North Down Electrics Ltd

Very happy with all the electrical work undertaken by Leo and his team at North Down Electrics. Would reply promptly to ours texts and was accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone in the future. 🙌🏻

From start to finish working with the team was great. They came out to survey my needs and provided an estimate within minutes. Better still they completed the work in a very friendly & professional manner on a bank holiday. I wouldn't have any problem employing them again and would highly recommend their work.

Leo replaced some outside lights for us that weren’t working. Reliable, knowledgable and accommodating. He came out to look at the job and ending up sorting it there and then, reasonably priced the job as well. Will definitely be using Leo in future for other jobs. Highly recommend

Leo called out promptly and resolved our electrical issues within an hour. Both Leo and his colleague were very clean and tidy. Very reasonable to pay but more importantly a very professional job. Would use again and definitely recommend him.

Highly recommend Leo and North Down Electrics. We had a tripping issue in the house that required a good bit of detective work to identify the cause. There was never any rush, and no pressure to move on to the next job. Leo took his time explaining everything to me and kept me informed of each step he was taking to find the issue. Once the problem was identified, he talked me through the solution and returned a few days later to carry out the work. He also installed new sockets in two different locations with minimal disruption. I’ll definitely be giving Leo a shout for any electrical work I need in the future.

From the start to finish Leo was very professional. The work was completed promptly and everything was left very neat and to a high standard.

Leo and team managed to come out and replace a radiator for my mum the same day. Reliable, straight-talking and honest — exactly what you want when dealing with urgent home repairs. Really appreciated the quick help. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with North Down Electrics. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Great, very prompt service. Leo was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Absolutely happy to recommend him.

Leo and the team were brilliant. Very professional from initial home visit & quote to completion of the work. Will definitely use in the future for any electrical works. Thank you!

I rang about broken spotlights in my kitchen. Leo was really helpful on the phone and arranged someone to come out and look. Robbie completed the work, he was great and quickly fixed them. They provided a quote before the work was done and I was able to pay easily with a bank transfer. I'll definitely use North Down again for any electrical needs!

Had a great experience with North Down Electrics; heard back from Leo within a few hours of first e-mailing, he was out a couple of days later to have a look, had me an estimate over shortly after that and then he and Robbie were out to complete the work the following week. In two days they installed a new main consumer-unit in the house, did the wiring for a new kitchen and a complete re-wire of the garage with new sockets and a light. They did a great job, I couldn't be happier with their work and they were communicative, friendly and helpful throughout as well. Will definitely be getting them out again for any other electrical work I need doing in future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Leo provided the quote within a couple days of me contacting him, answered all the questions I had and arranged the work within the week of the lights arriving. Robbie did a great job fitting the lights and tidied everything up after. Overall it was really smooth process, the guys were really professional, easy to contact and I would have no issues recommending them to anyone else. Thanks again!

Leo completed my heater repair being professional and efficient. I recommend Norh Down Electric for any Electrical needs. Thank you.... No more cold showers....

I bought an old house and all the light switches were in the wrong places and there weren’t enough sockets. Leo put new light switches and sockets in, replaced light fittings and even moved up a load of sockets on the kitchen counter that were set too low. He was very easy to communicate with, very responsive, and got the job done in the time frame agreed. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend him, and will get him back again if I ever need more electric work done.

Great service from Leo and Robbie. Fixed a faulty socket and installed new induction hob. Polite, professional, reasonably priced and responded quickly

Can unreservedly recommend these guys. Very pleasant to talk to, and high standards of work.

Spoke to Leo on Monday and they were here within 24 hours. Leo and Robbie both great to deal with, very professional and competent. Definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

Professional and good communication. No job too small! This is the second time North Down Electrics have come to our rescue- first to wire us a single ceiling light instead of the previous 6 spots lights and secondly to resize and fit two pendant lights over our breakfast bar.

Phoned Leo and he came out same day to fix a socket in garage that had blew with faulty hedge trimmer. Got me sorted and up and running with power in no time. Very helpful and good advice given.

The best service! Thanks to Leo, Paul and Robbie to the work done for us- couldn’t have asked for better! Would recommend to anyone, lovely people! Thank you!

Highly recommend Leo. Great service- was able to find a fault in my house and fix it for me. Conscientious worker, completely spotless and excellent standard of work. 10/10.

Leo installed a new EV charge point for us at our house. We are very happy with the results. Leo was very helpful throughout the planning stages before the work began. Leo was very respectful of our family and our property throughout. He found a very clever cable run so the big thick cable was as neat or hidden as possible. It is clear Leo cares about how his work looks, and not just that it functions well. Leo left a tidy work area. We are happy with the price, and will be calling him again for future electrical work.

Fantastic service and really fast work fit me in on the day I had called and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I had Leo’s details passed to me by a friend. I have used Leo now for all our electrical work from cctv , new sockets and tidy up the electrical cinema wall. Many thanks for the top notch work Leo.

This is the second time I have used this company. Leo is probably the most professional I have ever dealt with. He was on time, courteous and could not be more helpful. I will use this company every time and have passed his details on to others. Five stars and more.

Had Leo come out for a free quote and he was great at giving advice on our options. Booked him in for a whole host of jobs, including installing outdoor sockets, floodlight, bathroom extractor fan and loft lights. He and apprentice Paul were brilliant! Friendly, worked efficiently and left the place spotless. Also gave both doggies much appreciated attention. Thrilled with the quality of work done and will be recommending to others.

I can’t recommend Leo enough. He installed two ceiling lights and heavy concrete lampshades effortlessly and professionally. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks Leo!

Leo provided an excellent service after some detective work. Responsive, tidy and very friendly. Bill is transparent and easy to pay.

Leo came to update our very old fuse box and test/inspect our household electronics. From start to finish, he was professional and did a fantastic job, even with my kids trying to be a distraction!! I will definitely contact Leo again for any future work. He is a very honest and helpful tradesman.

Needed some work done to the lights in my house, I was really impressed by how it went. Work was done quickly and professionally by Leo. Recommended.

Had Leo and his apprentice out for a couple odd jobs around the house that I had just never gotten around to. Really nice pair of guys and their work was really quick and to a very high standard! Even we’re able to replace an old flood light out the back which had broken there and then on the day! Overall a great service that I would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

We would have been very stuck if it wasn’t for Leo. As we are selling our house we needed some work done urgently and Leo couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond for us. After completing the work he noticed a loose socket and switch and tightened them both up for us without being asked. He was tidy with his work and respectful towards us and our house (wearing boot covers). I would have no hesitation in contacting Leo again as he was a true gentleman and reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

He arrived on time, talked me through various options, did the full job and more and cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending North Down Electrics - and I’ve already booked him for another job.

Leo changed the two heat detectors that were malfunctioning. Good value and professional. I had called him a couple of months ago for the first time as buzzing sound from electric panel, came right away and even though it was an NIE problem he phoned them to explain.

Can’t thank Leo enough for such a great job fitting new sockets, moving old sockets and more. He spotted a safety issue with the wiring in my meter box that two other electricians missed. Leo notified NIE who came out the same day and he came back to the house late in evening to be there at same time. NIE are now going to replace my meter free of charge for safety. Thank you so much!
