TMM Renewables and Construction Limited

Wow wow wow !! What a company 🤟. We are currently part of an Eco scheme with our housing association over in Sutton Coldfield where our houses are having Solar Panels to bring them up to the C grade for rental. TMM are overseeing the works and Terry is keeping everyone in check 😉. What a pleasure it has been to have this team working on my house , the banter has been the best 👌. The guys have worked NON stop from the second they arrive to minute they leave . Nothing is rushed , everything is triple checked . Terry , I feel , goes above and beyond for everyone and if something needs sorting , he will sort it , no problem 😊. He really is one of them genuine guys that you really want to work on your property. Watching him with his team , made me smile because they all worked so well together. I can highly recommend this company to anyone if you want honesty, a job sorting and completed to an exceptional standard plus with a checky , happy work force . I will be keeping their contact number and will use them again . Thanks TMM for all the work you have done for us . Best wishes for your amazing future. Claire & Trevor

I can't fault the service from Terry – he's incredibly reliable, honest, and professional. I’ve used his electrical services not only for my own property but also through the estate agency I work for, and I’ve recommended him to several friends as well. He’s always my first call when there’s an electrical issue. Terry is prompt, efficient, and consistently delivers high-quality work. What stands out most is the way he treats tenants—with respect, courtesy, and clear communication. That level of professionalism makes a real difference, especially when managing multiple rental properties. He’s now become our go-to electrician in the area, and we wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended!

We were introduced to Terry from TMM Electrics through a trusted friend’s recommendation, and he has since become our go-to electrician for our entire property portfolio. From day one, Terry has consistently delivered exceptional service. He is incredibly knowledgeable, fully compliant with regulations, and always honest in his advice and assessments. Communication with Terry is seamless—whether it's through WhatsApp, a quick phone call, or email, he’s always responsive and easy to reach. One of the many things we appreciate is that he comes well-prepared with a good stock of materials, meaning most jobs are completed efficiently in a single visit. Terry treats both us and our tenants with the utmost professionalism and respect, which goes a long way in maintaining positive relationships. We genuinely value his reliability and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier electrician. If you want peace of mind and a job done right the first time, Terry is your guy.

Quick, professional and genuinely a great bunch of lads, They promptly arrived to fix an electrical issue and somehow make the whole process an actual pleasure. I could not recommend this company enough.
