Terra Energy Solutions Ltd

Shan was very professional and extremely good at his job. He explained everything as he went on and is a great ambassador for your company and treated us with great respect a credit to your firm. Will certainly recommend your company.

A former colleague recommended Terra Energy Solutions when I needed someone to install a new battery to store energy generated by my solar panels. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at the company was courteous, helpful and professional. In less than seven weeks from first contact I had received a survey, recommendations with firm prices, installation and follow up manuals and other paperwork. There was a defective part which needed attention and the company sent two engineers to me within 48 hours. As I said to the man who recommended them, I am a very happy bunny!

Couldn't have found more friendly firm to deal with. I highly recommend them

Used this firm to get elecric connection to a shed. Bit of an awkward project but team worked through all my queries and preferences and got it done on time for a reasonable cost. Professionals.

Highly professional service. Recommend highly.

Absolutely fantastic. Very professional and courteous. The job was done in good time to a high standard, cleaned up afterwards as well 👌. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks lads for a great job.

Absolutely brilliant company. Right from my first enquiry, the communication has been brilliant. The installation was smooth with no issues and everybody at the company is genuine, authentic and very nice. Simply brilliant from start to finish.

Absolute fantastic service From the initial point of contact with reception all the way through to problem diagnosis, solution and installation Even just the little things for instance updating us with arrival times and actually arriving when they said they would , doing a great job Very flexible , professional and personal Will be using again in the future when we look to install battery

As always, reliable work and pleasant guys

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Outstanding quality of service and a very competitive price.Liam and the team have been superb from the outset. We are absolutely delighted with our SigEnergy 20kw battery installation and we will be straight back to you guys for our solar panels when the house is built. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommended 👍🏼

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Terra Energy Solutions. They were knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and adaptable. Many thanks for the great service.

Couldn't be happier with the service or the result. Really friendly, responsive and helpful team; I was kept informed and felt confident throughout the process. Everything was done as planned and left perfectly tidy afterwards. A+

Terra installed my home car charger, they did a great and efficient job. Very good communication throughout and I’m happy with their work.

great job 5 stars

Electricians v.pleasant, and friendly. However, they pronounced my PV system 'dead', and would need to consult with senior members of staff. No response was forthcoming, and after chasing them for ten days I finally had a response from an administrator, who told me that the system could not been repaired, and that they could offer me no further assistance (and charged me a total of 108 GBP for the privilege). I have since managed to find an electrician online, who talked me through a reset, and my system seems to be working OK, but I have reservations and would like to be able to call on a local electrician for support/maintenance, but I won't be calling on Terra Energy, unless they can demonstrate customer relations.

Really happy with the solar and battery installed by the team! Great service from start to finish and I'm glad I was able to have a local company help me out. Thanks to Shaun, Kyle, Laith, Liam Dan and of course Jean.

Professional, helpful and trustworthy. Terra Energy solutions were fantastic from the point of contact, to installation. I would highly recommend.

We were recommended by a friend and the company did not disappoint. Dan, who prepared the quotation was excellent throughout and technically very competant. The installation (17 panels on S and W facing roofs) took 1 week. The team were very considerate throughout and cleaned up well. Dan also helped setting up the Sigen app and the Octopus app and tariff. A very professional team and highly recommended.

Provided a top class service at a competitive price. Communication was excellent and work carried out without problems. Thank you. Would use Terra Energy again.

We were absolutely delighted with the work of Sean and his team with his knowledge and thoroughness in making the electrics in our Victorian house modern and safe and for his expert fitting of a car charging point.

We had Dan come round in Sept 2025 and he was incredibly thorough in discussing our needs and how our solar, battery and EV installation could be done. We also explained our idea outcome with cables etc and he figured out a way to deliver. The install took place in the week before Christmas 2025 (the lead time from Terra was only about 3 weeks - the delay from scope to implantation was due to us getting other quotes) and the whole team were brilliant. At one point all the lads were on site and got soaked as they wanted to ensure the job was wrapped before Christmas. Every single team member was polite, respectable and communication with them was easy. Some of the team were quite young and doing their apprenticeships, you wouldn’t have been able to tell with how they acted. I heard snippets of Dan / Liam and others in the team training them and you can tell they were taking it in and in safe hands being trained. On handover, Liam and Dan talked us through everything we needed to know. We can’t fault them or the team. A special shout out to Jean too who was lovely to deal with and even sent me documents on the day of their Christmas party so we could get our export tariff set up. Would absolutely recommend Dan, Liam and the team - very professional, great finish to the work and incredibly knowledgable.

