Recommended by ebac as an installer for an ashp. The chap who turned up was friendly-enough and diligent but 3 weeks later and following a chaser email they still haven't got back to me with a quote and looks unlikely they'd have installed an ebac system that I wanted anyway. I should have read the reviews on MacBrook! Avoid would be my advice.

The install was done fairly well, solar, heat pump wall & loft insulation so a nice big payout for them. Most of the workforce were great, tidy and friendly but one guy drilled a large vent hole through asbestos soffit when he was told not too. This delayed the job by a few days while experts came in to offer some damage limitation. Large holes left in coving and un-lagged pipes left outside and inside the property as it appears they ran out of the allocated time for this job. Emails go unanswered and no one EVER gets back to you. Phone calls taken by very lovely people in the office but no response is ever forthcoming. Cannot access the app for the solar panel inverter as thats been registered to them as the installers and I cannot monitor. 2 appointments and a cancelled holiday later and still they never turned up to finish the last small snagging jobs. I cannot change the schedule planner and despite them saying they can do this remotely it hasn't happened so I have to do this manually every day. As someone who is disabled its tiresome and problematic. This work was done as part of the warmer homes project via my council, all paid for with public money, once this lot have done the minimum they are off and wont come back unless I get the council who commissioned the work to call them. Then they seem to appear slightly motivated. Clearly concerned that they will loose future contracts. The system doesn't work as it should because it isn't set up properly, pipes are left un-lagged and solar panels cant be monitored. Sick to death of trying to arrange the last of the work to be done. God forbid any issues I may have if I have to deal with this shower of a company in the future. Bet they fall over themselves to come back and service it all in a years time. I cant recommend them due to the issues I have had which is a shame as most of the workforce are decent and conscientious. Typical of a company who are grabbing as much work (money) as possible before the gravy train (free grants) comes to an end.

Marcus &his team Andrew &Tom & electrician Leon have just completed our installation of solar panels &and heat pump I’d like to say what a brilliant job they have done, it was not an easy job pipes had to be put under the floor so quite an upheaval but the were so friendly & cheerful throughout well done & thank you
