Lee diagnosed a difficult issue with my Samsung American Fridge/ freezer. After a very short delivery time with the part he was here as promised first thing Monday morning. The fridge is now working better than ever and has save us a large bill from purchasing another fridge as with everything else in UK has went up in price. I would highly recommend as he kept us up to date on every aspect of the job and was prompt and professional carrying out the work.

Highly recommend Lee and M60 Appliance Repair. We contacted Lee about our Sharp heat pump tumble dryer and he was able to come out first thing next morning. He identified the problem straight away, had the part we needed in his van and the dryer was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. Lee was very polite, incredibly knowledgeable from being well trained in his previous job at Samsung and took great care when moving the dryer about. All in all, a real find and we would definitely recommend.

Mr. Lee, Came on given time, Do the Diagnostic then Advice fairly to replace the Freidge/Freizer instead of spending on expensive parts replacement which increases the total repairing cost. He himself given Discount in his Call-Out Charges saying he will charge only for his traveling and time he spend. Over all very Cooperative, Recommended.

Excellent and super quick service when our washing machine broke. Lee turned up when he said he would every time. He came round to look at the broken machine on Thursday, and gave honest and realistic advice on next steps. We ordered a new machine that evening which arrived first thing Monday morning, and within 20 minutes of me letting him know it was here Lee came round and installed it, and ensured the old machine was collected. I learned about Lee following a quick Google search for a Fridge Freezer Repairman following a slight concern about my Integrated Fridge Freezer. I contacted Lee and he responded quickly. We arranged for him to visit this morning and look at my Fridge. Fortunately, all was in good working order meaning that no repair was necessary. Lee was very polite and explained everything about how Fridges work in different environments (I have a top floor apartment which gets very warm during the Summer) and he gave me handy tips on improving ventilation. As no repair was undertaken, he very kindly charged me less than he initially quoted. A lovely and very honest Tradesman who I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone requiring a requiring an appliance-related concern.

Lee was round in May 2023 to fix a gasket on my washing machine; in the process of that repair, he broke two of the four buttons on the machine. Any professional would have just come back and fixed them but not Lee: he proceeded to ignore all my calls and any texts asking if he could come and finish the repair for seven months. For much of this, I gave him the benefit of the doubt – maybe there was a reason he couldn’t work or respond – but when the third of the four buttons broke in December 2023 and the fourth was nearing its last legs, I decided to call Lee from another number… He responded IMMEDIATELY. When I revealed it was me and he needed to come and repair the damage he caused, he went back to ignoring me as he had done for – once again, to stress – seven months. When Lee first arrived, before he’d even done the repair he was first asked to do, Lee asked me to leave him a review, so here it is, mate. Thoroughly deserved.

Called M60 services due to being let down twice by the brand company. The freezer’s top shelves were not freezing and it looked like the evaporator fan had an issue. Lee promptly responded and scheduled an appointment, faster than anticipated. He came in had a look and took him no time to figure out the issue. On removing the back panel, he revealed the cause and quickly went about doing the necessary and got the freezer working to its normal capacity in no time. The guy gave me a price for coming out to look at an integrated dishwasher. When he came a few days later (on time as agreed) he was at first thinking he was visiting a for a washing machine repair and then unhappy it was integrated, despite quoting me specifically for an integrated dishwasher repair. I said it seemed he didn't want to do the job and he agreed and left. It was all a bit odd, really 🤷‍♂️

My dryer suddenly stopped working having a various disabilities I rely on both my washer and dryer to work I got in touch with him and thank god he came the Very next day he was back in work he got on it straight away once he arrived took it apart, diagnosed the problem fortunately he had brought a part with him, fitted it, checked it all out to make sure that nothing else was faulty or broken, safety checked it, tested it was working correctly, whilst he did this he gave me loads of maintenance advice which was very helpful lee was friendly, polite and bang on time and compleated everything in a timely manner considering the work he had to do. When my large (155 bottle) wine cooler ceased to work, Lee was the only tradesman to return my calls. He came, and quickly diagnosed the problem. This was a failed main board. This part was not immediately available in the UK (it being an Americanbrand and made in China), and most people would have given up and told me the appliance was irreparable. Lee persevered, and within 24 hours had managed to locate the part. He promptly came back and my cooler is now working perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend Lee for any repair to refrigeration units, large or small. It is so refreshing when a tradesman goes the extra mile. He saved me hundreds of pounds in avoiding me having to buy a new unit, not to mention the avoidance of needless wastage.

Prior to his visit he sent me his call-out charges and fixed a time to visit. Received great customer service from Lee! He came out to look at my Samsung dryer, knew immediately what the problem was. The heat exchanger! Unfortunately it was not something he could repair due to the fact that the part that was needed, could only be ordered through Samsung and not a third party. So he reduced the charge for the call out by £25. Samsung didn’t have the part and told me I’d have to get a whole new machine! The information Lee provided me with thou, helped me to get a depreciated refund back from the retailer I bought the dryer from 3 years ago, as Lee had informed me I was supposed to have received a Samsung cleaning brush to help maintain my machine which I never received, nor did I know it existed, and it was mentioned nowhere in the manual, and essentially the conflicting instructions in my manual was what had caused the heat exchanger to damage. I got just over 50% back of what I had paid originally. A decent result plus a 25% off voucher from Samsung! Thanks Lee!

I contacted m60 as my oven fan stopped rotation. I had only had the fan repaired 2 years earlier by a different company. He had the part in stock and was about to come round that day. He was friendly knowledgeable and polite. He explained to my when the fan wasn't working. The element was bent and was most likely the cause of the previous fan stopping rotation as well. He explained everything and without putting pressure on me allowed me to decide if I wanted to chose to do the additional replacement, just the fan or just the element. I asked him to replace both which he did quickly and at an extremely reasonable price whilst also giving me advice over another appliance I had questions over. Will definitely recommend an use again

Lee arrived at the appointment on time to fix my fridge/freezer, however, he stated that it was not safe to park outside of my flat (I don't see how different this is to parking outside of a house). The concierge of my building stated he could park in the gated car park but he could not guarantee that the residents would not complain. Lee then stated he couldn't risk it and left. I tried to call him to tell him that a neighbour had agreed that he could park in their space in the gated car park but he declined my calls. I cannot comment on the quality of his work but I feel let down and extremely dissapointed in the service here, as he had a car parking space but it was not deemed safe enough for him and I am back to square one without a working fridge. In response to your reply Lee, there was a car parking space, you were parked in it when I met with you outside my building. However, you stated it wasn't safe even though it was a legitimate parking space and there were no double yellows. Upon reflection of this, this doesn't make sense to me because you must park outside people's houses all of the time. Not all of your customers will have gated car parks to park in.
