and really helpful throughout. We felt reassured that our home was in safe hands and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

We had a complex electrical problem with the fuse box repeatedly tripping with different appliances and circuits. Tom came promptly and got us up and running again and a week later replaced the fuse box, did a full electrical safety survey and found our pond pump to be faulty. He is thorough, tidy, clearly very experienced and a very nice chap! We feel much happier and safer in our home and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks again Tom for a great job done.

Top quality service again, 32Kw Battery storage solution done quicker than quoted and the quality of the work is excellent. All certificates issued electronically without any need to chase. Thanks for a great experience again.
