A reviewer says Arc Electrical Engineering Solutions Ltd replaced their fuse box and ran power outdoors, and that extra small jobs were done on the day. Another says a new fuse box was fitted and a full test carried out, and they would have no reservations recommending the firm. In a property purchase, one reviewer says the firm arranged access through the estate agents, sent the report the same day as the checks and talked them through the results and next steps. Another describes the service as prompt and honest, and a further reviewer reports friendly, knowledgeable service at a reasonable cost. A different reviewer calls the firm friendly and trustworthy and says an amazing job was done.

Excellent service. Professional at all times. Lloyd came and fixed a new fuse box and a full test. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Gareth and his work mates from ARC.

I contacted Gareth about carrying out an Electrical Installation Condition report at a property my husband and I are buying. He was really professional and liased with our estate agents directly to arrange to gain entry to the property. We recieved the report on the same day as the checks took place and Gareth was kind enough to talk us through the results and advice on next steps. I felt he went above and beyond his normal duties to help us. I would definitely recommend ARC Electrical and I will definitely contact Gareth again for any electrical work we need in the future.

Very knowledgeable, friendly service. ARC electrical replaced my fuse box and supplied me with power outdoors, plus other little jobs they were not expecting to do on the day, at a reasonable cost. Gareth and Justin completed the job to a very high standard. Was put in touch with ARC through word of mouth by a parent at my daughters school - glad to have found a genuine professional company. Highly recommend.
