Nfinnerty Electrical Ltd

I recommend this family company so much. They are very professional but also very down to earth. They put a new lighting system and extractor fan in my bathroom. I didn't even know they'd been there because they were so clean and tidy. I called them out for help last week and they responded straight away. I would recommend Nfinnerty Electrical - they are brilliant! The owner, his wife and sons are really great! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful from start to finish. All the guys were a delight to have in my home. The issue was diagnosed and promptly resolved, they went out of their way to explain everything as it was happening and the left my home tidy and clean as if nothing had happened. They even put my shelves back up for me! I will be keeping them close for future work, highly recommend.

Excellent, phoned this morning about jobs needed doing, the men were here this afternoon couldn't get any quicker than that thank you very much. The two young men were very professional.

Booked a electric cooker installation with this company and everything was quick and straightforward, we had an agreed date for the work to be completed very quickly, work was carried out swiftly and efficiently even though the council left a surprise in the wall socket, 10/10 would always recommend after this job

Had quite a fair bit of work done by Nfinnerty to be compliant and safe for my family. The guys doing the work were all polite, considerate and very professional. We didn't even have much tidying up to do afterwards. Didn't take too long for the certificates to come through either. Communication is excellent and received great advice prior to the work being carried out. I found Neil & Debbie to be great to get on with. They even made time to come and have a chat with us before any bookings were made. They should be proud to have a fantastic team working for them both out on jobs and in admin etc. Thank you guys 👍

We woke to no power to our sockets so i called and spoke to Harry, who true to his word was here well within the time he stated. He solved the problem with knowledge and a high skill level. He was respectful to our property and ourselves and worked so hard and late to cure the problem. He is a tribute to a company, i can very very highly recommend to anyone.

Macauley and John worked hard to ensure that my home was now electric safe. They were friendly and professional, tidying up as they worked thro 50years of diy electiciry switches etc. .they explained any issues , and explained all the work. They kept all rooms tidy as they went room ro room.and took care with all aspects of my home. Thankyou to them both.Jillian Leadley.

Wow. What a fantastic experience. All my electrical sockets went off about 6.30 this morning. Threw me into a total panic as I have to get to Manchester today to meet my newly born grandson. Phoned one number and told no chance of help today. Advised me to call Nfinnerty. Spoke to Neil who talked me through isolating the problem through my fuse board and identified a faulty kettle in the kitchen. Problem solved. No expensive call out and my stress levels back to normal. I simply cannot thank Neil enough and would recommend this man and company to anybody and everybody. Don't bother calling anybody else. Restores your faith in human nature.

Neil and Debbie the lads were fantastic so polite knowledgeable doing a hardwire for washing machine and also cutting a bigger hole for hose I would not use anyone else and will give your details to my daughter and and anyone else who needs any electrical work Price was great also credit to your business

Just spoke to Neil in a total panic due to a damp kettle causing a complete power outage. He’s just talked me through fixing the issue myself over the phone and saved me a £150 call-out. Impeccable service, so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Neil.

Neil was so kind and helpful when I had an emergency on Saturday.

Tried to book a visit to fix a fuse box but the Guy was ill and couldnt come. He talked me through a few steps over the phone to check what the problem was, turns out it was a faulty extension lead.... only 2 mins on the phone but done for free and saved me a call out... much appreciated.

Neil and Debbie were fantastic! We had an issue that we considered an emergency, and even though we called at 6:30am (not that I’d encourage anyone else to wake them up!), they came straightaway, found the problem, and fixed it immediately to get the power back on. So professional, polite. They’re also coming back later in September for some scheduled work. Highly recommended!

Electrical problem resolved within minutes by a simple telephone call to Neil who talked me through it and solved the problem. Thanks Neil.....I owe you a beer. Philip

The gentleman who owns this place is amazing.. I had a trip and when trying to reset it , the entire alarm kept coming on.. he literally guided me on the phone to resolve it.. when he could have easily come over , done it and charged me.. I would always use him in the future and would endorse him any day.. very patient …

Nfinnerty talked me through my junction box reset over telephone. Outstanding help.

