Cannot praise and thank Craig and the team enough for managing a very tricky full electrical rewire of my property, which they have completed to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig, who was very kind in coming back over the following weeks to help finish off rooms as other trades moved into them - particularly as this required no small amount of flexibility as schedules changed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig and the team to absolutely anyone who asks!

Craig and Andy were professional and courteous throughout. Craig provided a clear detailed quotation before the work started, the quality of the work was excellent and he and Andy worked methodically and finished the work on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending MW Electrical Services Ltd

Craig did a great job replacing my ancient consumer unit and I would highly recommend him for electrical work in York and area !

I'm convinced that Craig and the team are the best electricians around. We've been going to Craig for work for about 6 years now, and he has been consistently timely, impeccable, and accommodating. When there are delays, he adapts. When we are not sure how to proceed with substantial renovations, he gave really helpful guidance. When we ask for slightly odd and atypical things, he is very understanding and helped us achieve our goals. When Craig does work, he has so much attention to detail that we have total trust in everything he's doing. The paperwork and invoices are also the most detailed and proper among tradesfolks we've worked with. Above all, Craig is just a really nice guy! We couldn't endorse this business more!

Very professional, rapid service - would definitely recommend.

It’s always really satisfying when you’re lucky enough to find a trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable outfit to carry out work (although such companies sadly seem all too thin on the ground). If you’re looking for electricians who tick those boxes in spades, then you need search no further! Craig completed our work efficiently, tidily and with evident pride in his work. He clearly knows his stuff inside-out, and was happy to offer very helpful advice – including on the options which would be least costly. Extremely highly recommended, with no hesitation!

Excellent service, efficient on visit for quotation, flexible on dates for work, no surprises post work, exactly as per quotation. Friendly and tidy working.

Re-wired a kitchen to the latest standard neatly and at a convenient date for me.

Prompt, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Called them to replace a consumer unit and track down an electrical fault on the lighting circuit. Installation looks professional and Craig was great on the day too. He tracked down the fault to an extra light switch and was able to disconnect it without having to do any costly rewiring. Would recommend for future work

Craig came promptly and quickly bypassed a faulty boiler energy manager making my heating reliable again. Extremely happy with the service and the price was very reasonable too.

Fantastic work, done quickly and with minimal disruption. Arrived on time, cracked straight on and even adapted the scope to ensure more safety without suddenly changing the quote. Had electrical plugs and light installed in attached garage and the whole thing was done in under 3 hours. Very highly rated, incredibly pleased.

Really happy with the service provided, arrived quickly at short notice, thank you!

I’ve used MW electrical for over 5 years now and I’ve never had any problems with them. They are prompt, reliable, communicate well, carry out the works on time and always charge a decent rate. They installed some new bathroom extra or fans for me to a really good spec, a new electric radiator. Craig looked the some issues I’d been having with the immersion heaters, checked the electrics and recommended a good plumber to replace them. He then sent him over the pics to the plumber which meant it could be sorted the same day. That’s excellent good service in my book and made my life a lot easier.

Graig replaced the existing Uponor underfloor heating controller with the latest model, including a WiFi unit and also paired five new thermostats. Everything was done professionally, thoroughly and to our complete satisfaction.

Very friendly and efficient service

Very pleasant and professional and a very tidy worker. Reasonable price. No complaints.

Excellent service, highly recommended.

Craig carried out our EICR and he was fantastic - provided us with clear advice and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend.

An electrical survey done on a house we have just agreed to buy. Cost was circa £200 but worth every penny - various issues identified with remedial work recommended and costed out. The third time we have used this business and each time the work has been prompt and of excellent standard.

Quote done quickly, work completed promptly and well. Fair price. Recommended.

An awkward installation that was managed well to ensure the minimum amount was paid until we knew the job was possible.

MW Electrical Services Ltd were very prompt in carrying out the work necessary for an EICR at a very fair price.
