EV charger installed that was far from straight forward. 2 new consumer units required to bring my system up to standard. It was quite a mess before but is now spot on.

On time. Polite. Explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. And they were quick, no time wasting. Highly recommend.

Replacement of consumer unit and adding of backyard and EV sockets. Chris has been great to communicate with. We discussed which brand of consumer unit how to get best the wires to their outdoor locations. On the day of the job Chris and Kyle arrived early. Got the job done smoothly by lunchtime. All good. I would not recommend him to anyone. Chris agreed to the work after his visit and had a quick start, then asked for half of the payment. When we asked him to finish the rest of the work, he did not agree on the scope of the work and asked for more money. We disagreed and left a review. He then contacted us to remove the review on the condition that he would promise to finish what he had agreed upon. We tried to trust him, as we did not want half of the work left unfinished. However, he found different excuses not to turn up and finish what he had started. Now this has left us even more confused and in need of finding someone else to cover his work, which is really a pain.

Avoid!!! Unprofessional and careless. Falsely advertises on their website that they are registered with NICEIC when they are not. Had an EIC report carried out, fire alarm was dropped down the stairs and had said it was out of date when it was not, left cabling on the floor and then reported that a new consumer unit was needed and would cost about £450. I then had four different electricians look at the unit and the report and say this was incorrect. Had the work done by one of these electricians and saved hundreds! Update: Will also try and pay for you to remove your poor review

Great service from Posh Electrical Services. They were doing work for a neighbour and kindly agreed to pop in to me afterwards to give me a quote. When I rang to book them they were able to accommodate me the next week. The workmen were friendly, polite and respectful and did a good job. Recommended!

Avoid at all costs! Yesterday he excused himself that he has an appointment Despite stating that he will come 100% today he didn't show up. Not answering his phone and not responding to messages I got the following text message from this company: I dont appreciate the 1 star review....change your stat 8 am tomorrow, but you got to remove the one star review. Based on this my review will stay as it is.

Fantastic friendly service, as well as doing a quick and high quality job of replacing extractor fans and light bulb fittings also provided great advice to ensure the right products were purchased. Would highly recommend.

Poorest form of professionalism when they encounter issues in getting on time with customer and after that. Asked for £150 as deposit in advance before the commencement of the work which was paid immediately, the guy does not turn up on the committed date/time and did not bother to call to inform he can't. Later on contacting says he cannot due to emergency with other customer and will start after one complete week and not ready to compensate for an hour worth of work the next working day (the whole work was for 1 entire day). We cancel the deal and the guy shows a lot of careless attitude and arrogance in refunding the deposit. After a lot of push says he would deduct one hour of texting from the deposit. After 2 weeks I had to threaten to go to court ot police and went public then only he refunded but with lot of bad comments. His receptionist also behaved too rude with lot of people on facebook post. Issues happen but the way he and his office girl speak, behave, shows arrogance and communicate it is clear that it is not a good company and guy to engage. I had to go through too much mental pain to get my hard-earned money back. Beware!
