Appaulling treatment of autistic disabled resident. Very little positive to say than they resort to harassing a resident they are meant to be safeguarding

Never answer the phone! You are left looping listening to some random music. 45 minutes and still listening to music then finally answer to have the phone hung up after saying hello. Disgraceful

Absolutely fantastic service from Weaver Vale. From the admin teams to the repair teams, can not fault them. Always pleasant and happy to help. its such a pleasure to rent a home from them. Thank you Weaver Vale.

competitive useless don't care about the tenants all they care about is the rent money just tried to phone wvht they transferred me to an emergency number the main drain is blocked sewage all over the place was on the phone for 2 hours and nobody answered the phone great emergency number

What an awful housing association. Lead people up the garden path to drop them. They judge you on what you spend YOUR own HARD earned money. Non of them communicate with each other. And you will get penalised! Good luck to anyone trying to get a home with these. They want the Queen of Sheba to be living in them by the sounds of it. There not there to help and why on earth they are apart of Cheshire home choice il never know!

What a awful council no help at all left my mum with a bathroom suit that’s not safe they should be ashamed of themselves. Worse council I’ve ever know

9 Feb 2023 came out assaults me leaves court papers nothing about how am I because of the flood still not been out shame on wvht for allowing this treatment i have report them to the police

Up date on ill treatment from wvht i was flooded out 18th December 2022 am under the list as vulnerable called to tell them empty nextdoor was flooding in to my bungalow was told lads been working all day he will be out tomorrow 1045 next day came out turned water off and left me till now 6 February 2023 still won't come out and help me

Would genuinely give them no stars if it was possible. Absolutely awful when it comes to repairs. Never ask for any repairs as we do everything ourselves, but the one time we call and ask we are given lame excuses as to why it isn't classed as an emergency appointment. Also, had a 2 day appointment to sort our back garden out. Comes to the day the appointment is due, and once again given a pathetic reason and told we have to wait till 2023/2024. Would not recommend Weaver Vale to anyone. Awful housing association

Can't fault weaver Vale enough,brilliant,caring, compassionate landlords. Big shout out for Robbie who has been and painted a bedroom with thermal paint. Chatty, friendly man, very efficient, an asset to your company! he's actually cheered me up on a dreary day! Thankyou Robbie!

Am being picked on by weaver Vail I have recordings of saying to me that if I was loud she would tell me about it she never . She has reported me twice now last 1 being on 10th August 2021 reported her this is how your made to feel if u report any problems i lost my trust in them my advice is go to the bog boss if your having trouble still on going troubles will leave live recording on media as soon as i have all done

I've been in a Weaver Vale property for nearly 8 years and every time I've contacted them I've been treated very well. The people that have come out to do repairs are very polite and friendly. Thank you Weaver Vale 😊

Utterly despicable company, evicting an 87 year old woman from her home of 61 years on the basis that she hoards, she's got every right to buy the house! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

would not trust them making a 87years old lady&her sons homeless is not a way a housing trust should behave,have lost touch .
