I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I needed a full house rewire and fuse box and had great communication every step of the way. Neil was super friendly from the first call, and the team were super knowledgeable and talked me through what was being done. I can't really fault a thing, they left the house in a great state, were very professional and went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely recommend using them.
We chose Nfinnerty to complete a full re-wire of our property as well as copious amounts of other work on our renovation, including moving sockets/switches, adding numerous additional ones and everything in between. From the initial quote to the final fix all of Neil's guys were superb. The re-wire was a huge, messy, horrible job (very old barn conversion) but they did a super job and worked incredibly hard to complete this whilst we were away. They then had to return multiple times to fit in with other trades during our renovation, not once did they let us down, they moved everything to make sure they were there when we needed them to be. All of the guys who worked on our property were great, special mention to Harry who really was tested at times by our changing plans and the amount of work involved but who never complained, just worked through it. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, solid company to do any electrical work.
Total pros from start to finish. John, Macauley, Alfie and Conner completed installed a new consumer unit, spotlights and checked all the sockets and circuits throughly. Cleaned up after themselves bar the waste and talked me through all the work they had done. Job came in less than the quote and they always had time to answer any questions I had. All four of them were cracking as was Neil who I dealt with on the phone. Highly recommend.
I recommend this family company so much. They are very professional but also very down to earth. They put a new lighting system and extractor fan in my bathroom. I didn't even know they'd been there because they were so clean and tidy. I called them out for help last week and they responded straight away. I would recommend Nfinnerty Electrical - they are brilliant! The owner, his wife and sons are really great! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Wonderful from start to finish. All the guys were a delight to have in my home. The issue was diagnosed and promptly resolved, they went out of their way to explain everything as it was happening and the left my home tidy and clean as if nothing had happened. They even put my shelves back up for me! I will be keeping them close for future work, highly recommend.

Booked a electric cooker installation with this company and everything was quick and straightforward, we had an agreed date for the work to be completed very quickly, work was carried out swiftly and efficiently even though the council left a surprise in the wall socket, 10/10 would always recommend after this job
Had quite a fair bit of work done by Nfinnerty to be compliant and safe for my family. The guys doing the work were all polite, considerate and very professional. We didn't even have much tidying up to do afterwards. Didn't take too long for the certificates to come through either. Communication is excellent and received great advice prior to the work being carried out. I found Neil & Debbie to be great to get on with. They even made time to come and have a chat with us before any bookings were made. They should be proud to have a fantastic team working for them both out on jobs and in admin etc. Thank you guys 👍
We woke to no power to our sockets so i called and spoke to Harry, who true to his word was here well within the time he stated. He solved the problem with knowledge and a high skill level. He was respectful to our property and ourselves and worked so hard and late to cure the problem. He is a tribute to a company, i can very very highly recommend to anyone.
Macauley and John worked hard to ensure that my home was now electric safe.They were friendly and professional, tidying up as they worked thro 50years of diy electiciry switches etc. .they explained any issues , and explained all the work. Wow. What a fantastic experience. All my electrical sockets went off about 6.30 this morning. Threw me into a total panic as I have to get to Manchester today to meet my newly born grandson. Phoned one number and told no chance of help today. Advised me to call Nfinnerty. Spoke to Neil who talked me through isolating the problem through my fuse board and identified a faulty kettle in the kitchen. Problem solved. No expensive call out and my stress levels back to normal. I simply cannot thank Neil enough and would recommend this man and company to anybody and everybody. Don't bother calling anybody else. Restores your faith in human nature.
Neil and Debbie the lads were fantastic so polite knowledgeable doing a hardwire for washing machine and also cutting a bigger hole for hose I would not use anyone else and will give your details to my daughter and and anyone else who needs any electrical work Price was great also credit to your business

Tried to book a visit to fix a fuse box but the Guy was ill and couldnt come. He talked me through a few steps over the phone to check what the problem was, turns out it was a faulty extension lead.... only 2 mins on the phone but done for free and saved me a call out... much appreciated.
Neil and Debbie were fantastic! We had an issue that we considered an emergency, and even though we called at 6:30am (not that I’d encourage anyone else to wake them up!), they came straightaway, found the problem, and fixed it immediately to get the power back on. So professional, polite. They’re also coming back later in September for some scheduled work. Highly recommended!