I have used this company on 3 occasions now and can recommend them for all types of electrical work. They have done small jobs and large jobs for me and each time have been on time, polite and friendly and left everything tidy upon completion. They are quick to contact for a quote and speedy getting the work done. Work is to a high standard and I have full confidence in Neil and his team.

Neil, Debbie and the team recently completed a full rewire for us. Neil and Debbie came out to us straight away, and the work was carried out promptly – which was a godsend, as we had a plasterer booked shortly afterwards. The whole team are absolutely lovely, and the lads working on our property were amazing – polite, friendly, professional and tidy – and a real credit to the company. I particularly appreciated the time they took to explain everything, answer our questions, and ensure we were happy with what was being done. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would gladly use them again. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic help provided free of charge from this wonderful chap. Out of hours, Easter holidays, relaxing with his family but talked us through resolving a problem through a video call and did not charge. One of life's rare, genuine people sharing his clearly excellent knowledge and expertise. Thank you

I telephoned this lovely gentleman this morning after speaking to NPG. It was an in house problem. He talked me thru without a visit and he kindly got me back up and running again. Thank you so very much. I have made a note of your number and will recommend you to my friends and family, as there aren't many true honest tradesmen around. What started out an alarming day has now improved just by speaking to you. Thank you very much once again. Im ever so grateful.

Clear verbal instructions were provided over the phone to resolve an issue I had late at night. The best part is that I wasn’t charged, even though I probably should have been for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this service.

I requested an EICR test by Nfinnerty who stated it would take about 40 minutes but 3 of them turned up and stayed several hours. The quote for remedial work was circa £5k. I was shocked and decided to request a test by another approved electrical contractor who certificated the electrics as satisfactory. I can only assume that I was very close to being ripped off had I not smelled a rat!

Honestly, Niel you are a star. Thought I was going to have a bad weekend with my electric going off and you helped over the phone at no cost. I will absolutely be coming to you in the future. You have made my weekend!!

Rang up with a problem that was causing serious issues in the flat, no help from electric provider. Spoke to a very welcoming and helpful man, sorted my issues within seconds. 1000% recommend. Thank you so much. Life saver.

Fantastic help and advice. Really knowledgeable guy, he helped me with the removal of my storage heater. Would recommend.

I found Neal to be a truly honest and fair vendor. Incredibly helpful, decent and fixed my problem in an instant. As a result Neal is now top of my list of phone numbers if i need any electrical assistance in York or surrounding areas. Excellent.

We had a full re wire from this lovely company even down to a new fuse box and earth. From the first time speaking with Neil he was very efficient and so was his team they fit us in as soon as they could. Amazing team to have doing your electrical work I would not use anyone else. Come back a few weeks ago to fit us spot lights in the kitchen and again amazing. I couldn’t fault them one bit. Cleaned up after there self’s left everything tidy. Definitely recommend them for your electrical work. Thank you again to the team and Neil and Debbie

He was super helpful, gave us very detailed instructions and saved us from an electrician appointment. Thanks a bunch, highly recommend

We had Nifnnerty out on Sunday mornoing after we had an issue with our electrics. Hugely knowledgable and experienced, sorted our problem (in a difficult scenario) and provided valuable information. Really good guys and I thoroughly recommend them.

Prompt, friendly and professional service. Would recommend.

Sorted out two small jobs at my mum’s house, including replacement of faulty kitchen spotlights and outside porch-light. I’m very pleased with the professional and friendly service, and the result. They explained everything clearly, including why the kitchen light no longer worked, our options for the replacements, price and how to change the new bulbs. They also tidied up afterwards. Mum is really pleased too. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We recently had a whole load of electrical work done by Neil and Debs' team at NFinnerty Electrical. The guys were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about their profession but also really friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always prepared to go the extra mile for us. They were very well organised and left the place really clean after the work. We'll definitely have them back for any future work we need and would most certainly recommend them.

Very satisfied. They sorted one tricky problem really easily and then fitted a new ceiling light quickly and were very helpful while they did it.

