Mark was friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and getting things right. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

Very disappointed. I used this electrician for a job. Part of the work was done but then stopped. I was told this was due to a family illness, which caused a delay of about two weeks around June/July 2025. He later returned and completed the main work two weeks late, which I was understanding about. There were a few small snagging issues that I asked him to fix. He said he needed to be paid, so I paid in full as I trusted him. Since July 2025 the snagging has not been completed and messages are not responded to. Despite assurances that it would be finished, it has not been done. Very disappointed.

Mark was very reliable and flexible in his availability. He was courteous and fixed the electrical issue in quick time. His service was excellent value for money and would recommend him.

Excellent prompt professional service. Put our minds at rest very quickly that earthing problem could be fixed. Mark explained everything and was able to come back quickly with Joe to do the work. Very friendly and cleared up nicely. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting electrician

Mark at white spark electrical was fantastic!! I would highly recommend using him, he’s very knowledgeable with his trade and has very good prices. I messaged him late one night and he replied within 15 minutes and came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem quite quickly and offered to come back later that day to finish the job as he didn’t have one of the parts on him and he did just that. As I said earlier I would highly recommend people to use him for any electrical works you need!! Thank you very much Mark

Very reliable and trustworthy. Done a brilliant job. Went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

mark has helped us out on a few big jobs recently very reliable and knowledgeable electrical

Having been ghosted by another firm, who clearly didn’t want to do the remedial work highlighted in their EICR (a new consumer panel), I called Mark at White Spark. He’s been amazing. He was able to visit to look at the job the same day I called, following up with a very reasonable quote the next day. We arranged the work to be done at the end of the following week. Mark arrived on time, did the job to a high standard (plus a couple of extra small things I’d messaged him about during the week), retested everything and left the place clean and tidy. Such a breath of fresh air to find a reliable tradesperson who actually communicates! I’ll be using White Spark again. Thanks Mark!

Mark came and fixed our electrics the next day 5 star review for Mark, White Spark Electrics. Thank you so much. Very professional, clean and great price too.

I cannot recommend Mark at White Spark highly enough, we were in the process of ripping out our kitchen & Mark hit the ground running, understanding the brief & what we wanted to achieve. Nothing was too much trouble & any extras we needed weren’t an issue. Due to a part of the kitchen being delivered late he had to make extra visits & again always arrived with a smile & got to work. If you are planning to use a reliable local electrician I would strongly advise you to get Mark to quote you, you won’t be disappointed.
