Neil was great—he responded quickly to my call and handled everything very professionally. Highly recommend!

Neil upgraded our alarm and installed a brand new CCTV system. When we were choosing the systems, Neil offered an impartial and informative opinion on the right set up for us and made recomendations that he thought would be of benefit to us He only uses OEM products and all of his work is garanteed. We use our system every day and are very l happy in the knowlege that our home is protected using both the alarm and the 'live' view app. We are so pleased with our system and would be 100% confident in recomending Neil for any security work you are looking to have done.

Great service wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company again and again six years on from this review, we now live in North Yorkshire and we have just had Neil to secure our home and he didn’t hesitate to travel and he did an amazing job we can’t thank him enough, it was also a difficult time for us as a family and he was so respectful.

Neil is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing 4 x CCTV cameras, NVR and adapting our alarm system. Also did a few extra last minute jobs which was appreciated! Would definitely recommend to others.

Neil gave us a date and time to fit the camaras and he turned up as arranged. As we are not technically savvy Neil set up the app on our phones and talked us through. His work was clean and tidy . We would definitely recommend Neil to our family and friends.

Professional and excellent communication.

Had two CCTV cameras fitted to my house by Neil following the theft of my wife's car. Cameras are fantastic and give me security and peace of mind. Installation was fast and efficient with minimal disruption and Neil was extremely helpful and patient showing me how it all worked setting it up with my phone. Would definitely recommend.

Neil did an excellent job he installed 4 cctv cameras and updated the house Intruder alarm all as agreed to our satisfaction he kept us informed at every stage of the work very neat and tidy he is very professional in everything he does would recommend him to anyone

Neil fitted our CCTV System on the front and back of our property. He is a professional, friendly and honest guy. On arrival he explained what he was going to do, asked if we had any questions, then got on with the job. When he had finished installing the CCTV system he spent time explaining how to view pictures and use the remote. The CCTV picture quality is excellent. He also checked our alarm system which needed a battery fitting. We are well pleased with his work, and would highly recommend Neil and this Company to anyone.

When having some windows replaced, around 3 years ago, I needed someone to decommission my security system, and found Neil online. Once the new windows were installed I had to decide whether or not to reinstate the security system. Neil's quote was very reasonable and it was clear he understood what was required so I asked him to carry out the work. Following his advice I chose a 'hybrid' system - re-using existing fittings where appropriate, which were supplemented by additional wireless fittings, providing me with a bespoke system at a great price. I have been absolutely delighted with both the initial installation, and subsequent maintenance visits - all conducted in a thoroughly professional manner and taking into account any concerns or questions I might have. Customer service is paramount. If you require someone who will provide an expert solution for your needs, at a good price, and who will take time to ensure that everything is as you would like, then give Neil a call today. I am very pleased to recommend this company without hesitation!

Neil is very professional, he tailored a CCTV system to my personal needs, and took me through how I could manage the system on the app. He also rectified an electrical problem at my property. Top quality work and fairly priced, I would recommend Neil for anyone's security systems or other electrical work.

Would highly recommend. Answered the phone and turned up within 20 minutes when my old alarm wouldn’t shut up at the end of an already trying day. Was able to restore peace and quiet in a matter of minutes. Installation of the new system was highly professional. I wouldn’t consider anyone else for my future alarm needs.

We had problems with the system much of the time. The guy who supplied and fitted the system helped begrudgingly. He actually asked me to write a good review previous to this one. I felt that there was an implied threat of no help with malfunctions if we did not comply. After about 11 months our notifications stopped when we refused to pay him £30 to use an app that is provided free. Hr also wanted to charge us for a system mallfunction.

Neil provided fantastic service from start to finish. He gave clear communication on his plans for the work and regular updates. We had Ethernet wired through the house and a smart doorbell installed. Even through complications he stayed to get the job completed quickly and to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend and use going forwards.

The expertise & diligence that Neil showed when fitting the new alarm system was faultless throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend Neil to provide you with a quote for the work that you need, as I am sure that you will be delighted, as I was too. Many thanks Neil for a superb job.

Neil’s done a number of jobs for me over the years including installing an alarm system. Good service and would definately recommend

We had 6 cctv cameras fitted and are thrilled with the quality and set up. The quote we were given was completely fair for what I expected to get, but was thoroughly surprised to see what we actually got for that money, great service from a lovely gent who was more than happy to answer all of my questions ahead of any work being done. We will be in touch for an alarm system update in the new year.

Very pleased with the Security System, and would definitely recommend, fantastic job.

Great experience, we had burglar alarm and Cctv installed. Even though we were away for six weeks he kept us informed of everything he was doing. My daughter was keeping an eye on our home and said he spent five full days at our home, she actually said the amount of equipment tools etc to do the job filled our conservatory, she was very impressed with his professionalism. He was always on time, he made decisions outside of the agreement to ensure what he had done was the best he could provide. He went beyond and above my daughters expectations. Although we had everything we wanted to protect our home, he will provide basic Cctv and burglar alarm systems, to match your requirements and expenditure. He informs you off all options, cost, then leaves you to decide. We have had need to contact re minor issues, he has always replied and sorted issues, that’s internet for ya. Would we recommend, most definitely.

Fantastic service, Neil came to fit my alarm system. Very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend!

Neil has done quite a few jobs for me now. I always use him as you know he will turn up when he has said he would, on time and has always been most reliable. He explains the job he will carry out and gets it done. Always leaves the place clean and tidy, then shows you work carried out and ensures you are happy with the results. 100% satisfied with his customer service. Wouldn't use anyone else.

A first class service. Friendly. Competative price. Clean and tidy worker. Would highly recommend.