Neil and his team were excellent, and their turnaround time was rapid. I was let down by another electrician and they were able to come out, diagnose the issues and carry out the work (around 40 lines on the job sheet) in a matter of days. Everything was explained clearly and in terms anyone could understand. I cant recommend them highly enough

Very prompt service! The work was completed efficiently and with care. Would recommend.

Cannot recommend Neil and his team highly enough. They were fantastic today - arrived promptly, diagnosed our problem and went above and beyond to get everything fixed and safe for us today. Friendly, professional and work completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

Very helpful, helped troubleshoot fuse issue on a Friday evening without any problem

Came out extremely quickly to look at a problem I had with a socket. The two lads who came couldn’t have been nicer, and did a great job. Highly recommend 👍

I’m so impressed with infinity electrical. Late at night I discovered I had no power through any of my electric sockets, and called Infinity first thing in the morning. Within an hour Neil and his partner had come out, tested a socket which I thought I had splashed water on inadvertently the day before, checked the consumer unit, and restored power throughout the house. And the best bit was, they didn’t charge me. I will definitely be using them for planned electrical jobs around the house, and will recommend them to others.

We just had Nfinnerty rewire our house. Macca and Harry did an excellent job. They were professional, timely and communicative throughout the 4 days they were here. They checked we were happy every step of the way. Excellent work and will be having them back to help us complete our renovation.

Used Nfinnerty a couple of times now - service is outstanding and the electricians extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend without a doubt. Big thanks to Neil & Debbie and the team.

Extremely professional company, went that extra mile to aid us when a shower pump coincidentally burst before they arrived to fix our electrics. On arrival they helped clear the flooded rooms and were amazing before they even started on the work they were there to do. Incredibly friendly people who I cannot recommend enough.

I wanted to replace my patio lights and Neil came out quickly and suggested appropriate replacements. Quickly and professionally installed by friendly electricians. Very pleased.

Neil and his wife provide a fantastic service; they answer calls, respond to messages, turn up when promised, carry out high quality work and are exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Nothing is ever a problem! I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Neil and his partner came to fit new smoke alarms within 60 minutes of me calling. We have a 5 year old property and the smoke alarms won’t stop going off full pelt every 15 minutes or so for no reason. Neil was efficient, professional and well priced. I couldn’t fault him or the service. I would recommend!

Came out within the hour and fixed our broken bathroom switch. Friendly, professional, neat and tidy. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing service! We phoned after 9pm when our sockets tripped. Neil helped us straight away and talked us through the process and got us back up and running in no time! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you so much!

Nfinnerty Electrical recently fixed a problem with our electric shower circuit. They were able to visit us very promptly and were able to resolve the issue in the same visit. The two electricians, Edward and Connor, were professional, thorough, friendly, and explained to us what they were doing at each stage. Excellent service all round, Many thanks to you all!

Neil and his wife came out to me within 30mins.They did a very great professional job. Would highly recommend. Nothing seem to much trouble.

I recently moved into a new home when all the electrics stopped working. I contacted Nfinnerty as they came highly rated on google. They came out the next day to find the faults. I needed new sockets, fuse box, rewiring. Everything was completed for me the day after. Neil, Debbie and the whole company went above and beyond for me to get everything working again. Everything was fixed in one day. I cannot thank them enough. Fantastic work. The number 1 company to go to for electrical work.

Can’t thank Neil and Debbie enough; Saturday afternoon and due to my own stupidity (hanging a mirror) my electricity went off! I tried calling a couple of electricians but they wouldn’t travel to where I live, but one of them recommended Nfinnerty. I called and they were here within a hour. I was unaware that my DIY skills (lack of) had cut everything off as it was daytime and I can’t say how grateful I was to have my TV, WiFi, fridge, cooker and lights restored. Five stars for speed, service, friendliness (Debbie helped me move furniture around) and I have booked to have a service with them next week. 👍🏼

Unbelievable! Electricians who deliver. Who turn up when they say they will. Who give sound advice, find great solutions, explain what they plan to do in simple terms. Who quote promptly (and stick to the quote), fix a date to do the work. Leave the place neat and tidy afterwards. Superb all round. Neil and Debbie who run the business are such nice people. Ed and Connor who did the work were brilliant - friendly, chatty, efficient, adaptable and utterly professional. Such a find. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

I have had a lot of work done recently by Nfinnerty, and I wish I had known about them years ago. I have met the whole team, all of them great. McCauley is very experienced and deserves special mention. He is always professional, conscientious and courteous. He explains what the electrical faults are at every stage, and informs you of the costs involved. I strongly recommend Nfinnerty for electricians you can trust.