Great Install of an EV charger by Terra Energy Solutions. Very swift and polished performance by the whole team. The guys installing were brilliant and tidy workers. Office staff completing the booking in procedure, Invoice and electrical paperwork came through with ease. Would highly recommend.

Called Terra energy to resolve an issue with my Solar/PV solution where the battery wasn't charging. They answered quickly and understood what was needed over the phone (very very helpful lady). They had an engineer on site the same day who resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, couldn't ask for a better service!! Many Thanks

2nd time using Terra energy for a car charger instillation. Great service with professional friendly staff. Added bonus they do all the paperwork. Many thanks Bill

First class service, super quick and clean installation. Friendly chaps and all set correctly in app too so good to go.

Professional from start to finish. Thank you Jean and Adem for all your help, I will definitely be back for you to install batteries next year.

Very pleased with the service and the professional way the job was done would recommend

The Terra Energy guys are the best, prompt, professional, knowledgable and competitive, need I say more now just waiting for the benefits when the sun shines!

Terra Energy Solutions responded very quickly to CheckaTrade request and were able to get an engineer Adem out to me first thing the next morning. Adem arrived on time and quickly checked and resolved my issue, including additional work quickly and efficiently. The cost was very competitive, will definitely use Terra Energy Solutions again.

We used Terra Energy Solutions to conduct an EICR of a property we are purchasing, and to quote for some electric heaters and solar. They were very professional throughout, completed the job as described and produced the report the same day. Would highly recommend.

I have employed Liam and his team for several years to service our rental properties. He is professional, polite and reliable. He is a good communicator and carries out work to a high standard. I would definitely recommend!

I’d highly recommend Terra Energy Solutions. We thoroughly researched the benefits of solar energy and obtained quotes and advice from larger companies. Feeling disappointed with advice offered we then contacted Terra Energy after a friend’s recommendation. Liam, managing director advised us and used a drone to visually map a solar energy solution which was agreeable. A 17 panel system and battery was subsequently installed to our garages, the work took less than a week, was completed on time and to budget. Everyone involved was polite, courteous, worked hard and arrived on time. The system works well and as intended. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this small company who have remained in touch since the installation and given advice to ensure optimum utilisation of the system.

Dan, Liam and the whole team at TerraEnergy have provided us with awesome off-grid solar electricity. They've been great to work with, problem solving effectively every step of the way whilst being a personable and professional team. We are hugely grateful for their work, expertise and support. With much gratitude, Ruby & the Amy's Trust team

Recently had Terra Energy Solutions to install an EV Charger/Cable. Within 10 days of contacting them, Liam came over to carry out an on site survey, a quote was produced and after accepting, the team spent a day fitting the cable (Laith & Kyle were most polite and careful during the install) including underground trenching to a detached garage with new consumer unit etc. An all round great service at what I thought was a fair price for the quality of work. Do not hesitate to call these chaps for any electrical or energy works/solutions you require. Thanks Again.

Prompt and efficient

I found Terra purely by chance when I need a new EICR for my rental. From the moment I phoned them up, they were real old fashioned, honest and upfront. No sales pitch/gimmicks just a lovely friendly lady who genuinely wanted to give me the best service possible. I loved the fact that she said that Terra was more expensive than some others and explained about some of the bad practices in the market. It was great to hear about their own quality assurance processes which I found really re-assuring. My certificate arrived today with a pass and no recommendations needed. I would really say, if you want quality and professionalism, you aren't going to find better!

TerraEnergy have been fantastic from start to finish. Their proposal stood out — thorough, clear, and easy to understand, a real step above the competition. The installation team were professional throughout, delivering exactly what they promised while happily handling changes and answering all my questions. They fitted my solar panels, Sigen battery system and EV charger smoothly, and the aftercare support has been excellent. If you’re considering Solar Panels, Batteries, or EV Chargers, I can highly recommend TerraEnergy – they’re genuine experts and a great team to work with.

