Absolute disgraceful company. Yes we'll mend your system. First we need to service it and work out what needs doing. Technician came "tested it" and said he'd checked all the circuits everything's OK but needs a new part. £96 paid for servoce and further quote accepted. New part brought two weeks later by two "technicians". They disconnected old part connected new one then started scratching their heads and googling. Gutted the old part internals. Then tried jury rigging the new part to try and get a workaround. Then both men went. Taking our part with them and saying they now want circa £1000 to provide new poorer versatility system. In the meantime they disconnected the internal parts as they said not safe. (Only serviced by them 2 weeks before and nothing said). We asked for restoration to where system was. Subsequently one of the guys came and screwed the gutted old part back and left. Now saying to Trading Standards we can switch back on. So safe or not! Either the initial service or the part renewal was incompetently done or negligent. Either way they just walked away. Do not use these guys.
