GRACEGENIUS ENTERPRISES LTD is described as giving good service by several customers. One reviewer said a random circuit breaker failure was found and sorted within about an hour, and another said a problem that had lasted for months was fixed. Reviewers describe the electricians as friendly and knowledgeable, and one named Ben for a property electrical safety check, saying he arrived on time and was pleasant. One reviewer said the service was not good: they report being told an EICR had passed, then being told it had failed and needed urgent remedial work, and they advise others not to use the firm.
Good work 👍
Really good service from these gents. I presented them with what was a random circuit breaker failure, and within an hour or so, problem found and sorted. Thanks very much, I will definitely save your number
Always great service used many times very good prices too well recommended
Very good service and professional electrician. Highly recommend Ben for everyone.
The electricians were friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem which had been plaguing me for months. It’s great to have professionals on the job.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable and fair pricing really pleased with the work done
Ben sent an electrician round called Frank to perform an EICR, Frank arrived late which is neither here or there and carried out the inspection. He told me that some things could be improved but is complaint for now and has passed the test, the improvements suggested does not need to be carried out straight away and can be carried out by any qualified electrician. I paid Ben for the report to be told that it had failed and I need urgent remedial work. I’ve had conflicting information. This was not a good service at all. Please do not use.
Excellent service, used Ben for a property electrical safety check. Arrived on time, efficient and pleasant, would recommend.
