One reviewer says JW Electrical & Building Ltd completed a pod extension to a high standard and was friendly to have in the home. Another reviewer says the workmen brought in did quality work and that the organiser turned up on time, communicated well and replied to texts quickly. However, one reviewer reports that the business said he would come back but did not turn up, and advises not paying until the job is completely finished. That reviewer said another builder was used to finish the work and that they would pursue the business for those costs.

Highly recommend Joe and the boys. Excellent work completed on pod extension, all work completed to high standard always friendly and a pleasure to have within the home throughout the whole process. Can’t thank you enough.

Says he will come back, doesn’t turn up, be careful not to pay him until the job is completely finished. We are using another builder to finish his work, and will pursue him for those costs.

I have used Joe to organise two jobs now and I have been completely satisfied with his professionalism and ability to organise what needs to be done. The guys he brings in do quality work. He turned up on time and communicated well, responding to my texts quickly. I would highly recommend Joe for any work that needs to be organised.