The gentleman who owns this place is amazing.. I had a trip and when trying to reset it , the entire alarm kept coming on.. he literally guided me on the phone to resolve it.. when he could have easily come over , done it and charged me.. Neil, Debbie and the team recently completed a full rewire for us. I requested an EICR test by Nfinnerty who stated it would take about 40 minutes but 3 of them turned up and stayed several hours. The quote for remedial work was circa £5k. I was shocked and decided to request a test by another approved electrical contractor who certificated the electrics as satisfactory. I can only assume that I was very close to being ripped off had I not smelled a rat!

We had a full re wire from this lovely company even down to a new fuse box and earth. From the first time speaking with Neil he was very efficient and so was his team they fit us in as soon as they could. Amazing team to have doing your electrical work I would not use anyone else. Come back a few weeks ago to fit us spot lights in the kitchen and again amazing. I couldn’t fault them one bit. Cleaned up after there self’s left everything tidy. Sorted out two small jobs at my mum’s house, including replacement of faulty kitchen spotlights and outside porch-light. I’m very pleased with the professional and friendly service, and the result. They explained everything clearly, including why the kitchen light no longer worked, our options for the replacements, price and how to change the new bulbs. They also tidied up afterwards. Mum is really pleased too. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
We recently had a whole load of electrical work done by Neil and Debs' team at NFinnerty Electrical. The guys were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about their profession but also really friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always prepared to go the extra mile for us. They were very well organised and left the place really clean after the work. Came out extremely quickly to look at a problem I had with a socket. The two lads who came couldn’t have been nicer, and did a great job. Highly recommend 👍
I’m so impressed with infinity electrical. Late at night I discovered I had no power through any of my electric sockets, and called Infinity first thing in the morning. Within an hour Neil and his partner had come out, tested a socket which I thought I had splashed water on inadvertently the day before, checked the consumer unit, and restored power throughout the house. And the best bit was, they didn’t charge me. I will definitely be using them for planned electrical jobs around the house, and will recommend them to others.

Extremely professional company, went that extra mile to aid us when a shower pump coincidentally burst before they arrived to fix our electrics. I recently moved into a new home when all the electrics stopped working. I contacted Nfinnerty as they came highly rated on google. They came out the next day to find the faults. Can’t thank Neil and Debbie enough; Saturday afternoon and due to my own stupidity (hanging a mirror) my electricity went off! I tried calling a couple of electricians but they wouldn’t travel to where I live, but one of them recommended Nfinnerty. I called and they were here within a hour. I was unaware that my DIY skills (lack of) had cut everything off as it was daytime and I can’t say how grateful I was to have my TV, WiFi, fridge, cooker and lights restored. Five stars for speed, service, friendliness (Debbie helped me move furniture around) and I have booked to have a service with them next week. 👍🏼

We needed an emergency electrician at 10pm on a Saturday during the bank holiday weekend. Neil at nfinnerty electrical came out without any hesitation. I was worried that we had an electrical fire, so he worked his way round our electrics testing sockets, lights and mains power. He is very knowledgeable and checked all the options before reassuring me the burning small was not electrical, and probably a chimney problem. Neil is not only very professional but also obviously loves what he does and is determined to give great service and advice - a rare gem! No hesitation in recommending fully.
I lost partial electrical power in my house, and needed urgent help, as the central heating was affected. The service and response time was truly outstanding, with two electricians ( maybe one was a trainee? ) being despatched within an hour. Polite, professional and although quickly detecting a faulty wall socket, they did a battery of tests on my system, giving recommendations and replacing the faulty socket, but making sure I was safe. The cost was £75 plus a small charge for the replacement socket,,, plus VAT. Seriously good value as I live 6 miles outside of Harrogate. They are now my 'go to' Electricians. Thank you guys ! You deserve this positive review.....