Fantastic company to deal with , great communication and great work carried out by a smashing team , THANKYOU

It's so hard to find people you can trust with your home, but these guys are fantastic - what a great crew. Brilliant attention to detail, on time and they leave everything nice and clean. 100% recommended

I recently had the pleasure of working with Terra Energy Solutions for the installation of a 16-panel solar system on a very steep roof, along with two SigEnergy batteries, an inverter and gateway. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Liam was my first point of contact and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to accurately assess how many panels my roof could take and talked me through the different systems available. After I explained what I was hoping to get out of the setup, he gave his honest opinion on what would work best. I really appreciated that at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision, it was all clear and straightforward advice. Jean and Dan then kept me updated throughout the process, from the G99 application to what panels were being installed and even practical things like when scaffolding would go up. Their communication made the whole process stress-free. The installation team, led by Adem with three apprentices, were brilliant. They arrived on time every day, explained what they would be doing, and worked incredibly hard despite some unpredictable weather and the challenges of a steep roof. They still managed to finish on schedule and the quality of the work is superb. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result and the way the whole project was handled. Terra Energy Solutions were professional, courteous and clearly take pride in their work. If you’re thinking about solar, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolute professionals from start to finish, the whole team were friendly and courteous. The team obviously have an eye for detail, and spent the time to adjust the panels so they would line up with the tiles on our slightly wonky roof. We're now set up with a 16-panel array + battery and everything is running smoothly.

Absolutely delighted with the installation service received by the team at Terra Energy Solutions. They are genuine experts in their field, with bundles of advice and help to be more sustainable and cost effective with all things electrical! Great job completed and can highly recommend 👍🏻

Having had our solar panels and battery installed by Terra Energy Solutions I had no hesitation in deciding to have our EV charger installed by them. As with our solar panels and battery I couldn't be happier with the experience. This company and all team members are professional, super-friendly, and always helpful. Our EV charger was installed, commissioned and working in no time at all. Superb service from start to finish. A quality job, completed with pride. Thanks once again Terra Energy Solutions.

Recommend Terra Energy Solutions 100% Everything happened when they said it would. Everything fitted up and running in around 3 working days and have been saving money from the minute they switched it on. Thanks again Terra Energy Solutions.

Excellent and professional service - installed our first EV charger, and then did a fantastic job transferring our charger to our new house when we moved. Our new property has a tricky layout, but Liam came up with a solution to ensure our charger was in the best possible place for us. Many thanks!

Local firm, really knowledgable and competetive prices. They been on time every time and always really friendly. We've just them for 4 jobs, 2 big and 2 small and every time they've been really good. On the last job, an EV charger, a compenent broke after 2 days (manufacturing fault so not on them) but they went out of their way to fix it as quickly as possible. It was really great customer service.

I recently had an EV charging point installed by Terra Energy Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to deal with. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was done to a high standard. The installation itself was quick and tidy, and the quality of their work really shows. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and I felt confident I was in good hands throughout. I highly recommend Terra Energy Solutions. Great service and a job well done!

Dan, Liam and team were great installing our solar/battery system this week. Everything works correctly, has been installed neatly and they were a great team to work with. Happy to recommend them. In fact although they were not the cheapest I'm more than happy I selected them over rivals. Thank you guys.

Great from start to finish for our battery installation. Would highly recommend. Great workmanship, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Terra Energy Solutions have recently installed solar panels and a battery at our home. The service they provide is excellent, from the initial visit right through to the installation, commissioning and provision of documentation. The team were all very helpful, professional and extremely hard working. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the site was left clean and tidy. Support was provided in setting up the system app on my mobile phone, and setting up import/export tariffs with my energy provider. I would highly recommend Terra Energy Solutions to anybody considering a solar installation.

Dan, Liam and the team could not have been more efficient, helpful and friendly. We were very pleased that we had chosen Terra Energy Solutions to carry out our installation. Their ongoing support to get our solar energy account up and running was very much appreciated too.

Terra energy have just fitted a solar panel system and battery to our property. I can't recommend highly enough. The quotation was competitive, the paperwork extremely thorough and installation was actually really straight forward and non invasive. So glad we've done it!

Excellent service from start to end. Would definitely recommend!

Good communication. Prompt. Professional and friendly.

I have just had solar panels and a battery fitted by Terra Energy solutions and I have been very impressed throughout. From Dan’s initial visit, discussing options, to the quote and throughout the install and follow up provision of all the documents needed to apply for a smart tariff with my provider everything has been very smooth. The team were friendly and professional and the attention to detail is fantastic, making sure that where possible cables are concealed and cleaning up at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend Terra Energy solutions to anyone thinking of having solar and battery installed.

Had solar panels and battery fitted. Very professional service throughout. Technical details and installation explained simply and all my numerous questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Installation was very smooth and pain free with a follow up visit after a week to ensure I was happy with everything and could use controlling app with confidence. Highly recommended

What can I say, they turned up when the said and got straight to work. The work was completed in a quick and efficient manner to a high standard leaving no mess. Would recommend.

Terra Energy did an installation for me 2 years ago. Brilliant job and after sales service. My electric bills are almost negligible.