We would really like to thank Nfinnerty for their excellent help installing Garden Lights and upgrading and safety checking our house electrical circuits. Neil and Debbie were fantastic and made every effort to achieve the lighting effects we had hoped for. The work was carried out so pleasantly and efficiently and to a very high standard. All mess was cleared. We can certainly recommend them all to you. Thank you Neil and your great team!

What lovely people Neil and Debbie are. We have used their services a few times, and would look no further. They really do go that extra mile with their customer service, and you can absolutely trust them and their work. They are so friendly, kind and polite, and don't leave a mess. Their work is of a very high standard, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you very much.

Rang them up with an issue with the main lights and wall sockets not working, came out (late) and got us back up and running with a planned return to fix the issue properly. I can not thank them enough so kind !! I shall use them again

Neil and co were really helpful and keen to teach whilst connecting up our kitchen extension wiring. We'll be booking their services again when the rest of the renovations are ready for electrics. Many thanks

Neil fixed a minor electrical problem for my elderly mother and refused any payment. He responded promptly to my request and was extremely helpful and professional. Neil is such a pleasant and good man. I will certainly use his firm again and am very happy to recommend him Many thanks.

I was very impressed with the work that was done replacing the fuse box and carrying out other necessary work to make my home safe. Will use this company again

Amazing electricians, down to earth, explain things well, turn up on time and reasonably priced. Solved my heating problems that 3 other electricians couldn’t! Brilliant! Highly highly recommend

Excellent quality work, very knowledgeable in all aspects of their work, courteous and very tidy. Highly recommended!

Thank you Neil the ligths are fantastic and the guy's were brilliant 😊😊😊

Highly recommend Neil and his team. Got a LED lighting job done with minimal notice for my daughters birthday. Most importantly good people. Will use again, thanks Kai

Very helpful and responsive, came out on the bank holiday Monday at very sort notice and didn’t overcharge, very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend

Very friendly and knowledgeable from the word go. Quickly able to give us a quote. The team of six who fitted the radiators were again friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Neil and his team are professionally credible, conscientious and overall just nice people. You couldn't ask for anything more. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Good clean job did everything promised. Thank you. Well recommend

We needed an emergency electrician at 10pm on a Saturday during the bank holiday weekend. Neil at nfinnerty electrical came out without any hesitation. I was worried that we had an electrical fire, so he worked his way round our electrics testing sockets, lights and mains power. He is very knowledgeable and checked all the options before reassuring me the burning small was not electrical, and probably a chimney problem. Neil is not only very professional but also obviously loves what he does and is determined to give great service and advice - a rare gem! No hesitation in recommending fully.

I lost partial electrical power in my house, and needed urgent help, as the central heating was affected. The service and response time was truly outstanding, with two electricians ( maybe one was a trainee? ) being despatched within an hour. Polite, professional and although quickly detecting a faulty wall socket, they did a battery of tests on my system, giving recommendations and replacing the faulty socket, but making sure I was safe. The cost was £75 plus a small charge for the replacement socket,,, plus VAT. Seriously good value as I live 6 miles outside of Harrogate. They are now my 'go to' Electricians. Thank you guys ! You deserve this positive review.....

They do very fast respond and patient to answer my questions, sort out my request within 30hours, it’s brilliant work, highly recommended!

Always a totally professional service . Very efficient & quick to quote & complete the job . Friendly very helpful.

Came out at short notice, helped get our electricity back on and quickly worked out the issue causing the fault. Really professional, friendly & helpful, talking me through everything. Would highly recommend and will be using them again for any electrical jobs!

They were very professional and were prompt to answer any queries that I had. Thoroughly recommended.

Very friendly, no-fuss, professional and quick service when relocating a socket for us. Highly recommend!
