The second time I have used this excellent company. On this occasion it was a relatively straightforward job: changing a large number of switches and sockets plus the installation of a new double socket. The job was very reasonably priced and the work was carried out on time and to a high standard. This is a really nice company to interact with. They let you know when the electrician will arrive and their staff are efficient and polite.

Brilliant service, was told visit would be in 3 days unless they could do sooner, electrician, Andrew arrived same day, very prompt and friendly service, receptionist was friendly and very helpful as was Andrew. The emersion heater supply socket tripped the supply and on inspection socket was wired poorly, the socket was replaced and system checked. Very happy with service.

Second time I've used these guys, can't recommend enough. Reasonably priced and great work done. This time was to run power to a posh shed, including multiple power sockets and lights inside and out. Great workmanship, happy to adapt as needed and all cleaned away after.

Even without solar panels installed yet (which I plan to add later), I am already saving around £8 per day on my energy costs thanks to the new batteries. We contacted Electric11 to install Solar and Battery Capture for our home, they surveyed, quoted quickly and we went ahead with the install. Kris and his team, were clean, friendly, gave good advice and left everything working. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them. Good communication before hand, came on call out quoting £110 to repair fault in 3 linked lights. Job did take longer than planned and I had to go and get new fittings but then they charged just shy of £600 without once mentioning the increased charges or their hourly rate.

Absolutely faultless experience, I had some new connections installed around the house and they were tidy, considerate, kept the work areas clean and respectful of my home (e.g wearing shoe covers etc) - the guys themselves were polite and no hassle or stress while they were there, really friendly too. It’s nerve wracking having electrical work done because of the horror stories out there so I will only use ever use Electric11 from now on as they did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t normally bother leaving reviews but they deserve this and it will help others like me struggling to trust a company hopefully to. only small negative was I didn’t have confirmation of the time they were coming before they got there but they were patient to wait for me to be ready for them once they arrived earlier than expected.

Having recently joined a sewing group, my friend and I needed to get our sewing and overlocker machines PAT tested so that we could use them at the venue. We were given details of this company by a hot tub engineer we had contacted due to electrical problems with our hot tub. Electric11 were quick to respond and came out within the week to quote, and the work was then completed the following week. We are very happy with the service provided and the price we paid.

EV Charger installation The service provided was excellent. My texts were responded to in minutes, my calls answered promptly. Max, the installation guy, was great, he consulted me at all stages, was very polite and friendly. The installation was completed with no problems.

I reached out to Electric 11 through their convenient Whatsapp messaging service. They got back to me in a timely manner and 2 days later I had an electrician visit the house to go through what jobs I required so they could get a quote together. Once I got the quote I made a tweek to what I'd asked for and they quickly amended the quote for me and booked us in for the work to be done. They were very accomodating when I asked for an additional job to be added on the list at late notice. Today I had Callum and an apprentice James come and do all the work. They were friendly, respectful of the property and considerate the entire time they were here; making me aware around the noise from the tools, using dust sheets to cover our belongings and letting me know when the electric would be turned off each time that was required. Communication was fantastic and Callum helpfully explained the work done on our fuse box and the wiring required in our loft so we knew what was what. They cleaned up after themselves and had finished the job in 1 day even with the additional bits I added last minute meaning we weren't inconvenienced for a 2nd day. I will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs!

I found the contact details for Electric 11 when looking on the Age Concern (or Age UK, can’t remember which) approved list of companies, as needed an Electrician for my elderly Mum’s ancient external electrics, which fed the shed, waterfall, fountain and pond pumps, which hadn’t worked in a number of years. I initially spoke with Tim who had a very “can do” attitude. He came for an initial visit to make the electrics safe and then returned with Max, to reinstall electrics to the pond etc. The working conditions were very cramped, but they worked hard without complaint, were extremely polite, sorted the issues and nothing was too much trouble. Tim actually did a lot of “thinking outside the box” as the pond kept throwing up different obstacles (not necessarily connected to the Electrics) and he wanted to see it working correctly as much as we did! I would definitely recommend and although I was there the whole duration these works were being carried out (to oversee what I saw as my project), would have no hesitation in contacting them for Mum again if needed, but not feel the need to be present (as I live over 200 miles away from her!). I feel lucky to have found a trusted, competitive Electrician in Mums area, who seem to care.

Great skillful electricians

Electric11 have undertaken work for me twice on both occasions Kris has responded and scheduled the work quickly. Max has carried out the work and was knowledgeable and friendly explaining what he was doing and clarifying what I required. On the second occasion Max had to crawl into the smallest loft space to take power to the bathroom, unpleasant and dirty work, and he still maintained his good humour! I would highly recommend Kris and Max and will be asking them to undertake further work I have planned.

Kris sent two staff to change our light fixtures, relocate switches and install electric extractor fan. The work they have done is excellent. The price is reasonable. Overall, we are very happy for the service that they have delivered. I would recommend Electric 11. After installing the electric items, they tested if it works as expected and if the fan lasts for 5 minutes after switching off the light (we requested 5 mins). A wall light with a faulty switch resulted in the pulling cord did not work properly. They both tested it for a long while and then informed us the issue. On the same day, we received the full refund of the faulty light fixture from Amazon. It is really nice that they test the items and communicate with us. They plastered the chased area with better plastering skill than the so-called plasterer who did our whole room.

Work done to bring a rental property up to the necessary Landlord Safety Certification standard; replacement of switches and installation of earth wiring, upgrading of circuit breaker and circuit board. I used Electric 11 to test the electrics on my property. Kris attended the property and carried out an Electrical Installation Condition Report and did some PAT on the appliances. Kris identified an issue with the earth arrangement which the electricity board were not prepare to resolve. Kris provided me with an upfront quotation to fix the problem. Kris arrived on time was very polite and his prices were excellent. I was very happy with the work he did. Cleared up everything and also tested our electrics for us. Having a good electrician gives us peace of mind and I would recommend Kris to anyone.