Great team, responsive, good communication. Would recommend.

Superb service. Knowlegeable and very professional when recently fitting an EV charger

I have no hesitation whatsoever is recommending Dan and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and efficient - a dream to deal with. Solar panels up and running and some days they provide all our electricity needs. Why didn’t we do this sooner?!

Fantastic service from the moment we contacted them. Matt came to install the charger, he arrived a little earlier, he was polite, very professional and helpful and cleaned up after himself. He explained how to set it up once the pin code arrived and explained everything he had done. I highly recommend them and would definitely use the Company again.

Dan came to do some electrical work on some Potters Wheels owned by Grantham Arts CIC due to them failing PA Testing. Despite having to do a couple of other bits that he'd not quoted for (not major things to be fair - just changing the plug arrangement on one of the wheels) he didn't charge us extra. He was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Great service by Liam and his apprentice today

Dan was very helpful in our initial phone enquiry, he then made a prompt site visit. The quote arrived within 48 hours and once accepted the work was scheduled and completed to a very high standard, totally satisfied with service provided

Excellent and prompt service and reasonable charges

Thankyou for restoring electricity to the other half of my home Liam and Matt did a great superb job of locating and sorting out my short circuit problem once again we have power every where I would not hesitate to use Terra Energy solutions should we experience problems in the future Alan Raine

Absolutely first class service from Terra Energy Solutions - from start to finish. They came highly recommended, and more than lived up to expectations throughout. They provided all of the expert advice and guidance we asked for about the various options and what might be the best solution for our needs; obtained all of the necessary approvals on our behalf; and completed the install in a really timely and efficient way. And they were incredibly organised and tidy, too ... right up to the final handing over of the plethora of relevant paperwork, guarantees etc. all beautifully organised in a zip file. If there were 6 stars, they'd get them all!!

Very happy with this service, they were quick to respond and provide a quote, and arranged to come and fix our issue the next day. Would recommend and will be using them again.

Very happy with the work done, and left place clean and tidy when they finished - thank you Liam and Kyle for great job! And thanks to Dan and Aleksandra for answering questions and keeping me informed.

An absolutely fabulous company! Easy communication from the outset, Terra Energy Solutions were very helpful from my query about an installation, through to survey and appointment/final installation. The crew were knowledgeable, helpful and explaining what was needed. The quote was really good value and the installation was first rate. The team who did the installation were polite and careful throughout. They made no mess and put everything back as it was. Totally amazing and some of the best service I have experienced. Totally recommend Terra Energy Solutions and there my go to company for any of my future needs.

Great experience with Terra Energy Solutions from a business perspective. Fabulous communication. Highly recommend.

Terra Energy Solutions installed a new system for us recently. They were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with their work, so would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I recently had an EV charger installed by TES. They were extremely polite and customer focussed from Aleksandra in customer support through to the installation team. A professional business with high standards, would definitely recommend if you are thinking of installing a charger, solar panels etc.

Terra Energy made the process of installing an EV Charger easy from start to finish. They asked all the right questions to make sure they knew what they were quoting for. Their quotation was clear and their price was competitive. The installer turned up at the agreed time and was polite, pleasant and professionally competent. We held a sensible discussion about the best way to route the cabling and site the fuse box. The work was carried out efficiently and a clear explanation was given as to how to use the charger. The installer cleaned up after he had finished. I can confidently recommend Terra Energy Solutions for supplying and installing an EV charger.

Liam and his team have sorted out my home electrical problems efficiently and quickly, thank you. From initial contract, through quoting for the job and then doing the work, my customer journey has been great. In particular, I valued their continual communication with me to explain how the job will be done, was going, if and when there were any problems and how they were resolved. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with the service I have received from Terra Energy. It is often difficult to get a tradesman you can trust and I found this company through Trustatrader website. My job wasn't a large one but this company was prepared to travel a fair distance to assess my problems. Matthew was very considerate when in our property removing shoes and tidying up after him which not all tradesmen do and was a nice polite guy too. I had a new shower light installed and earth bonding to our gas meter. I found them quite reasonable, price wise, compared to two other local quotes I had sourced. I will be contacting them again in the near future and would definitely recommend. Thank you Liam and Matthew.

Very professional and swift service. Answered all my questions and queries swiftly and clearly. The EV instalation and fuse box were done in a day, and assured within 2. All certificates and sign off with me promptly. Highly recommend Terra Energy for EV fitting and domestic work. Thank you

Liam arrived promptly and very efficiently connected a treatment plant to my consumption unit. The work was very neat with minimal disruption and he left the area clean and tidy. No hesitation in recommending him for all electrical work.

We have used Terra Energy Solutions for two jobs at our home in Sheffield. The first was for a Givenergy 5kWh energy storage and the second job was an installation of a 7kW Zappi EV charger. Our experience has been 100% positive, before, during and after the install. Would highly recommend Dan & the team.

We have a GivEnergy system which another installer failed to complete, leaving us in the lurch for over a year. Dan and the team at Terra came to our rescue and sorted the system's problems quickly, properly commissioning the system, and getting us online with the app. They responded quickly to our enquiry, and understood the problems we were having. Couldn't be happier, and will definitely be coming back to Terra for future upgrades. Thanks!

EV charging point installation - zappi, configured to work with solar panels. From the first contact everything was great, Liam came first to estimate the work needed, soon I've got a quote, and a few days later he came to do the installation. All very professional, friendly and neat, good quality job. He double-checked that all works OK, and I'm really happy with the outcome. Also, a very good contact, responding quickly to emails. Definitely recommended! :)

After having a terrible experience with a previous national installation company (recently gone into administration), Dan, Liam and the rest of their team provided a professional solution to resolving the problems. They were all very polite and worked tirelessly until completion. A credit to the company, having being previously recommended by another customer I wouldn't hesitate to do the same.

Hypervolt 3.0 EV charger installed in teh driveway as discussed. Arrived on time and work completed exactly 4 hours as quoted. Professional and neat work. Area all cleaned & tidied up after work. Overall very pleased.

They were really nice chaps and very professional and neat workers. The equipment provided is top quality at a very reasonable price. I am absolutely delighted and would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again for other electrical work.

Dan, Liam and team sorted our GivEnergy installation after a national supplier let us down and went into administration. Very helpful and responsive at a sensible price. If you're looking for solar, batteries and MyEnergi gear, give Terra a call. Recommended.

Installation of battery & inverter. Professional, knowledgable clean & tidy, hardworking team. Great local business.

Brilliant service fitting my GivEnergy battery - very professional job, fitted neatly and tidied up too. Recommend!

Terra Energy Solutions were a pleasure to deal with. They did a great job of installing a Hypervolt EV Charger, very neat work with no visible external cable run. Communication was excellent from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the job. I am very pleased with the final installation and wouldn't hesitate to use Terra Energy Solutions again in the future.

We have had recent solar/battery system installed and very happy with both service, professional approach and support, as well as the install approach. Products supplied are very good and am extremely happy with the whole experience - even a slight niggle with a minor component glitch was rectified rapidly and without query. I would thoroughly recommend the team, plus consider the costs appropriate for the product and service received. The payment profile was also very good and shows confidence and maturity in terms of the 'management' being committed to ensuring quality installs, and that these are achieved first time.

Dan and Liam from Terra Energy were brilliant from start to finish on our new Solar and Battery system install. Workmanship and knowledge was second to none. They were clean and tidy and I would thoroughly recommend this local company.

I received an excellent service from both Dan and Liam during the fitting of my Hypervolt car charger. We discussed the best cabling solution to enable fitment of the charger exactly where I wanted it and the routing into the house is very neat and tidy, with Liam drilling from the outside to prevent damage to the outer brickwork. I would definitely recommend Terra Energy Solutions for fitment of a car charger.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend Liam.

I appreciate Dan and Liam’s professional services to get my EV charger and solved all my request. Outcome is perfect and I really appreciate to their response time. They reply all my enquiries very fast and the service charges are reasonable. I strongly recommend Terra Energy Solutions .

Extremely professional and knowledgeable on home electric vehicle charging points and home power storage equipment. Installation was quick, efficient and to the highest standard. They arrived ahead of time and made sure that everything was working including the apps on my phone. They took the time to make sure that I understood the operation of the charging unit and the app before leaving. The quote was very competitive and there was no hidden additions or any extra chargers on invoicing. Very impressed with the service they provided and will both be using Terra Energy Solutions again and will be recommending them to anyone who wants EV charging points or power storage for their home.

Great work, they went the extra mile. I'll be looking to use them again in the future for other installations

Dan and Liam came today to fit my new Space Grey Hypervolt EV Charger. Both very friendly and professional. Very neat job and very clean working leaving everything immaculate. Would strongly recommend. Great communication from Terra, good advice and not pushy sales. The Hypervolt even has a 'peace' colour scheme option showing Ukrainian Flag colours. Brilliant.

Work was undertaken quickly and professionally; would definitely use these guys again
